Did a Mobile 1 oil change on my wifes bluetec ML350, on my 800 mile run to NC the truck got slightly over 30mpg.

The owner, Lenny, is friendly as the sign says and they were quick in changing oil, filters and checking the basics. Hope to have them maintain my old car in the future. If you live in the NK/EG area, check them out.

Comedy of errors. Too many to list here. After repairing mistakes of their own doing, they released the car without filling the radiator. Thank Goodness the warning light came on before the engine froze. Stay away.

I am sharing details of my brothers experience because he is not on the internet.He brought his car in last week to be repaired for a standard axle repair. When he went to pick it up he noticed that the tire was flat as he drove it off the lot. He brought it back in and they filled the tire.The next morning the tire was flat again. So he filled it with his portable compressor and drove it to work. He then took it to another auto body repair shop. Upon inspection, they discovered that L&S Automotive had melted part of the tire when they were repairing the axle.They tried to patch the damaged tire with rubber glue instead of admitting their mistake and fixing the problem.DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR BUSINESS. That tire they damaged could have blown out on the highway while the kids were in the car.

L & S auto was great. They replaced a defective alternator in my old van as I was passing though town. Lenny and the staff could not have been nicer. The price was fair and they got the job done in a day-even though they were slammed with other jobs before my van arrived on a tow truck. My only regret is that I dont live closer so that L&S could be my regular garage. Excellent service!!

Went to get state inspection, was done in 45 minutes no problems, staff was very kind and helpful, highly recommended.

Be careful here. Theyre fine for oil changes and basic repairs, but anything more advanced be VERY careful of overcharges and unnecessary work. I highly recommend getting a 2nd opinion from another mechanic or dealership for any repairs cost more than, say, $200, when visiting L&S. The desk manager is friendly and reassuring... but they dont always recommend the most reasonable repair option (e.g. recommending total replacement of a component rather than just a simple repair or part replacement for an older car).

Buyers Beware. I ordered all new Bridgestone tires for my AWD vehicle. The job was taking longer than expected and I called a few times to check in. I was told the wrong tires were delivered and it would take a bit longer because they were waiting for the right tires. I wasnt too upset at the time because the job was done the next day. Several months later (about 4 or so) I got a nail in my tire and had it patched at Firestone because they were closer to my home. Come to find out the tires on my vehicle are Mastercraft tires! When I compared the online price of the tires I ordered (Bridgestone) to the tires that were put on my car (Mastercraft), I paid about double the price of the tires I ended up with. I have no real way of proving the wrong tires were put on my car or that I was over charged, so I guess I can only warn others. Check the work that is done on your car when you pick it up.

Nice people but way over priced. For oil changes and small things like that there ok. But major repairs i would go else where. Otherwise youll be paying out the ass in labor.....
