Did the job quickly but went over the top in my opinion to make sure everything was cleaned and done properly even did extra cleaning of some floors that got dusty from his work. If you havent gotten your ducts cleaned in your home I would definitely recommend doing so. Such a good job and I already notice a difference.

We had a house fire and the crew did a wonderful job of keeping to their word. They were able to get us home 2 weeks before Christmas ,which was the day they had in mind to get our family home. Very happy with Steamatic! We got them thru our insurance company after a kitchen fire. We were placed in a hotel awaiting cleaning of our home. We were very very satisfied with Melissa and her crew. She went above and beyond her job title!! Her communication was outstanding! She is very good at her job. 8am-8pm she was there to answer every question, if she didnt know it she found it for us!! I had a rug to get deep cleaned after a Christmas tree stand debacle, and realize I had not had my vents or carpets cleaned since I moved in almost 3 years ago. I used their online quote portal to get an idea of how much to budget for, and they answered all my questions within a day if not sooner. They came right on time to clean my carpets and were very professional. I also used them when we first moved in for duct cleaning and I was incredibly happy with their service then too.

They answered the phone promptly and answered all my questions and concerns. On the day of the cleanup, I was called ahead of time by the tech to verify that he was in his way. Tech was friendly and went above and beyond by sending me before and after pics of the work. When I saw the before pictures I was thrilled we got our vents cleaned! All my expectations were met. Great company to do business with.

He even cleaned our drier vent, something I had not thought about. My kids enjoyed him, too, and followed him around the house. Steamatic cleaned them after a remodel and had retrieved items from the previous owner and toys that my kids has lost over 12 years ago. We had a water leak in a pipe that ran through a ceiling of a lower level bedroom severely damaging the ceiling, destroying a sleep number bed and saturating part of the carpet. Our insurance company recommended Steamatic. They came out the same day and began the restoration work.They did an initial assessment of everything that needed to be done and told us what the plan of action would be. They removed everything from the bedroom and began the drying process. Once everything was dried out the next crew came in and took care of care of sheet rocking and repainting the ceiling. The whole process took about two weeks. They kept us up-to-date on all of the progress, showed up every time they said they would and called several times to make sure that things were going well and that we were pleased with the work. They also took care of getting all the information needed to our insurance company. This is our first experience with this company and we have nothing but good things to say. The room looks brand new and we felt things were done thoroughly and in a very timely manner. Thank you to Jesse and Dave and Kevin and Levi and Mark and anyone else I forgot. We appreciate the job well done and would recommend your company to anyone.

Rep was on time and very nice, professional. He tried to get stain out, but no guarantee it would come out. Area he did looked great when he left, but he said once it dries may still see stain; and yes, I can still see stain. It was worth a try but not happy with results. Also when I made appt I asked for hard floor to be cleaned, that it was linoleum. She did not say company didnt clean linoleum; but rep that came to my home said company didnt do linoleum. I uunderstand but wish phone person who took order would have told me that. Very prompt, responsive company, accommodating, and they tried. Give them a try!! I am sure all stains cant be removed, so thank you anyway.

I am currently deployed to the Middle East again and this has been a very stressful event for my family and I. As you could imagine, getting a message about having standing water in our finished basement where our son sleeps was bad enough, but not being able to be home to help my wife and two young kids made it much worse. The time zone changes and limited phone capabilities made it all the more challenging.Without knowing who to call, the first company I called wasnt able to provide a timeline for when they could respond. That afternoon my insurance company then reached out to Steamatic and they were over the next morning and started the clean up process immediately. They assisted with water and carpet removal. The carpet was beyond salvageable, so they left additional drying equipment to help prevent damage to the walls and to help dry out the floor. Jammi was in frequent contact with me over the holiday weekend as to what the process entailed and I was assured that my family would be protected.There were multiple stops made to check on the drying process and the equipment remained to ensure that it would be safe. I was very worried about having a restoration company trying to be pushy as to what they would try to convince my wife needed to be done and how much it would cost us. I was certainly put at ease after talking with Jammi and he assured me that I would be treated as a family member, especially considering my circumstances. I thought I had a buckled floor board in my kitchen, the structure of which dates back to the mid-1800s, before things like levels, plywood, and plaster board were invented. Turned out to be long term water damage from a leaky dishwasher, leading to black mold, lots of warped sub floor, and ruined cabinets and flooring. The prospect of removing absolutely everything from the kitchen, tearing it all apart, ridding it of the mold, then putting it back together was overwhelming.Our insurance company pointed us to TRAC / Steamatic and contacting them was the only thing I had to do. Dave, Jesse, Gus, and the others came in, took care of demolition, pointed me to the places I needed to go for new flooring, cabinets, etc. and got right to work on restoring my kitchen. There was very little wait time for any of the materials, and very few days that something wasnt being worked on. The finished product is stunning - I love it!I cant fully express how grateful I am for Dave and his crew for knowing what to do and getting it done. I had no knowledge or experience at all with renovation, and thankfully I didnt need it. The guys were all very friendly and professional, answered my questions, made good suggestions and did top notch work from start to finish. I shared photos of the project as it progressed and a lot of people have asked who did my work because theyd like to hire them.

I called this company to clean three rooms of carpeting I was told over the phone it would be$149.00 plus I had a few smaller throw rugs cleaned all said and done my bill was $ 264.00 thats not what I was told on the phone that is almost $100.00 more than I was quoted but iam sure my comment will be over looked and nothing will come of it I just know next time to not use this company very misleading and my carpets are clean though .
