The person at battery&bulbs mentioned this place possibly having the unique piece we needed fixed on a phone and we needed to rush because of a trade in deal, would have taken too long for other places to get it in to do the deal.The gents working were very polite and responsive to our questions when we called and stopped in for the repair. Costs was reasonable too.I would recommend this place for phone repair, especially if your rushed.4 stars is because i will need more encounters to assess the last star.

I needed to have the charging port replaced on my iPad. The staff at Fast Phone worked diligently to find the correct part & repair my iPad in a timely fashion. After being repaired I had trouble accessing the Intranet on my iPad from home. While it was not the result of the repair, the staff at Fast Phone fixed the issue at no cost to me. Called for a quote about a repair for the back of my OnePlus, they were quick and to the point about it. Its relatively $60+tax for the repair, while it seems steep Ill see how the quality of the repair itself is. I have yet to actually get it repaired - Once they repair it Ill update the review

My husbands phone was not charging; the charger would not connect. He took it to Best Buy where he purchased the phone six months previously. They wouldnt even look at it. They simply told him he would need to send the phone back to Samsung.I found Fast Phone, called them & they said they had the part in stock.He took it to Fast Phone & it simply needed pocket lint removed from the charge port. I want to start this by saying that if the service was separate, it would receive 5 starts for that part. Everyone that I worked with was top notch! very fast, very nice, and all about the customer. On to the reason its only 2 stars. I brought my Iphone 11 pro max in for screen replacement. they replaced it quickly (45 minutes), but the screen they put in didnt work. when I went back to pick it up, they informed me of the issue and got to work on another screen. When I went back to pick it up (30 minutes) they found the second screen was doing the same thing. He informed me that they would get another screen on order and they would have it the next day. Finally 4 business days (6 days total) they called me and told me they got the screen. I brought my phone pack again and they replaced the screen (1 hour). As soon as I grabbed the phone I could feel something was wrong. Once I got home I decided to check the screen. It wasnt seeded correctly into the phone. It was sticking up out of the frame of the phone causing a weird edge, The screen glass had a weird scuff pattern on it, it was very jumpy on swipes and scrolls, it would double click when typing, and the color temperature was totally off. The screen seemed almost like a cheap knock off and when I asked he told me he used OEM parts. I compared it to the exact same model Iphone (Owned by a coworker) and it wasnt even close. That bring up another point, an original apple screen, repaired by apple costs 329$ and a screen from Fast Phone was $359.99. Im not sure why their lower quality screens are more money. I then went back and asked for my old cracked screen to be put back into my phone and for a refund. Each time I have come here I was greeted in a friendly way. I brought 2 phones on 2 separate occasions withs screens so badly cracked they would not display anymore. Prices were given up front so there were no surprises, and my phone was fixed in 3 hours (and the other phone I brought in was fixed in 1 hour). Both times I went I did not call ahead, I just walked in and dropped off the phone. Service was kind, polite, fast, and reasonably priced.

The best part was no appointment necessary. I was in and out in under 1 hour. Its hard to be without a company cell phone as its used in every aspect of day to day work. Having the phone inoperative for day was not an option. Quick and professional. Will continue to recommend

I brought my Note 9 in on 06.01.20 to get the screen repaired as it was cracked. Initially everything seemed good. On 6.27.20, not even a full month later the new screen they used in the repair had a hairline fracture starting on one of the curved edges. This hairline fracture appeared after the phone was left sitting on a desk, so my only assumption is they use very low quality parts. Especially curved screens with internal stress.

I had a samsung galaxy S8 that died. Just stopped working. I decided to go to this place after reading good Google reviews about it. I was helped by a guy name Carson. They took my phone and checked it for an hour (no charge). When I came back I was told that the phone is not fixable and the only thing they can do is try to save the information but it would cost a lot of money. Even though they could not help me, I got a good professional information at no cost to me. I highly recommend this place!

The lens covering for my Samsung Note 8 was broken and I did put up with it longer than I should have. However, the last straw was when I picked it up and my finger rubbed across it and I picked up several very sharp slivers of what was left of the lens. I wont go into the extent of adjectives that were produced, but the decision was unavoidably made to replace the lens covering ASAP. I was literally told by everybody else in town there is no hope to recover my photos on my old phone because the screen was completely cracked and blacked out I came to them and within 45 minutes they recovered my photos and everything else and transfer them onto my new phone! Mike in Eau Claire was great! My Samsung galaxy s8 is less than 2 years old. It powered off unexpectedly, then said I had moisture in the charge port and wouldnt let me charge it. My cell service provider said my only option was to get a new phone since i didnt have insurance. I decided to go to Fast Phone to see if there was another option. Mike was able to charge it on a wireless charger. Gave me pricing for a new charge port. But said it might work after fully charged or if we reset the software. He wanted to try everything before going to the most expensive option. I am not very good with technology so he helped me back up my contacts and photos so if we needed the reset I didnt lose anything. After using the wireless charger and charging it, I didnt have any issues. He was great! Didnt charge me, and saved me at minimum $400. THANKS AGAIN MIKE! Great experience and great service! Will definitely be back for any technology needs!

The staff is friendly, I wouldn’t recommend for Apple repairs. The quality of replacement Apple screens are awful. I had it replaced and twice I took it back for warranty replacement because the screens were so bad. Now after twice attempting a warranty repair, I’ve given up and taking it Apple for repairs.

The repair looked perfect in the store. Later, at home, I noticed that during a phone call, the screen goes blank and no buttons are available. I could not do anything afterward. I could not call for help. So I emailed and Carson agreed to meet me early. I came and he did not show. He was having traffic issues in a cellular dead zone and my phone was stuck open apparently. Later I emailed again and he promised to come over before the end of the day. He kept this second appointment, fixed the phone in is van/shop, and it now works as good as new.Not only is he very smart and capable, but he also operates with the highest integrity.

Im a Sprint customer, have a Samsung phone and I have been away from home on business for 6 months. Even though the phone is less than a year old and under warranty, neither could repair the camera quickly. I was referred to Fast Phone who order the part in 1 day and repaired it in 45 minutes. My phone screen shattered so I called around to compare prices and this place has cheapest repairs around. They ordered part and it was shipped overnight. When I brought my phone in the next day it only took them an hour to fix it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My phone works and looks great. The employees here were incredible. I came in with a phone that was could qualify for a rebate if I could prove it was defective.
