I can still remember the first day I called Dave. Honestly I remember it more vivid than any of the 1 million times we spoke following that day. During that call he asked me a few questions, explained who he was and ended it by giving me a website to complete an application.I remember this day because I was simply scared. Im not one to be scared of anything. However this time I was. Who would have knew that so much emotions would go into filling out an application. I was so reluctant to fill out the application. I went so long with out a hard inquiry that I didnt want a new one on there. Next i was filled with doubt, I started asking myself a ton of how abouts; one of which is: How about if i cant qualify for a home loan?I pulled myself together said F it, and filled out that application. After Dave reviewed everything, he essentially drew out a blue print for me to follow in order for everything to happen. Not only did he direct me, he was along side of me the entire ride! I could get in touch with him any given day, and any given time.I say this, to say that it all starts with the application.
