This is THE place to get printing equipment!!I have been buying printers from One Source Imaging for about 20 years, and Ive yet to regret a purchase. But the few times Ive gone through Amazon or Best Buy instead, the regrets piled up pretty quickly.Chris and his staff get to know their customers personally, understand their printing needs, and help them find the right printers at great prices. And, for very reasonable fees, they will service your printer in the years after your initial purchase. Online vendors and big box stores simply cant do that.

Super customer service, friendly team, excellent technical repair skills. Fast turnaround when I needed it. My HP printer was acting up, which it rarely does, and streaking the page on righthand side. Talked to topnotch Tifanie there, and was able to bring it in first thing in the morning, and had it back by 3 pm that same day, due to deadlines I had to meet, all shipshape, clean printing, thanks to Mark their service technician. Grateful for their help!

You get the unmatched service of a local supplier and prices are fairly competitive with larger suppliers. Because theyre local, were comfortable using remanufactured cartridges if theyre something they keep in stock, knowing that if we get a defective one they can replace it same day. (ironically, weve had defects with HP originals but never with OneSource remanufactured yet!)

Chris was a great help. He also followed back up with a creative solution.

I needed to use a color inkjet printer in a pinch in order to do some iron-on t-shirts and one source replied quickly to help and made sure staff was prepared for what I needed when I arrived. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Top-notch customer service with very competitive prices. My workplace orders from them and we recently experienced an issue with a toner cartridge that was not printing correctly. One Source sent a staff member to our office multiple times throughout the day to replace the cartridge (we went through 3 before we found a working one) and check in on the status. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Their staff is always friendly and courteous in person and over the phone. They work hard to support their customers!One Source also helps recycle used cartridges, so your e-waste ends up in the right place.

Ordered ink cartridge for my Canon copier for much less cost than at office supply store. Offered to keep copier to put in cartridge and make sure all worked well. Very honest, quick, friendly and helpful.

I spoke with Greg late on a Friday before labor day weekend. He had very prompt and courteous service. He was able to quickly prepare a quote for my company and offer a temporary solution that would fill our customers need both in the short term, and as a long term solution.
