I’ve been wanting to try this place since it’s so close to me but waxing is such a personal, intimate experience that you have to be careful with where you decide to book. I gave them a try and I am sooooo pleased. Staff was friendly and the establishment was very clean. Everyone was following safety protocols in terms of wearing masks. Brianna (my wax esthetician) was professional and knowledgeable the entire time. I will be booking with her again, for sure!

I moved far about 1hr. I use to be only 30 mins away . Anyways, I use to stay coming here for my Brazilian wax! I moved and did not want to drive 1hr so I went to try a place close to me. I regret ever doing that, they left me hairy and I was so upset. For my next follow up,, I ended up driving back here because there is no other place like this one !! I will continue driving 1hr for their outstanding services!

This place was the most authentic Brazilian wax I’ve ever had (used to go to European wax center and wax by Claudia). Mary did an absolutely amazing job! She took her time and was so nice! They use hard wax so that the hair doesn’t break. Definitely will be coming back here!

Awesome experience here! They made the waxing process as painless as possible. I went with a friend on a walk-in appointment, both of our first times, and we found out there was a package price! Easy process for a good price in a clean and professional establishment.

I came here with a Groupon. It was a breeze scheduling an appointment online. This place is located right in front of LA Fitness. It was clean, pretty, and had excellent customer service. A rather small place. The only two people who will be waxing you will be either of the two owners- and they really know what theyre doing and how to give good service because they want their business to do well... I had Elaine and the wax was very clean and quick. They have a good referral program too- you can get a free wax if you refer two people. Its all a pretty good deal with quality. I will be coming here again.

My first time today for a Brazilian wax, it didnt hurt as bad as what I imagined. I did take an 800mg ibuprofen before arriving. Mary was very professional and yet very caring. She talked and kept me talking so I wouldnt focus on the slight pain. She explained to me the painful parts and made me feel very comfortable. I went ahead and paid for 2 Brazilian wax and saved. Definitely will be returning in 4 weeks.

The lady that did me and my friends wax really just didn’t know what she was doing, she burned me then asked if it was just warm no I said it was too hot. Wax was so thin and it hurt so bad. I was sweating and she caught an attitude because I asked her to put more powder on . Girl what? Then tried to use tweezers on a patch of hair that was “too long”. Safe to say I won’t come back, wax by Andreia is my usual anyways but not open today😫

Ive been going to the same woman for my eyebrows and full face wax for 4 years now. I had my first experience today at Original Brazilian Wax because of the good reviews and was pleasantly surprised. I booked an appointment with Eline online, showed up early and she took care of me immediately. She was very nice and explained the entire process to me beforehand, which put me at ease. She was careful, meticulous and was done in 30 minutes. I am particular about my eyebrows and Eline did a PERFECT job! Ive been getting my eyebrows and face waxed for years now and this is the least painful experience Ive ever had. Couldnt be more satisfied. Will be going regularly.

I went to get a Brazilian sugaring. It was going to be my first one so I was nervous, but excited about the results I’ve heard of. Unfortunately, my nether-regions were not the proper length for sugaring and they were pushing it for waxing. But the lady tried anyways. She we very kind and did well distracting me..I didn’t even know she was laying the strips down so she was very good at her job. No matter how good and sweet she was..it hurt so bad! I knew it would..but I felt weak because i had to ask her to stop at a certain point. She was so nice and understanding and gave me great advice. Next time I get the guts..I will try again. I wish I remembered her name..she was very professional and did a great job keeping me comfortable in an uncomfortable situation!

I arrived to my appointment thirty minutes early so I knew I would have to wait. Right as my scheduled appointment time was up, a girl walked in who was 20 minutes late. They took her in before me and I was left waiting for an additional 30 minutes. I wouldn’t have waited if my usual Andreia’s wax was available, which by the way, charges less than this place. On top of that, the aesthetician who did my wax was rushing. It was very painful and she burned my lady bits. I would not recommend Claudia’s at all.

I’d not had any experience with grooming, and Original was very kind and patient about this. I’d read a review that scared me about getting put into a room without any instruction, but both of the ladies were helpful despite my naïveté. Definitely recommend if you’re a newbie or a regular. It helped to make an appointment.

It was my first brazilian (which they knew), so I was really surprised and confused when she put me in the room and shut the door without a word. I just assumed this was the part where I drop my pants. When she came back, I was standing there half naked and confused.I wish she had at least explained the procedure, or anything. I felt pretty uncomfortable at this point, in an already uncomfortable circumstance.The real problem I had was when she did NOT stop the multiple times I asked her to. It was one of the most painful experiences Ive ever had, which I expected, but the fact that I was obviously distressed and was not being heard made it feel so much worse.I ended up with a lot of irritation and stubble - exactly the reason I wanted to try waxing instead of shaving. So, I was disappointed the trouble was definitely not worth the results. If I ever got brave enough to try again, I would definitely pay more somewhere else.

Went in for a wax. The technician blew on wax before attempting to apply to my skin. I got out of there so fast. When sanitation is questionable, I dont take any chances.

She starts with the hard wax and goes over with the soft wax so she doesn’t miss any stray hairs. Will be coming back.

.The employee I referenced no longer works there. The place I reviewed was Original Wax in Duluth GA. A new place is there now and she is using the great reviews from the previous location. I havent been to the place since Eline left. I tried it after she left, but it was not good. They also allowed me to book with Eline then when I arrived, another lady took Me to the back.She told me Eline was in a wreck. The next time, I booked with Eline again and she was not there. I was finally told she no longer worked there. Her name stayed on the website for some reason. The reviews are very deceiving

I went here a couple of times and always received amazing service with elena (i think thats the managers name). However, the last two times I was burnt down there! the first time I was burnt i told her the wax was too hot and she checked it and said it was fine, after my wax I could not even put my underwear on. I had a minor tiny burn the next day, which I understand accidents happen and Elena is always amazing and did not complain. The last time I came in after my brazilian wax again I was on fire down there and could not even put underwear on. The next day I developed a brown layer of burnt skin on my entire right side plus swelling. Later it peeled off but it was painful! Ive gone waxing to several other places and never had this happen so Im sure its not my skin being sensitive. I called to complain nicely and respectfully and was told to come in. When i went I was told to come back another time because elena was with a customer. I told her it was far for me to be driving back and forth. So Elena instructed the lady to give me my money back and went back with the customer. Now, I understand she was busy but I expected a quick apology from her or the other employee or a call later on that day, instead of just being thrown money. She came out of the room to tell the other employee to give me a refund while she was telling her she could have taken 10 seconds to say she was sorry or something instead of rudely just handing me money and trying to get rid of me. I think it was really the principal of burning a customer that has been coming to you consistently . And maybe after being burnt twice and atleast receiving an apology I would have considered going back because Elena was always good. But after the poor customer service I experienced after being burnt twice, I will not recommend!

I got a groupon to this place for a brazilian last year and have continued to visit since! Elineis fantastic! She is personable and quick. I like that they use hard wax here so the results last longer and it is very CLEAN. They never double dip since they pour the wax into your individual disposable cup and use a new disposable application stick.
