I recently went with a friend to get services done, eyebrows, and It was not what I expected. From experience of getting eyebrows waxed for years, this is by far the longest wax session especially for a wax as simple as a clean up and slight arch. It seemed as though the esthetician wasn’t confident enough in her work which left my friend and I unsatisfied with our outcome. I also got the vibe that the salon might be suitable for older guests. The staff was nice, but I’ll sadly won’t go there again.

I LOVE love salon savvy! It’s calm, professional and I love my stylist. I would recommend (and have) this salon to anyone! They have a phenomenal staff and their receptionist is very personable! Great place! You will NOT be disappointed!

Very disappointed with my experience at this salon. The hair stylist was very critical of my hair. She didn’t think any of the the styles I showed her would work. Basically I came out feeling more disappointed in my hair than I felt about it in years. She wanted me to tell her I was please but there wasn’t one aspect that I liked about it. It made an appointment that I had looked forward to one of the most depressing events in my life. She did what she wanted but not what I asked for or tried to ask for I wouldn’t recommend this salon or stylist to ANYONE!

Took my daughter and her friend last year for prom hair. The staff was laughing and singing and having a great time. Made such a fuss over the girls they only want to go here for their hair this year!
