Steve Carlson has a great handle on the market, when to put your property up for sale, and the value. We had attempted to sell our land through other realtors several times to no avail. Steve made great suggestions on the listing and pricing, and gave us good council on our options when we received offers. I do not have enough great things to say about Brenna Fahlin! We started our home search right at the beginning of the market taking a turn around April/May of 2020. My husband and I were looking to sell our current home and purchase something larger for our growing family. We thought it might take a month or two and never anticipated finding our perfect home and getting an accepted offer would take 13+ months. Brenna stood with us every step of the way. I lost count of how many showings she took us to on the weekends and in the evenings and how many offers she wrote for us (really good ones I might add that were still denied.) We are so grateful that we had Brenna on our side during such a stressful year that should be an exciting time. She was always available by text and always made time for us. When she easily could have been tired of showing us homes, she kept on and NEVER pressured us into a house just to close a sale. She made a point to call out things we may have missed and she knew exactly what we were looking for and expecting. I know that she had to make a lot of calls to us to say sorry guys, they went with another offer however, in hindsight I am so happy we lost some of those homes. When we did finally find the one, we were ready to go all in and she helped save us money by going in with a fair offer, but asking closing costs. We thought in this market, no way... but it was accepted! Once we had an accepted offer , she helped us get top dollar for our current home in lakeside! She kept us informed on what to expect on next steps on the sale of our current home and purchase of the new one. Closing went seamlessly! Honestly we are sad not see Brenna multiple times a month anymore! She felt more like a friend than a real estate agent! We will refer friends and family to her for sure! :) Thank you Brenna!!!

Ive spoken to so many other people about their home buying experiences and nothing even compares or comes close to how amazing our experience was with Michael. Let me begin by saying that my husband and I were first-time homebuyers (so I asked a million questions and was probably pretty annoying at times). To make things even more complicated, we werent from Duluth, werent even living in Duluth when we started the home buying process, AND we were using a VA loan. Needless to say, I had a lot of anxiety and was pretty nervous.Michael addressed every concern we had. I was worried about getting a realtor who wouldnt understand the VA loan as much or who would be easily annoyed dealing with us as first-time home buyers not from Minnesota. Michael knew SO much about the VA loan...I was blown away. He also promptly addressed every question I had...even if it was 9:30 at night and I was having a panic attack about something silly. Having grown up and lived in Duluth his whole life, he knew everything there is to know about the area. He was very honest, open, and straight forward about everything. The closing process went so smoothly, not even my family (who works in real estate) could believe it. He is the best of the best and well use him for all of our real estate needs as long as hes in the business.

When we first talked to Brenna Fahlin we found someone who was enthusiastic and willing to work hard for us even within the short time constraints we placed on her. We have dealt with a number of realtors in the past and have never found anyone as easy to work with or as hard working on our behalf as Brenna. Even after the sale was closed she made sure that we had all the connections and resources we needed in the area. I cant recommend her highly enough. Her professionalism, passion and the hard work that we experienced is what raises her above the others.

Great gone horribly wrong. At first I thought Kristin Pilon was going to be an outstanding realtor. She had a fun personality and was enthusiastic but that only gets you so far and is not what you need when your selling your home. Kristin ended up looking out for the buyer and not the seller. I dropped my price from $164,900 to $120k but needed the entire $120k the buyer needed to be cash and the buyers needed to pay ALL my costs. I was told we had a deal but I somehow had to pay over 7k in comission. I couldn’t back out because we needed this sale to go through as one fell through on the buyers side a week before closing. Kristin was worried more about what other realtors thought about her and her regular client than she did about us. Her “regular” even saved money due to her selling our house.
