I had brought my computer here a while back and they tested it out. They said it had water damage. Never told me what was specifically water damaged, but thats not their job. I gave them some parts to test out for somewhat affordable prices.

This is the best computer repair store in town. They have a great owner and great employees, they do a great job at getting things done correctly. If something isnt going to be done on time or isnt worth the time the fix they will tell you why and steer you in the right direction.

Really great place! Staff are patient, knowledgeable, and super helpful, and they charged less than half of what I was expecting to have to pay to diagnose and tune up my computer. Id recommend them any day and would gladly return.

Great service at decent rates. James and his crew are the only people I let work on my computers and they are very knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions. They actually fix problems instead of reformatting your hard and loosing your data like so many places do. If your hard drive isnt totally toast James can recover everything that isnt corrupted.

I would definitely recommend Computer Wizards. They helped us build 2 custom gaming PCs and were very knowledgeable. The computers run amazingly well. The process of purchasing the computers was quick and also affordable. These guys are considerate and trustworthy.

Ive dealt with this place time and time again, for a local shop its frustrating how lack luster you are to wanting to help some one.this is the last time i call for parts in a pinch even over a large order your not willing to price match an idem your staff has even called over priced

This company has excellent customer service. I have called them a few times for minor problems with our computer & printer. They have been able to remote in and make the adjustments very quickly. I wish I would of known about these guys years ago. Great guys and always friendly. I would definitely recommend them for all your computer needs!

I was very happy with the customer service provided by the staff. They kept me in the loop with the progress and didnt charge me for parts that were not necessary to fix my computer. Also, compared to the other places I brought my computer, they were able to give me a reasonable time frame for when they would have it back to me. Overall, I was very happy with how I was treated and the staff was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Computer Wizard to anyone who needs their computer fixed for a reasonable price.

Solved my problem over the phone; very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I wanted to really believe in this place because RAM technologies sent us there since RAM technologies closed down. We had a laptop that died on us and wasnt touched in over two years. It sat in a corner since its death but had some important information on the hard drive that we wanted. Went over to computer wizard and after like two to three days we got a phone called that said they think the mother board burnt out on it and they did not find a hard drive in the laptop. They suspect that someone had tampered with the laptop since its missing screws. No one has touched the laptop since its death (we didnt check to see if there were missing screws before taking it in).The laptop had 1 TB of hard drive on it before its death and to suddenly be mysteriously missing one doesnt make any sense. With how reputable this shop seems to be, we want to believe that an employee didnt just steal the hard drive, therefore, we will be trying this shop again in the future and hope we dont run into the same problem as before. Again we want to give this shop the benefit of the doubt and will be trying them again in the future.

James and his crew always take care of whatever ails my machines. They are always friendly and capable. The store is easy to find and clean.

These guys are excellent. I had trouble with Windows loading after the Blue Screen Of Death got me (hard drive failure). Dell told me I had wipe the drive and pay for a Windows reload disk. I brought it to the Wizards they fixed the windows put it on a new solid-state hard drive and were able to maintain all my previous programs and previous desktop layout. My windows startup time sped way up loading in an 1/8 of the time. They also were able to provide good insight on eliminating resource hogs of antiquated virus/malware programs running. Very reasonable costs and expert knowledge. These guys top the Geek-Squad, and more reasonably priced the RAM.

All of the guys at Computer Wizards are so helpful! Whether it is a quick call with a question or larger issue, they always are able to meet our needs in a timely manner! I recommend these guys to everyone!

On 12-2-15 I had them install a new power supply and motherboard in my desk top computer. I was blown away by their excellent work and service.Today is 7-15-16 and I when back to Computer Wizards for my second time. Same great service!

I woke up to a screen full of wingdings font and they took my computer in the same day and gave it back the next morning. I work from home on my computer, so speed was definitely a factor and I could not have asked for better or faster service than I received from Computer Wizards. Ben is a gem and Ill be back to have them build my next laptop for sure!
