Mike and the Guys at MAD are AWESOME. I had been looking to build a new PC for my Youtube channel for some time. Mike was will to talk with me in advance and helped pick out the parts what would work best for my build based on my needs. Let me tell you Im blown with the attention to detail, and the price for the build, I honestly expecting more. The PC is a BEAST I love it!They also helped repair my girlfriends laptop, great price, great work, and done quickly. I had purchased a laptop from a large franchise store because, well, I’ll admit without recommendation I’m fearful to try smaller businesses on a purchase like this. That laptop had no sound and thankfully I was able to return it because that led me to MAD. I was referred to MAD by a good friend whom I trust whole heartedly. I met with Mike and told him what I was looking for and the price. He gave me one h*** of a deal with a 6 month warranty. I walked out with a fantastic computer and new trust built with a small company whom I would prefer to give my money to in the first place. Mad computers LLC might just be the best computer repair in Eau Claire. The price was low for a great deal of repair. And the employees were very professional and told us what was wrong with it and showed us what was wrong with it and showed us the benchmarks.

Had a hard disk drive fail on me, computer wouldnt boot. Thankfully I had everything backed up, so all they needed to do was put a new SSD in and reinstall Windows. Customer service was on point, didnt talk down to me or make me feel dumb, explained things in a manner any computer user could understand, no gimmicks. Was not sure what types of places Eau Claire had, and honestly the sole reason I chose MAD was because of the VolumeOne best in the Chippewa Valley award displayed on the Facebook page profile. Would recommend to anyone for any computer needs.

Screen broke on my 2 in 1 laptop so I had them replace it. They were able to fix it after some trial and error. The one thing that dissapoints me is all the pry bar marks they left all over my laptop to replace the screen.
