After years of neglecting my teeth, no insurance, and bad dental experiences, I was lucky enough to find Hebert. They are so compassionate and make me feel comfortable every time Im there. They took the time to give me options on how to restore the smile I lost years ago. Its been a long process thats not over, but I already feel confident and, more importantly, healthy. Dr. Tollefson and her staff have been the best.

For being a new client I was pretty impressed. I was especially relived that they were able to get me in the same day that I called when I had a lot of tooth pain that was keeping me up at night. After months of trying other dentists I wasnt having the same kind of luck. Dr. Sean was an incredibly nice . And I dont remember her name (redhead with dreads) was really helpful as well. Definitely a place that Ill be less hesitant to return to as I have been with other dentists in the past.

On a family vacation I needed a root canal. Isn’t that the way it goes? After numerous phone calls to many places, my father-in-law contacted Hebert Dental. They were able to fit me into the schedule the next day when I would be in Eau Claire. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Tarpenning and his assistant Erin were able to help me by relieving the pressure under my crown to make the rest of my vacation with family comfortable. They were able to give me relief until I am able to get home for a complete root canal. Dr. Hebert called later to see how I was doing. I’m so thankful for the care I received from Hebert Dental. Thank you for saving my vacation! 😁♥️

Dr. T, Dr. Joe, and all the hygienists that took care of my 5 and 3 year old were amazing!! They took the time to explain everything to them and made sure they were comfortable the entire time. Really made my kiddos enjoy the dentist and not be scared!! Highly recommend!!!!

I know I haven t been to the dentist in over 4 years and there have been advances since then but I was not at all comfortable or impressed with the service I received. Why do you need a picture of me? I must have waited 20 minutes for the dentist to see me. During my exam there were several employees just outside my room talking loudly, laughing and carrying on. Dont they have a break room? I asked the dentist to take care of the noise and i am not sure anything was done about it. It us a doctors office and quiet is expected. Then scheduling an appointment with the hygienist was like pulling teeth. I asked if she had a calendar and she said no. She was looking at a screen with a calendar to schedule my appointment. It was either take the one early appointment or wait until sometime in November! She wasnt friendly or cordial at all. The dentist and Emily were kind and friendly. My appointment was for 3:10 pm. and I didnt get out of their until 4:45 pm. All that was done was exrays and exam! By the time I left i had a headache and was upset. Not a good experience at all sad to say.

Everyone is so nice! Kind of weird they don’t do cleaning the first appointment. They have so many people for everything I have never seen a dentist like that before. They tell you the cost of you need to do anything extra which was very nice.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 15 years and so and I was additionally anxious because I haven’t always taken great care of my teeth. I was upfront with everyone while in office. I had my new patient comprehensive exam with Dr. Tollefson and Kailee. They were friendly, compassionate, completely understanding and not at all judgmental! Always have good experiences with hebert, but this last one was tops! For ease our family all comes together (me, husband, and our ywo sons who are 5 and 3). They are always so accomodating for all of us and sooo good with the kids. I appreciate that it never felt rushed and they explained everything in a kid friendly manner especially for our 3 year old who tends to be a bit shyer and more timid then his older brother. Everyone did great and no tears! Thats what I call a win!!

Once I arrived, I called to let them know I was there for my appointment. Waiting in car a few minutes until I was called back to come in and walked right back to treatment room. My hygienist was thorough and I was in and out in no time even though I had to have an unexpected X-ray of a tooth I was having issues with. They were wonderful and very fast on confirming what the problem with my tooth was.

Excellent attention to detail for my teeth cleaning, X-rays, and follow up exam. I appreciated the advice on the use of an electric tooth brush.

My mother is in a memory care facility and her dentist was 60 mi away, they were kind enough to get her in and fix her tooth and we were well taken care, they were polite courteous and explained everything to us. In the last few months, Ive had 4 crowns in my mouth. Finished today. Personally, I gag easily from fingers in my mouth and the smell and taste of grinding of teeth. They took extra care and time to prevent the smell and taste, so I wouldnt gag. Getting a crown is somewhat of a big deal, as some know. Each tooth gets a temporary made and installed, then weeks later removed, and the permanent one installed. I had four done. They made me so very comfortable, and at ease, that I would never consider going anywhere but Herbert Dental. I love their commitment, and concern for the quality, and comfort for their patients.
