Please close this location so another, better hair place can open.They dont observe the short hours posted and always closed earlier than posted. No running hot water at this location, SO HALF THE SERVICES posted are jot avaliable. So, give up the place so you stop confusing us customers.

The stylist Robin is wonderful. Makes sure to cut hair correctly not just to get it done quick. Location takes good precautions from Covid 19. Friendly. Come give this place a try. Youll love the staff and the great job they do with your hair.

I went in for the first time yesterday and I got Precious. She did an amazing job of cutting my hair into a cute bob while my hair was curly (she cut 5 inches off). She also cut my bangs and I think they look lovely. Love her personality and her talent! The price was AMAZING for a cut so beautiful ($16)! I will definitely be coming back for more frequent haircuts for the price, and for her :).

I give it 1 because I cant give 0. Worse place ever, worse customer service. I went there, sign on the list, was just 1 customer before me. More people show up after me and they took them first letting me walting there... they said to the people after me if you sing up online I took you first but they didnt say that to me... they took 3 clients than arrived before me without even recognize I was there waiting... I just stand up and left... absolutely unacceptable!!! Unprofessional!! And unethical!!!! Definitely I dont recommend this place. Go and spend your money somewhere else......

They will get you right if you are detailed about what youd like and be open to your stylist suggestions on how to get there :)

Been coming here for years and they always do a great job. Robin cut my hair most recently and she’s really experienced and courteous. Definitely recommend!

Chelsea and Robin are great! I get my hair cut here regularly and exclusively. Granted, it’s very close to my place of work - couldn’t ask for better service - and from such a convenient location.

Yolanda slipped buzzing with a zero. I now have a half inch wide line on the side of my head. Cant believe I have to consider shaving my head leaving a barber. And I was still pushed to pay for the cut. Going to a real barber next time!

This location is predominately catering to male haircuts or hair coloring but I have been satisfied every time I have gone here for my cut. I would love to see them expand and have more stylists for women clientele too. Prices are affordable and quality is good. My styalist moved away but the staff there still has always been friendly and helpful. Sign up for their coupons for $1 off your next cut and you can check in online ahead of time.

When I went in for a haircut with an appointment at 11:00 AM they had only 1 stylist and only seeing one customer and told i had to wait over an hour to be seen. I will not be going back here.

I dont understand why theyre not accepting coupons during Covid, and yet the Kroger next door is still printing coupons for them on receipts. There should be a sign to inform people before their cut.

Do not get your eyebrows done here. Worst experience ever. They chopped off my eyebrow and despite of saying i don’t like thin eyebrows, they have made my eyebrows so very thin that i look horrible. Looks like i don’t have eyebrows. Disgusting😭.who on earth would shorten the eyebrow and reduce your brow length. 😭😭😭😭😭was going to visit my sister and i have to go with this odd face now😭

Very consistent haircuts, and their folks are always friendly and professional. This is my regular haircut place.

Took my daughter there a few weeks back for a back to school cut. It was terrible. The lady cutting her hair sprayed her hair with water and just started cutting. She didnt even brush her hair out beforehand, just started hacking it off. At this point I already knew we were going to have to take her somewhere else to fix the mess this lady left behind. She was about done when I had to mention that she cut her hair with her part completely crooked and that she now had uneven hair. She half-heartedly fixed her part and made a few more cuts and was finished. When I got home I had to cut some extremely long pieces left behind using kitchen shears. Save your money and go someplace else.

Dana was amazing! She cut and colored mine and my daughters hair. She was gracious and kind throughout. Well worth thr money. Will definately return. 😄

I rarely complain, but just wanted to warn other moms about the terrible treatment we received at the Supercuts on PCI near the new Racetrac. I have cut my boys hair since they were little, and they always look super cute. But once in a while I take them to the Beauty College or Great Clips for a cut. Today I was trying to get a quick cut at Supercuts. I shouldve known right when we got there when they overcharged a lady for shampoo/blow dry ($27) and the lady was appalled while leaving the store. But then the stylist literally scolded me in front of the entire store and clientele about cutting my own kids hair, and tried to shame me. I was so ticked! Needless to say I will NEVER step foot in there again.

I have had a very wonderful experience at this location since it opened up a few months back. Was driving few miles to a hair salon, when this one opened up right outside my house. Firstly the two hair stylists; Sanam and Dana are extremely polite and wonderful in their work. Just go and sit on the chair, they shall take care of all aspects so professionally. And at the same time they both are very friendly and considerate to ones needs. They are doing their job very nicely. I would give them 10/10. And the interiors are very well designed. It gives a customer a warm welcome feeling.This location shall do good considering the perfect location. The owner has got the perfect hair stylists in place, best wishes for their business and to Sanam & Dana.Thankyou for being there for us.

I called to make an appointment and decided immediately that this location wasnt for me. The person that answered the phone had a crappy attitude and acted as if I was an inconvenience. Thats not the way to convince me that Im in good hands while those same hands might be holding a pair of scissors.

Not ideal for those in the African-American demographic with coarse hair. Theyll tell you that they cut coarse, but wont tell you until after you receive the haircut that they dont carry the sharper clippers.

Dana is nice and great at working with what you want.

Made an appointment but left after half hour of waiting. Only two chairs working slowly on two other women.Be sure you have plenty of time to wait, appointments dont mean much either.
