I came to Hyundai and was very frustrated at the way the previous car dealership handled me and my car. Upon arrival I spoke to Rodney and explained my situation . Rodney was very empathetic and reassured me that he was gonna take care of everything. He got me an appointment within the week. Upon arrival for my appointment I was lead to a waiting room with complimentary beverages and snacks and plenty of comfy chairs. As I was just getting settled In enjoying my latte and watching some t.v when I was notified my car was ready. I was in absolute shock I was barely there over an hour. They were so efficient and helpful and had me on my way quickly. Thank you for all the help Rodney we will definitely be back.

The Rick Case Hyundai service team members are amazingly awesome! I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and even though there was a line with customers, I was was greeted immediately and was directed to the line where the service advisors were. My car was checked in and the total wait time was only 10 minutes! The team was courteous and made sure that they kept me updated on my vehicle. Tammy and Rodney made my service experience worth the driving distance of 28 miles from where I live! I highly recommend them for you car service needs! This team operates like a well oiled machine! Kudos to the entire team!

They are extremely busy with repairs. Left my disabled car for over a week to just to have the problem diagnosed. Waited over a week for parts and and a few more days to install those parts. In all, 3 weeks to warranty repair the injectors on my Elantra. During those 3 weeks communication was lacking and difficult at best. The service writer was polite and professional but entirely overworked. He had to call after hours because that is when he had time. As for the repair... car seems to run properly now. BUT, I could hear the air flow as the throttle was pressed, opened the hood, found the the air filter box was left open. I had to reassemble it myself. If I didnt recognize the sound and investigate, the car could have easily been driven until the next oil change with out the protection of the air filter.To sum up.... Rodney seemed to to all he could. The shop was extremely slow and did not reinstall all the parts properly. I hope no other issues arise from their carelessness.

He has been awesome to do business with. I know we might be able to go somewhere closer and cheaper but feeling like I nor my wife are not being taken advantage of is priceless. Thanks again.

Super disappointed in the service department quality. I recently purchased a used Santa Fe and brought it to them for a pre-purchase inspection. Not the free one, but the $160 one that is supposed to be a full, deep-dive inspection. They said there was as nothing wrong with the car anywhere other than a broken seat cover. Great news so I purchased. Now just a few weeks later, I just had to pay to fix a bad wheel bearing and for an issue with the windshield wiper fluid leaking and not holding fluid. Was $400. Neither of those problems suddenly appeared after inspection. If they had found them before purchase, the cost would have been covered by the company I purchased from. Instead I am out the full cost plus the inspection. Will not be taking my car there for service.

This review is about my new car purchase experience at Hyundai. I have been their service customer for Audi and Hyundai since a number of years. Their Audi service department is top notch. Their Hyundai service department is good as well. Now - to my new car purchase experience at Hyundai. People were great to talk to, but they were way over when it came to price which is the most important factor. It seemed to me they are taking advantage of the chip shortage to mark up new car prices by thousands of dollars. They put their substantially priced “dealer accessories” in fine print which surprises customers like myself who take the time to walk into their store looking at the prominently advertised price which is much lower than what they intend to sell the car for. I love to purchase locally but found the same car for thousands of dollars less at an out of state dealer even when including shipping costs to my home. I hope they advertise their dealer accessories price more prominently and let customers make the choice of engaging with them.

Im so disappointed in Rick Case Hyundai. My 2015 Hyundai Sonata has been consuming oil, approx 5 quarts every 2 weeks. I spent over $1300 in May for them to fix the oil problem. The problem wasnt fixed. The problem is with the engine consuming oil. On my last visit I dropped my car off, to be kept for over 3 days, so that the engine can be taken apart to take picture to send to Hyundai for an engine replacement. I asked for a loaning car. The service person said that nothing was available. This was the reply every time my car was kept. I called and left a message for a status report at 3 days, no return call. Im stuck with a car rental going on 3 days.

I had a great experience buying my car here, but I have the HARDEST time getting someone from service on the phone. Every time I call, the service line rings and rings for 10 minutes plus, so I have to dial a different extension which then leads them to transfer me from person to person. By the time I was on the phone with someone that could set up an appt for me I was transferred to a Rick Case in another state.It leads to me to keep putting off the services I need bc I can NEVER get them on the phone! I’m not sure what the issue is but I hope they can get it together soon.

Went to service my car at 8:00AM and my car wasn’t ready until 12:11 it took them over 4 hours to do an oil change. They were very unprofessional with the service provided, no one came to update me on the length of time the service took, they didn’t even care that I had other appointments. This has been my worse experience to date. Then when I got the car there was no wiper fluid so I had to turn back. And no one was willing to assist me. Worse EXPERIENCE TO DATE! 4 HOURS AND NOT EVERYTHING WAS DONE.

A couple days ago I traded in my car for a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. I have to say, I’m not a fan of car dealership experiences, but this experience was amazingly different. Andrew Benard was my sales consultant. If you are interested in purchasing or any sales service at Duluth Hyundai, ASK FOR ANDREW BENARD! This was by far the best dealership experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve had several! He was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming, and didn’t just want to sell me a car, he took the time and details he needed to make sure I looked at and was purchasing the car I needed and wanted. He went above and beyond just being a sales consultant, he was personable and very professional. HONESTLY he needs to be a sales consultant manager up there! I was not expecting any particularly friendly or kind attitude but felt that I was the one begging for the favor. I made an appointment for an oil change and I showed up 15 min early. They told me it was going to take 4 hours and did not offer me a shuttle home. Other customers were put in front of me because they showed up before me but did not have an appointment. Making the appointment was a waste of time and I will never go back to the Rick Case Duluth Service. You are better off just going to a Fast Lube than going to this dealer for Service.

The service department seems to be very busy all the time but the couple of times that Ive been here have been very good. It will be a line of folks waiting at the service department BEFORE it opens but the efficient way that everyone works together to get folks checked in and started is admirable. The longest Ive waited here is 2 hours but that is with at least 7 to 10 cars lined up waiting for the service department opens. My first visit was to get an item replaced that was under an extended warranty. Unbeknownst to me, there was a recall on a part of my vehicle as well. They went ahead and ordered the part and called me to schedule an appointment for that as well. Id recommend this locations service department to anyone, its great.

Ive only ever had negative car buying experiences until now. We came from out of town to visit family and decided to go try and test drive a Hyundai Palisade while in town since our local dealer back home hasnt had any Palisades in over a month due to inventory shortages.Luckily Rick Case Hyundai had a few in inventory so we took one out for a test drive and loved it. We assumed they wouldnt have anything in inventory that met our checklist, but turns out one had come off the truck the day before that met all of our needs. So we went in for a test drive and left with a new car that we love.Braxton, the salesman we worked with, was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable without being pushy and awkward. Bongsu in the finance department was also incredibly helpful. Best car buying experience weve had so far! Would definitely recommend.

Sales part of the dealership is great. The woman service manager is rude and degrading. She spoke to me as if I were a child. Left my car in the service area for 1 1/2 hours to inform me they did nothing only to blame me why it sat there. I was close to buying my wife a new Genesis SUV but will rethink the decision if having it serviced with her on the team. Love my G90!

My experience was great. I went online and applied for a coupon and had people calling me immediately after. I went to the dealership and fell in love with the car the moment I saw it. I test drove it and looked at other options. Franklin and Jay answered all of my questions and helped me get to a reasonable price! First of all, the service advisors there were nice and professional. This one star is for the person whoever done the light bulb replacement to my car. I just got my new 2021 Elantra in March. The second day after I got the car, the interior dome light on roof stopped working, but it wasn’t big deal for me since it doesn’t really affect driving or anything. However, I decided to get it replaced when I went back there for my 1st maintenance. Then...... please check the picture attached below, this is what the roof looks like when they gave the car back to me. Is it really necessary to leave all those oil stains and dirty marks like that, just for a simple light bulb replacement???!!! And not even tried to clean it up a little bit? To whoever done this job, you need to get your hands cleaned or maybe wear or change your gloves when you are doing other interior jobs in the future.

Service department could use a make over. Brought a 2021 Sonata in because the voice recognition was not working. After a couple of hours I checked with the service department, and they said they were checking with the technician in California. After about another hour I checked back and they said I needed a new head unit (radio). It would take 4-6 weeks to come in. After about month and a half called to check on the head unit and the service person could not locate the order, but would have someone call me back. Did not receive a call back. One week later called again and still could not find out the status of the head unit. Service person once again said they would call the next day with the update. Did not get a call. Since it was time for an oil change I decided to schedule an appointment on line and also I could check on the head unit upon arrival. When I arrived for the 5 pm Appointment made online, that I have a confirmation for, was told that I missed the cut-off. Okay well lets check on the head unit. Was told that the head unit had been sent back because it sat so long. Apparently whoever ordered the head unit no longer works there. Okay can we get the unit reordered? No, I need to make another appointment and have it diagnosed again. Service manager never looked my way but confirmed that yes I need to make another appointment. Not Happy at all at this point and wondering if Ive made a mistake.

My first experience with this dealership was just horrible. Poor and unacceptable customer service. I am new to the area and looked around for a Hyundai dealership to service my vehicle. Tried calling and the phones would ring no answer, so I went online to schedule and appointment for an oil change. I got a text from the dealership to set up an appointment. I have an entire thread of converstaion where an appointment was made for 9/11 2pm. I even got an email confirming the appointment, and a second email reminding me of my appointment. I get to the dealership and was told they are booked for the day and oil changes are a first come first serve basis. No where in the text conversation or in the emails was this stated... no fine print, nothing. I tried speaking to someone in charge and was told they have nothing to do with the online people and they are booked and repeated its first come first serve. I m highly disappointed and feel like this is an unacceptable way to treat customers, as my entire day was inconvenienced due to a irrelevant appointmentbooking that originated within their organization. I dont care if they outsource the online booking portion... you should still have some control over all aspects of your organization to ensure customers are not being misled, misinformed or just plain inconvenienced. My first impression and contact with this organization and it was horrible.

Dont do it! Walked in to the Service Dept, nobody to greet you or ask you how they can help. They just walked by--even when spoken to. Long stares, slow help. Finally when I got the help, its time to check out and the foolishness begins again. I wanted to ask, Am I bothering you by wanting to make a purchase? I would have liked to experience great customer service and staff who are eager to help. Instead, I felt like I was an inconvenience. This place WILL NEVER see me again. Just know this is what you can expect from them.

Worst customer service! I dropped off my car at 9am for an oil change. I was forced to work with this short guy with the messed up grill ..I told him I was there for an oil change and that while he had the car to have them take a look at my monitor that kept resetting while I drove…I picked up my car at 4pm and this guy says he didn’t know I needed an oil change! You mean to tell me you had my car the whole day to only look at my monitor and tell me nothing t was wrong with it?! He didn’t apologize and did not care one bit…told me to come back the next day..I told him I couldn’t and my car was due for an oil change 2,000 miles ago..he said if he did it then it will take 21/2 hours! I told him I should be placed first in line considering I dropped my car at 9am..he said he wouldn’t do that..I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager..I asked to speak to Someone above him, he says she was in a meeting..I was finally greeted by a lady who had an actual manager office and she got my oil change in 45 minutes..she didn’t even apologize for their mistake or that they took a whole entire business day to do a 45 minute job..never going back again…I was a faithful customer when I was working with someone else but with that guy as the “manager” they don’t deserve my business..I get mistakes happen but it’s your job to fix them and not give the customer an attitude when you were in the wrong

Very difficult to get the Dealership to answer the phone no matter what time of day you call. Needed to schedule an appointment to have a repair made on my Genesis G80 that’s a part of a manufacturer’s recall. Had to end up calling the manufacturer to get someone on the phone at the Dealership in order to schedule my appt. My appt was scheduled for Saturday morning at 8a. I showed up at 7:30a and there was already a line for service wrapped around the building. I checked my car in and the technician tells me that the part needed to repair my car is on back order! Great! When was someone going to tell me? Got up out of my bed at 6a on a Saturday morning just fir this purpose and have to do it all over again once the part comes in! Love my car’s performance but the servicing aspect sucks! You cannot service your clients if no one answers the phone or communicates effectively!!

I can only speak about the service department.My engine light pops up and then a clacking noise... I called another dealership, that was closer... but they were to busy to take the call. I called Rick Case Hyundai, they made the time. Raymond took care of it, gave me a called and told me once they new what was the issue with the, that he will call me... long story short, the engine fail and needed it to be replace. Even though it took almost a month to be ready... they did replace it under warranty and I only ended paying for the driven belt replacement and the transmission fluid been flushed.I gave 4 out of 5 stars. Because I think there’s room for improvement in the organization.Like: more details on the paperwork about the work performed and the time for other services (brakes, battery, tires, etc). The staff was always professional and with excellent attitude. The place was clean.Thank you Ray!!

We have had multiple issues with the Service Department. We booked an appointment online (before they opened) at 1 pm for A/C repair and received a confirmation that the appointment was confirmed. We called the actual service department after they opened and there was no record of our 1pm appointment. So we got scheduled again for a 1 pm appointment to get the A/C fixed. I left work, skipped lunch and got our 2013 Tucson there at 12:55 pm. At the service desk, I was told I didnt have an appointment. I was very upset. My appointment was for only an oil change and I was told they would need the car until 5 pm to fix the A/C. I left, obviously upset, hungry and disappointed.Why can you book appointments online on their website, receive a confirmation and it not exist? How is it possible to call and book another appointment with a human being in the service department and its not correct either? We are so confused and disappointed.

I have had a great experience at Rick Case Hyundai. They have gone out of their way to make sure I am happy with my KONA. They were quick to respond to any questions I had and made sure they addressed them immediately.I highly recommend you take the time to stop by if you are in the market for a new car. Their warranty extension alone makes it worth the drive from Woodstock.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago for a recall and an oil change. When I walk in, they have no record of the appointment at all and they don’t have the parts to do the recall. When I alert the general manager, he shrugs and says their appointment system must be down. I get back in my car, they left dirty fingerprints on my glove box, a dirty elbow smudge on the armrest of the passenger door, and they failed to clean the residue from the last service sticker on the inside of my windshield. The worst part about this is when you alert a manager and they don’t even seem to care. I will never be back.

If I could leave a zero, I would!I bought the car in Dec 2019. They promised to fix my bumper which they never have nor returned my calls when asking to fix it.But this is not the reason to give them no stars!I recieved a recall letter and I made the appointment mid-July. It took two weeks to get in on August 3rd. I gave them the recall number for the part when I made the appointment. When I arrived at the appointment they said they had to order the part. They just needed to get my VIN first! They had this already since I bought the car there. I wasted a morning to just bring my car for the VIN!Not the worst part of this experience. When I returned home I called the dealership asking to talk to the service manager since my morning was wasted and the desk team did not offer any response to my question as to why my time was wasted when they had all the information. I got a shrug! I left a message on the service manager voicemail that day with no response.I called 2 weeks later and asked if the part was in, I was told no and to check in again in 2 more weeks. I called back 2 weeks later as we are now mid-Septemver and the part was not in yet! I finally called the receptionist desk to ask if I could talk to the GM. She said she would let him know and if no one called me back within a day she would escalate to corporate. So I did hear back from the customer care manager the next day, who I left a message with the first day on August 3rd when all this happened and received no returned call. She never mentioned the message and I never brought it up since I wanted to hear what she would do or say.She explained the part was on backorder and they expected the part within a few days. This is now September 18th! The excuse was they could not pre-order the part. But the best part of this all is I called the Buford dealership on Sept 18th and made an appointment for the recall and 50k mile service. Guess what? They had the part on hand and could get me in on Sept 24th!One more comment, when I talked to the customer service manager on the 18th, I explained to her that my bumper still was not fixed. She said she would let sales know AND no call back from them either!So I will never return to Rick Case for service, or buy another car from them! I am looking to buy another Genesis but will not go to this Rick Case dealership! His staff including the GM needs to read his book on how their clients are important and service is key. Mind you this book gets handed out when they sell a car! Seems to be false marketing. Cant recall the title since I threw it away!

Had a handful of cars to look at in the Atlanta area and two were at Rick Case Hyundai. One drove past us as we walked to the door. (Appeared to be a first time owner and the look of pride on his face was enough solace!) So, one car down and the other had been sold earlier in the day.Maurice, who was wonderful, spoke with a manager, who immediately thought of a comparable vehicle. While I was doubtful, I decided to take a look at it. Although the vehicle was not a make that I was particularly looking for, it was a great car.As we had more cars to see, we got their info and headed out. Once home, I looked up the CARFAX and other specs on that particular vehicle. It was extremely comparable, if not better, to the two we originally came to see.While we will pass on this particular vehicle for personal reasons, we will continue to monitor the Rick Case Hyundai Duluth site. Either the second car we are currently looking for or the eventual replacement for our main vehicle may will come from here!

This was my second vehicle and my mothers third vehicle from this location and as always the service was amazing. Roberto is really good at what he does! I was so sure that he wasn’t going to be able to work out of a deal for me due to the negative equity on the vehicle I had, but sure enough he made it work! I got my Elantra and he was able to get my mom into a Santa Fe! Would recommend any day of the week! Thank you thank you thank you!

They do not have the best service. Seem like no one works there till you go inside than you will see all employee sitting and standing around desk not helping anyone. The person who was helping me was not very pleasant after I decided not to get the car even before any paperwork or anything was done tried to sell me on something I didnt want than he was upset because I didnt want to buy what he was try to get me to get. The parts department needs to get it together. I order a Hyundai part, the guy said he placed the order will take about a week. I call back a week later to pick up and someone tells me NO ORDER Place! Its the second time this happens. Yall need to get it toghter, people do not have the same time yall have. I now have to find if another place has it. Really unacceptable. I understand a mistake can happen 1 time BUT TWICE (really frustrating)
