I have own a small apartment complex in the city and they Kennedy did a fantastic job getting the stains out. It looked nearly new when he was done! I forgot to take a before image, but it had been cleaned with a rented Rug Doctor and there were still some significant stains especially in the high traffic areas.

This time i had duct cleaning done on a recent reno project house. The guys that did the work were nice, explained things, did a great job, and cleaned up the work site. AND i received some nice parting gifts: spray carpet stain remover, a bag of candy, and coupons off for the next project. Very nice job!

Chem Master rescued us from a flooded basement! From the very beginning when Jeff came to our house on a Sunday afternoon, he gave great care and time to help get our basement cleaned up and dried out. Jeff spent a lot of time making sure that our basement dried out quickly while trying to be conservative in how much dry wall to remove (we did not have great insurance coverage). Jeff made himself very available to answer our questions and concerns through out our process. We highly recommend using Chem Master for any water damage you have. Jeff is an upstanding, kind, helpful and professional person to work with!

I think the photos speak for themselves! Had a tenant with 2 cats that urinated on the carpet as well as other stains from who knows where. Took them less than an hour and it looks amazing! Chem Master fit our duct cleaning into a cancellation in their schedule two days after I called, and came all the way to Plum City for a small extra trip fee. I have Lyme disease and am very sensitive to dust and mold, so when it got cold and we started running the furnace full-time, I soon realized the vents were making me sick. Isaac and Luke were right on time, super nice and friendly, and efficient and comprehensive. They were also very accommodating of our very loving and playful, but protective dog. Really, Im pretty sure Luke has a friend for life in our dog. I highly recommend Chem Master. They were professional and efficient, but also went the extra mile in sincere, great customer service. Way to go Chem Master!

It was easy to schedule an appt. without a long wait. The technician, Brayton, called to let us know he was running ahead of schedule. He arrived in a mask, and asked if he needed to continue wearing. Brayton was very polite, positive, and professional. He worked at all of the areas where we had stains, and even cleaned an additional area with no extra cost. We are pleased with the results, although parts of the carpet did remain wet well beyond the 4-6 hours of drying time.

Prompted by an allergy flare-up, I did some research and contacted Chem Master for a duct cleaning estimate. Jeff promptly returned my call and provided thorough explanations, current discounts, and offered next-day service due to a cancellation. I was impressed with his duct and carpet cleaning protocols, so signed up for both. Team Isaac/Luke were skilled, courteous and and efficient with the 25 duct job. A few days later Alex cleaned all our carpets wonderfully and even removed a 15 year old stain wed thought impossible. Allergy problem resolved, and the house looks great!

Jeff Rye has always done a phenomenal job with our carpets and upholstery. Attention to detail in all the right spots, makes sure that the hoses aren’t rubbing and damaging corners, lays out runners on the wood floors, etc. After cleaning our carpets look like brand new. I’d highly recommend Jeff and his team!

I called on a Monday morning regarding an estimate for air duct cleaning and someone arrived an hour later for the estimate. Two days later they came to complete the job and were done within 3 hours. Super professional and it hardly disrupted our day at home. I would highly recommend!

Owner seemed great on the phone. I explained the issue with my new carpet thoroughly, repeated it to the technician who arrived. Left the tech to do his work and found out he went into a room I didnt request (this was a very simple job) I needed a small hallway and some stairs cleaned. Now I have a basement that already has a moisture issue completely damp and wet because I wasnt consulted before the tech decided to do an extra area. Called to speak to the owner and was told Im too stressed and they dont need customers like me who expect a specific job to get done. Now I cant lay plastic to finish the remodel Im working on and Ive taken a days loss in time and have to buy a dehumidifier. Owner needs a lesson in manors. Avoid this company like the plague.
