Hesitant with coming here at first due to some less than great service at its sister location but this place really changed my perspective. I had to go in for a new tire, luckily it was covered under warranty. My service advisor Rich went above and beyond to find my tire which there was very little supply of natiowide. They were able to get me it within a couple days and when I arrived to pick it up serviced me right away. They also spent the time to contact the warranty center and take care of the claim. Very happy with the service here.

Brought my car at 8:12 this morning (7/7/21) for an oil change. Was told that they probably wont get to it till the afternoon. Thats fine, they were busy. I was informed at approximately 11:39 that they wont get to it today or tomorrow because they were told that new and used cars that were recently sold at Flood Ford is their priority. It would of been nice to be told this at 8:12 this morning. Theres three hours wasted. Was offer nothing for my inconvenience . Flood headquarter needs to improve communication to Quick lane and let them know that service to the public maybe slow / nonexistent for the next few days.

Deception & dishonesty is what you will find here!!I am a mechanic and know When I am being lied to..Dropped off my 2011 f150 for an alignment. They informed me they could not perform the job because both control arms were bad, which I knew were perfectly fine.. They Lied straight to my face!! Knowing they lied I took my truck to tire pros who performed the alignment and confirmed the control arms were fine.

I literally spoke to one of their employees TWICE on the phone before bringing my wheels and tires to the place only to be turned around, citing the fact they dont do customer supplied (brand new btw) tires. Thanks for using my leave time for nothing.

I just needed an oil&filter change. Very busy place, waited an Hr. And once in, it was quickly and a car wash 😌

Went in for “The Works” mainly for the purpose of an oil change and was told there would be a wait of 2.5hrs. When I received the car once all the work was done I noticed it was far dirtier than when it had gone in. After pointing out all of the greasy hand prints and such they agreed to wash the car. Once the car was “washed” I did a small walk-around and concluded that the wash consisted of maybe a hose down and the car was still as dirty as before. Very disappointed with the amount of effort and care put into such a simple job.

I brought my vehicle here for the second time for an oil change. The First time I brought it here, they did a tire rotation and didn’t tighten the lug nuts and my tire almost fell off. I thought, everyone makes mistakes so I decided to give them a second chance but again the mechanics hadn’t tightened my lug nuts. My tire almost fell off, I’m very disappointed and scared to bring my vehicle there again. If you Decide to give them a chance, make sure Oh hey don’t do tire rotation!

Everytime I go here its a hassle. I get there 30 plus minutes before they open and still end up waiting or they take people that just showed up. Today was a 2 hour wait first thing in the morning so left, Im done with this place.

I called on a busy Saturday morning and Mike said to bring my car over. Chris took care of my car, we replaced the 4 tires and they gave a much better price than the dealership ($200 less) and Im expecting a $70 rebate in the mail. Chris was very nice, knowledgeable and took care of my car as soon as I got to the store, once the car was done they called me to pick it up. I highly recommend this place.

Im only giving a 1 star rating because I cannot give any less. I brought my car in for a tire change. I was told that I should change all of the tires. I agreed to that and they changed them. That same day they called me saying that there may be a leak somewhere. They said that they would drain the fluids to figure out where the leak was. I agreed to that as well.They told me that there was a slow leak and that it wouldnt be a problem if I drove it and got it fixed later. I said that would be fine and I drove it home. The next day when I was driving to work, it started to over heat on the highway and the engine light came on. The car then wouldnt start. I had the car towed to work and I called AAA. The AAA driver showed up and tried to get the car started and he wasnt successful. He checked the antifreeze and said that there was none. It was empty.Fast forward over a month later and now I have someone I trust looking at the car to solve the problem. He tells me that its going to cost $1300 to fix. He said that there was no antifreeze in it and because it was driven that way, the car did what it did and broke down.So basically what happened was the people at Quicklane did not refill the transmission fluid (confirmed by numerous people who looked at my car) after they drained it and I drove it not knowing this and the car broke down.All this because I brought it there to have a tire replaced. Do not trust these people. They do not take accountability for messing up my car. And from the looks of the reviews, other peoples cars as well.

I showed up on a busy Saturday because I had a bolt in my tire. They didnt think they would have time since they were so busy but I really only trust them because every other place trys to rip me off. I was about to go somewhere else when the gentlemen called me back in and said they will replace the tire for me quickly if they have it. Thank god they had it and they were able to replace it for me which I was so happy because I am 7 months pregnant and a loyal customer. If you want to go somewhere you can feel comfortable and trust your not getting ripped off then this is the place to go.

I brought my car in for four new tires. They gave me several options and worked with me to find the best options in my price range. They were all very friendly and the service was done promptly and on time. I will definitely go back again. Great service all around.

The girl that waited on me was very nice. However, I was there over 3 hours for an oil change. When I first stopped by I was told they dont take appointments. But several people who showed up while I was waiting either had or were given an appointment.

Reasonable prices, quick like the name says, can’t complain, stopped in with no appointment and got oil changed and tires rotated in under 45 minutes. Definitely beats the GMC dealer who makes you an appointment for 9am, cause apparently I don’t work, and I sit there for 3.5 hrs waiting for what I know takes 45 minutes!

As a buyer beware I would not use the East Greenwich location. I spent $1700 to get the ford 100k maintenance done and a leak in my exhaust repaired. Car comes out of the shop running slightly rough at idle, so they offer to take it back and look at it. By days end I get a call indicating that they couldnt find an issue but indicated that they replaced a recall fuel issue (not sure why that wasnt offered the first visit). I bring the car home and now discover that it is struggling to start up. My experience with quick lane and flood ford has constantly been if they touch it, expect additional issues. I will now be spending additional money to take my car elsewhere and have these flood ford induced problems resolved and I will not be buying another car from flood ford based on the continuous issues I have had with them over the years.

So , I had lifetime ceramic brake pads installed here three years ago, and now those pads were badly worn and out of warranty!!!!! How does that happen??????? I was told they dont carry those brakes anymore and the adviser that sold me that lifetime policy doesnt work there any more..really? so thats my bad? Then they wanted to replace tire pressure monitors that I dont even have. They up sold me on the oil change, saying the package price didnt include the service I needed. Ive had a lot of services there and now I wont be back anymore. Floods service dept is seriously lacking compared to other dealerships. Im very disappointed. Went in with a flat tire on my sons vehicle ( got on freeway). It was just after hours but they helped me out and were just super great all the way around.

We have been a loyal customer for over 7 years and will not be coming back here or buying our next car at Flood Ford. We have spent well over $10,000 on our 2 vehicles that we bring here for service. I had called the day before about an issue that we were having with our mini van and ask if we could bring by at 9am the next day. The service technician told that would be perfect and that he would asigned it to the right person for our issue. The next day at 9am another service technician told mywife that they were to busy and the car could not be seen. After I explained what was said to us the day before he said he would keep the car but could not promise that the car would be seen and that there was a $150 diagnostic fee.After being treated like this we decided to take our business somewhere else. They could of turned a bad experience into a better one by just say sorry for the miscommunication and said to back another day and they would wave the diagnostic fee. Instead he choose to say we were difficult and that he cant make any promises even though we were told to come by today at 9am. I have 2 kids that are coming of driving age and will not be shopping of anything at Flood Ford.They lost out on a loyal customer.

The staff at Quicklane are courteous, honest, and reliable. They always make sure to find the best deals and are thorough in their work. The waiting area is clean and well kept. They have small snacks and water available and a handicap accessible bathroom.

Great service & great place to go

I brought my truck in for a slow leak in one of my tires, clearly could see the culprit. While waiting they told me I had a rear backup light out and did I want them to replace it, I knew this light was out and told them yes.After the tire was pulled they brought me out in the shop to show me I actually had 3 items stuck in my tire one they were concerned about being able to patch as it was close to the sidewall and wanted my permission to pull it out to see if it leaks because it may not be patchable and could mean I would have to replace the tire. I gave them permission to pull object.Later I am told truck is all set and when I go to pay they tell me 2 of the 3 items did not puncture through the tire and that my back up light was unplugged and didn’t need a new bulb. I paid for only a single patch and left.So my experience was good and I felt they were upfront and honest with me.

Quick may depend on what your looking for and when you go. I like cause they have fair prices but they are very honest.

I had a small tear in one tire that was causing a slow leak. They insisted that I needed to buy new tires and that it was impossible to patch it. This car was a 2016 so brand new tires. I took it to another local place that quickly patched the tire for $25.00 and the patch is still fine two years later. Every time I tried this place it was something similar. Total rip off.

Great experience. Was leary because I didnt understand they were owned by Flood Ford but it was as simple as bring it to Flood. They are hooked into same computer, have all your information, service records and plans, ect.. Came exactly as advertised. Said first come first serve, open until 7 pm last night (Friday). I dropped car off at 6 pm with a flat and other tires having that low pressure notice, they called at 8 am this morning to say tire couldnt be plugged but I have the tire care. I had also asked to get fluids, make sure it was ready for winter, etc.. said they only needed to change oil and some filter and that was covered on my service plan, called at 10 am to say I could pick up car. Perfect, couldnt ask for better service. Highly recommend...

I called to see if I can come in for The Works oil change today and am told first come first served. I reply that Im coming in. I drive 20 minutes, arrive and am told they cant fit me in! Are you kidding me! Im done with Quick Lane😡

If youve read all the other negative reviews they are right. This place will do anything and everything to scam you. They tried to tell me that I needed brake, but little do that realize, Im an ASE certified technician. They said that I dont have any brake pad left, yet when I got home and checked them myself, they were at half life. How the hell do you get no pads left from brakes that are half worn?? From the other reveiws talking about how they wouldnt take their cars in past 6, I overheard them saying that these cars are sleeping over. I figured out that little bit. They are pulling in cars into empty bays and telling customers that they booked solid for the night, yeah right, more like you just want to get the hell out of their instead of doing your damn job.

I drive far out of my way (from Pawtucket) just to come to this location. I always feel like I’m being taken care of. I can’t say enough good things about the staff theyre always very nice and services are always quick.

Ive been using Quicklane in East Greenwich for years for routine maintenance, typical repairs (and major repairs too!) and am consistently pleased with service, price, warranty, and professional knowledge. Wont go anywhere else anymore - have had my car towed distances to bring it to Quicklane because I trust this business.

Im very disappointed with the false information that was told to us. I gave this place a call about what their hours are and if an appointment is needed for an oil change. They told me what their hours are and that there is no appointment needed for an oil change just like the website says. My mom goes for an oil change around 5-5:30 on a weekday and told her that theyre closed at 6pm when the man that spoke to me on the phone said they close at 7pm and so does the website. Then they also told her that she needs to make an appointment. She was so upset to have had to drive there and see that they could not do it for her.

Here for 1 tire change. Lady at counter told me 20 minutes. Was here for over an hour. Brought wifes car here a month earlier with a 39$ synthetic oil change coupon and they gave me an estimate of 1200$ in repairs and told me 2 HR wait. I said no and went to my own mechanic with list. Cost me 80 total for synthetic oil change. Nothing else wrong !! Robbery.

Went here for an inspection on a car with 35,000 miles on it, was told inspection failed because the brake pads were worn down too low. I changed the brake pads myself and they were well within the required specs.I also noticed, as I sat and waited for my car, that not a single person was told their car was good to go, for EVERY SINGLE CAR a tech came into the waiting area and explained what was wrong else was wrong with each persons car, trying to up sell every oil change to a brake replacement.This place is a run like a classic scam, 0 integrity.Dont buy their up-sells and better yet, dont go here at all.

My brakes wore out on my Mazda CX5. Called Quicklane & made appointment. They replaced my brakes in one hour and for much less than i thought. They also gave me free wiper blades :)

This review is based on personal experience and reputation based on discussion with others who have used them.These guys do a decent job on basic work. I think they are ok for very basic things that require GENERIC parts like tires, alignments, and batteries.I would let them do brakes and basic work like suspension work on a FORD only as they have easy access to FORD factory parts from the adjoining dealership. Would not let them do, say, brakes on a non-FORD. Doubt their expertise and doubt they would use AUDI factory parts on an Audi brake job ( unless you insisted and paid extra). Take your Audi to the dealer.I would not let them do complicated work even on a Ford. For that, go to the dealership.WARNING! This outfit by reputation and personal experience loves to upsell by finding dubious problems at a FREE MULTIPOINT INSPECTION you didn’t ask for. If you are not knowledgeable and are not having a problem in the area they claim is broken, I would double check with a dealer you trust, etc.Also, twice they have tried to charge me more for a service they quoted me less for on the phone. They backed down, but tried to make me feel like I was getting a favor.In my opinion, this outfit is systematically dishonest in the ways I describe. They make their dough by dubious upsells and nickel and diming people. But they are reasonably fast, clean and competent for the basics.

Was very dissatisfied with the Quick Lane Service they charge me for an inspection sticker and didnt give me the inspection sticker I had to appeal that and go to the state garage only for them to approve my inspection sticker and then I had to go back to them to have my inspection sticker actually put on my car very much of a hassle was not quick service or friendly whatsoever
