My instructor was Bridgett Roberson! She has teaching in her blood! She reminded me of some of my days in middle school and high school and that is the kind of instructor that you want. Someone is cares and cares some more! I loved her personality and her ability to abide by the rules of the commission as a real estate instructor! It is very apparent that she loves history and also current events! As it relates to real estate, you are gonna get your history lessons in this class! She will also spend ample time on math that many adults have forgotten. So do not fret! I have said that I hated the Kahoot! games that she prepared for the class, but I hated them because they are time driven! You must answer the question within a very quick amount of time. But all in all. these games are meant to help you read a bit faster and learn how to pace yourself when a test is timed! I actually did like the Kahoot! games! We played them almost daily to reinforce real estate concepts! Before long you are secretly hoping she plans to facilitate one! Mrs. Roberson is professional, joyous, polite, and all about business! Thanks for helping me so much, Ms. Roberson! I am so glad that I passed my class with you, but I will miss seeing you as often as we did! I know where you are so I will keep in touch!

I have neve seen another Real Estate office outside of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metrobrokers that anyone can compare. The atmosphere is welcoming and professional. Everything I need from presentation rooms, tech tools, and learning are all at your fingertips. You are greeted with friendly staff and agents who make you, and your clients feel like family.

I was referred to Jessica after i sold my home and had a bad experience with another broker. Jessica was just like the old broker. I had a bid on a house and me not being knowledgeable and expected my agent to inform me that HOA fees are not included like your insurance. If my lending company didn’t explain to me this agent would have had me in a bad financial situation. Not all agents are bad but make sure u find out that is more knowledgeable about the real estate business.

Their agent Jessica Peck, cursed out a client that I referred to her because the client no longer wanted to work with her to buy a house, because Jessica is not at all knowledgeable about the industry and provided the client with incorrect information. She sent myself and the client multiple text messages stated that because she has children to take care we shouldnt have dropped her as an agent. She went so far as to threatened to sue the client because she scheduled 6 viewings for the client of homes that the client found. This person is unstable and very unprofessional. If this is the type of person that Metro Brokers hire to represent the company, run dont walk away from these people!!

Very disappointed! First off when I went into the office there was no one in the front and I had to locate someone to assist me. I was greeted by an realtor who was very pleasant and did appear willing to help. I’m not prepared to buy at this time and was looking for rental. She stated she could help me and gave me her card but was quite insistent on me applying for lease purchase first. I decided on rental and she stated that she was going out of town in a week but when she came back we would start looking. This was a month ago and I haven’t heard from her since! How unprofessional!

Attention to detail. No matter how unique your situation is they will put 210% behind your preference to achieve the goal of selling your house, and or placing you in a new home.

Was left unprotected by realtor who lost us a large sum of earnest money. Have tried to contact this office about the lack of knowledge realtor had and how this should not have happened, and no one has returned call or email. Would like the situation resolved by the return of the money that was unreasonably lost.
