I just finished my appointment with Leah! I had a very pleasant experience. I dont talk talk much cause I always tend to inhale my hair when razor is going. There is only one other stylist I go to, guess I have two I can go to! I tipped her, but she really should get a bonus for representing her company and skill so well. Even when other customers came in she gave them her time and pleasant attitude calmly and professionally.

Brought in my 3 year old son for a hair cut during covid. State mandate is 5 years old to wear a mask. The lady cutting his hair acted like he was nuclear any time his mask fell of she took 12 steps backwards. She then tried to tape his mask on his face and got the tape stuck in his hair and ripped it out making him scream and cry. He loves getting his hair cut but not with this person. if this lady is so scared maybe she should get a different job or not take children under 5. I have since brought him to a much better place I am just thankful he is not terrified of haircuts after this horrible experience. To this day he still says we are not going back to that mean lady are we

Really great place, met a stylist name Chad who was really friendly and made me feel welcome. I didnt know what I wanted but my stylist gave me something I feel good about. :)

I came here after coming out to my dad as transgender female to male a few years ago and the staff was super super nice and where able to help me find a style I loved. Been coming here for 4 years now and still have a positive experience every time. Thank you guys for being open minded and helping a dude out!

The service and quality are great here. The staff is always friendly. They are usually quite busy, so I highly recommend using the online check in feature to minimize your wait time for a great hair cut. They also raised the cost of a hair cut $2 across the board, so this now costs as much, if not more, than a full service salon for a guys hair cut. I still would recommend this place.

Best place for your price, and not too high of a price for the service that you get there. $26.00 I only paid for my haircut, + beard, eye brow trimming. And hot towel, with massage chair, and a good shoulder massage, with a massager machine.

Ive always had good service here. They get you in and out pretty quickly and the prices are fair. They get extremely busy on the weekends, so check-in online ahead of time if you can.

What is the point of checking in online? I checked my boyfriend in with his information and was given 2:32pm as the recommended time for arrival. My boyfriend checked in with the desk before the recommended time and was not brought in until after 3pm. They even took in other customers before him. The website said that there was a 0 min wait. I was skeptical about this so I checked him in only for him to wait over half an hour. In the advertisement for check-ins, they make it seem like if you check-in, you wont have to wait for a long amount of time. I understand that sometimes we need to wait when it gets busy, but why advertise check-ins when you are making your customers wait a long time anyways?

If you love sports and cost effective VIP treatment go to SportClips. The MVP experience is only like 25 bucks and you get a hair cut, shampoo, shoulder massage, and hair styled. Plus, they have flat screens everywhere so you can watch sports. I go here every time I need a hair cut now.

Today was my first time patronizing your establishment. Ive seen and heard a lot of ads lately so I thought I would give it a try. I walked in to an empty waiting area, and 1 person getting their hair cut. The stylist greeted me by asking if I was on the list. As a first time customer I dont know what the list is so I said no. She informed me that because I was not on the list, I would be refused service. I was unaware that it is your company policy to refuse service to paying customers, especially new customers. That seems to be a rather negative business plan. It seems like a nice place, but I will not be going out of my way to go there again.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. A long wait accompanied by a poor haircut is my reasoning for this rating. The way I asked for my hair to be cut was not how it turned out. The hairdresser just rushed me out. Will not go here again, a waste of 18 dollars. I could have cut my own hair a hundred times better with a mirror and a kitchen knife.

I actually love this place, but every time I go the wait time is 2+ hours. I for the life of me cant understand why they dont hire more people to keep up with demand. Most people dont have several hours to wait around to get their hair cut.

We arrived for our 2-year-olds first haircut - fully 80 minutes before closing time. Wed never tried a Sport Clips before. He was really excited!Although there were 4-5 employees serving the only other customer there, we were told they were booked until the end of the day. Really, for a 10-minute haircut?When you have a business, you train your employees to make it happen - not to turn away business. Unimpressive.

My stylists, Dana, gapped my hair up, didnt fade it or style it the way i asked and left long strands of hair around my ear. I didnt notice just how bad it was until i got home and washed it and really could check it out. Only remedy she offered was to fix it, how you gonna fix something you butchered? Waste of money! Didnt even have the courtesy to comb or style my hair when it was over.

This is a nice Barber shop dedicated solely for the sports enthusiast. Getting a haircut is more like the secondary objective; however, it is achieved.When you first walk in, you see a large screen TV playing the game. There is also a large screen dedicated to who is in line for a haircut. The business requires an individual to check in on premises. (No calling ahead, nor appointments allowed.) Once checked in, you are on the roster to get called to get a haircut. You even see your name on the big screen display. The business allows individuals to wander the mall while keeping their place in line - just return when your time is about to be called. If you are late, your place is skipped and you will be on-deck for the next hair stylist. In my recent visit, a man was skipped 8 times because he was not there when his name was called. When he did arrive, his name was still on the roster, and he was allowed to get a haircut.Because it is a roster based line, the business can be open, but not have a spot and a stylist available to cut your hair before closing time. In my experience, the roster can fill up as early as 2 hours before closing. It is an unfortunate event when a business owner must refuse business due to being at capacity. It does seem the employees use the neon open sign as an indicator of wether a roster spot is open.In essence, be prepared to spend time watching the game in a well decorated, luxurious atmosphere. If your goal is to get a quick haircut other options are available.I will visit again and recommend it to others.

Had a new hair stylist that messed up my haircut. It seemed like she had never cut hair before. A different hair stylist had to step in and finish up.

Usually a decent place to get a haircut, just dont let the tangerine bimbo cut your hair. She apparently can only do crew cuts.

Rude!!! We stood there for over five minutes nobody greeted us or asked us if we needed help. We were just ignored.
