Updating my review - v. bad cust service. I had to scrounge around the store to get already inflated balloons for my sons grad party. I waited at the counter while 2 emp ignored me. Finally helped myself & as I was checking out another emp magically appeared and was helping someone who literally just walked in. Guess I wasnt special enuf. Also, the grime on the shopping baskets is so thick I cant bring myself to touch them. It really wouldnt take much to power spray them off in the alley once a decade. The walls in the front entry have wallpaper peeling & the plaster behind it is caved in and crumbling.

Probably the cleanest, most well stocked and Greatest selection Dollar Tree 🌲 I have ever been to in the whole state of Minnesota at least!!!!!! Cashier was friendly and fast too! Thanks for a great shopping experience!!!!!

The one time I left my phone in our car was the one time my husband left the keys in the car. The staff that night were helpful and friendly. What could have been a complete nightmare was just a delay in large part to their help.

I just left the store and both employees were wearing their masks improperly. They both had their masks significantly beneath their noses. That does absolutely no good. They may as well not be wearing a mask. Do they not know we have a pandemic going on?

Store clerk was super nice. Greeted me immediately upon entering the store. He actually ushered and helped me to locate items, including childrens sunglasses.

I love going here!! I frequent it quite often! Susan is a VERY friendly and great part of this establishment. She is always joking and laughing as we come in, and is never to shy to greet everyone. If you have a chance to come here, come to her line. Say a joke and her amazingly funny laugh will leave you walking out very satisfied.

Best Dollar Tree in the entire Duluth/Superior area by far. Always neat and organized and full!!! Other Dollar Trees are disorganized and just plain terrible. If you want the best...visit the Dollar Tree in the burning tree!!

Nice quality overall, but when I shop here its usually for 1 or 2 items and I always have to wait @ the registers for way longer than necessary. I understand that the budget only allows so many workers @ a time. The store could use a little more modern decorations. I understand that their is a budget, but it would be more attractive looking.

All I have to say is that one of your part time employees Susan is really the star of the store. If it wasn’t for Susan’s smiling face and great snack recommendations I wouldn’t frequent this store nearly as often.When Susan is not working my experience is nothing more than sub par. I am not greeted nor talked to my whole shopping experience.Susan needs more hours and a raise! She really deserves it all! Susan has made an impact on not only my dollar tree shopping experience but, in my everyday life also.Thank you Susan for being you!

Be a little careful what you buy, but thats to be expected when everything is a dollar. AA batteries for a dollar wont be the equivalent of others. The angel food cake wont taste like mom just pulled it from the oven. Cheap soda, cheap deodorant, some other useful stuff to get for a good deal.

Dollar Tree is great! One can always count on getting a good deal. When purchasing a gift, for example, the gift wrapping, card and extras can be bought at the Dollar Tree, saving mucho dinero. Party favors, decorations and even balloons can be gotten without breaking the bank! If you are too snooty to shop at the Dollar Tree, its your loss.

Good place for basic stuff

As a former employee of dollar tree...I know you have to wait a long time in line because corporate only gives so many hours for their stores ..my manager was amazing and worked around my schedule and my daycare and any day off I wanted..I worked with Nathan Franklin who wasnt a worker more of a dirt bag who lived in his car so I felt bad for him.. and borrowed money from me and never returned it ..what is the manager supposed to do if corperate dictates his life?

Store needs to be cleaned. Its as if they dont know what a duster is. They cant turn on an AC. They lie about the bathrooms. THE WATER WORKS. THEY JUST DONT WANT TO CLEAN UP AFTER YOU. The store manager doesnt know how to utilize the chain of command and help out his employees, so how can he possibly run a whole store? I will not be shopping here again.

I worked at this location. It was the worst job experience I have ever had. I didnt get my first check for over a month. The only thing the manager could say was call corporate instead of helping with the situation. The store is filthy, they dont have enough people working to properly clean the store. Breaks were often not given until the very end of my shift. The manager is not in control of his employees. The assistant manager is often very unnecessarily rude to customers. I would recommend no one to shop here.

This store is disgusting... I was there today and looks like a tonadao went through there .. Floors need a serious mopping and really 1 lane open when 15 people in line Yuck ... Whos in charge ?
