First, they make you wear a mask and the lady was so rude about it. The one place its still required and god forbid I didnt know. Second, the lady was rude in general, her whole attitude was bad. She made it seem blasphemous that I didnt have tape to seal my package so she gets out the tape gun and pulls off a piece that was clearly way to big and hands it to me. Not for nothing, but it was more work to pull off these giant pieces of tape and hand them to me through the plexi glass barrier than it would have been to just use the tape gun as intended and tape the package herself. UPS over here is much better. Company uses FedEx for returns so i had no choice.

The woman who was behind the counter told me to pull my mask up at 1:00On Tuesday / the next person on shift came out with her mask Down blowing her nose / rude / charged without quoting a price , disgusting

They pretended to make a delivery attempt and logged “customer not home” at 9 AM but never even came to the doorstep (caught no one on camera) much less leave a slip. Continually pushed back delivery time, once to 5:00 PM, then end of day, at which they took 10 hours to finally say that my package was returned to the store itself. Leaving me zero time to go pick it up in store. Incredibly disappointed, dedicated an entire day to this package. RIDICULOUS.

This is the absolute worst fed-ex location I’ve ever had to have packages shipped too. The entire staffs rude, costumer services is non existent. As well was the insane delay for pick up that has happened to my last few packages these last couple of months where it has arrived at 10 am but is not available for pick up until 12-1pm that’s absolutely unacceptable. I will not be sending anything here agin. Terrible people terrible facility. People need to be fired here !!!

Be prepared to wait outside for as long as it takes. Only one person at a time admitted and only one window open for the 30 minutes I was waiting. The overworked teller (?) was quite pleasant and answered my questions completely...well done! Now as for security.. I was not impressed by the hamper outside the building used to accept dropoffs. Logic says things that can go in can just as readily come out...wait on line if your package is important.

This was a horrible delivery from fedex. They told me my package was not coming today because my address was wrong on the package. Three hours later I go outside my door and the package is on my front door. When I picked up the package it was dripping wet. Every piece of clothing was ruined and smelled horrible. Once again this was a horrible delivery from fedex.

Really bad customer service. Why is Karen even working there if she can’t type the address correctly?! After 4 tries and a long time waiting she got it right. PS: I handled her the address TYPED ON NOTES of my phone, it was not even handwritten! Basic typing skills should be a requirement for the job. I don’t want to my mails delivered to the wrong address because she doesn’t know what she is doing!!!

Around the Holidays you would think that people would be kinder especially in a pandemic. I had a horrible experience with the customer given by a new hire and a seasoned representative at approximately 7PM on 12/23. The representatives we’re dismissive & insensitive to my situation of just losing my apartment due to COVID-19. They did nothing to help my situation & I had more than plenty of supportive documentation. On one email it showed the address on where the product is going to with my name and that the billing address was indicated different which matched my id. My email address was even my first & last name as on my Id & order the fedex number said the same. I only went there because a representative told me I can pick it up and they will have it pulled & ready, I really feel people are using Covid to their advantage to limit their efforts. Their demeanor was insensitive as they chucked behind their mask.

This package Distribution Center is open late and available for drop off. it is in the middle of an industrial area and set up to service those customers. The front room is small and seems to be understaffed, but as I had a prepaid prelabeled package ready to go I was able to drop it off and leave.

Thank goodness this place is open later than a FedEx ship centers or the drop boxes or I would have been in trouble.didnt even have to go inside since they had a bin that you could just drop your package in as long as its pre-addressed.Well done FedEx.

Just because you drop off a package there doesnt mean its gets delivered quicker.Youre better off going to local drop if you can.Fedex could care less if your package ships quickly.

Awful. They have an automatic door right by where the line is for services. It was freezing and windy. Felt like being in a wind tunnel. I was not allowed to turn off the automatic door as the employee said it was a fire hazard.

RUDEEEEE. There was a black man with a bald head with A BREAD. He act like he didnt see me. So he continues working on the key pad whatever you want to call it. Then I said hello, he said yes hold on for a second. keep In mind I been standing their while he continues looking on the key pad. RUDEEEEEEEE!!!!! Next time I will ask for a superviser.

Rude Customer Service, No attempt at helping me: The nice folks at the Fedex print store helped me arrange a HOLD to be put on my package so that I could go pick it up at this shipment center. When I called to inquire about their hours because I was stopping by to pick up my order, a lady (whose name I will not mention here) was IMMENSELY RUDE to me, for no apparently good reason, and told me in an extremely frustrating manner that the box is probably already on a truck, no one has time to pay attention to requests like this.... She refused to actually look up the tracking number and assist me in any way. Unreal. Very bad experience.

Horrible policies.clerk was polite and professional however FedEx pickup policies are horrible.i showed multiple proof I was authorized to pick up package and was forced to have a disabled mother of a 1 year old come in to pick up package. No humanity in their policy. Also does not take cash.

Was suppose to have a package delivered to my home. Gave specific delivery instructions and they were not carried out. Called and spoke with 2 people (1 of them was a supervisor) and they both were uninterested with the situation or trying to find way to resolve it. Very bad experience

Staff is not courteous at all. I came to drop off a package and had couple of corners on the label which were not secured with a tape. They suggested I go and fix it myself. There was a tape lying on the counter but they made me buy a new tape !! This is a truly ridiculous and shameful. They clearly don’t know how to treat customers. When I pointed out how funny this whole thing sounds, they had no response,made no eye contact and showed no remorse. Bunch of robots!!

Usually not enough people helping customers at the front desk which makes pick up or shipping take much h longer than it should. UPS often only has 1 person too, but for some reason the lone moves much quicker there.

9 times this year alone I was told that our items are undeliverable because we are close.All this during normal business hours. They have lost items and are not helpful at all on the phone. I will never use them again. I wish I could rate them -5 stars ,but cant give a negative rating

My business open 7/week . Business hour on Saturdays was 9:00 am to 6:30 pm but they said costumer not available or business closed. Status 9:46 am . I order live seafood ship over night for mothet days now their delivery on mondays . ????? I don’t think you delivery to my address . Very bad service .

Such terrible service I Will absoulutly never ever fed ex somthing ever again. Customer service is disgustingly terrible. They kept transferring me to the company phone number for customer service to a representative who did not even speak English so it was hard to understand. After being on the phone for a while he finally answered my question which was if he could transfer me to a fed ex in eatontown New Jersey and after all that he said he didnt have it. Then I called the shipment center and they did not have the number either. And on google the only phone number listed is the company number. So after being transferred to a customer service that finally New what she was doing she transferred me to the one in eatontown and after waiting on the line on hold for such a long time they finally picked up and told me to CALL BACK IN AN HOUR. I am so dissapointed, aggravated, angry and disgusted at the way fed ex treats there customers, i would give this a 0 if I could.

The worst customer service ever. The woman there was totally unacceptable and rude. I came to pick up a package for a friend since he is working till 5 and they closed at 5. I even showed her the id of my friend and everything. She still said no and refused to give me the package. I was mad at her and I cursed at her! Totally unacceptable! Worst service ever!

I dont recommend this place they make a mistake like 3 times I got a package from Mexico I spend over $300 and they say they deliver it at my house but I never got the paper a notification that said I supposed to get it so I went back to this place I spend like at least 3 hours each time and finally I called customer service to see wheres my package and then I went to the place I went by there and people there are no very nice so it really is not worth it for the money they charge
