One of the best breakfasts I’ve had! Whoever makes the gravy should get a raise in pay. The potatoes taste like Arbys curly fries in the best way.

Excellent stop in Duluth near a golf course and many of the nature trails of the area. Several great deals, well priced with friendly and attentive staff. The parking is usually easy and theres room for parties of most sizes. Portions are plentiful and there are options available for most tastes. Has wi-fi but youll be enjoying your meal so much you likely wont need it. Worth a stop and has a lot of history behind it.

All lives matter kinda place. And by kinda, I mean signs all over. Just informational if you want to choose where your money goes. I wouldnt comment if they didnt feel the need to advertise it on their own.Fried walleye appetizer was good. Got a wrap and a sandwich that were good but nothing special.

Food was really good. Server was excellent. Pricing was higher than on menu for fish fry. Sign in entry way said 10.99 w/beverage, menu said 9.99. In actuality you have to purchase a beverage to order the fish fry. Makes sense after the fact, as sign could be interpreted either way, but could be written better, and menu should be updated. Extra Charge for using card on final receipt, that wasnt listed anywhere, and in this day and age is extremely outdated. Nothing was a big issue, but all together makes feel like you are getting ripped off, when I doubt thats the case.

Was looking for a hole in the wall. Good food, large portions. The au jus they use with certain sandwiches has great flavor. Would stop by again on my way to or from downtown duluth

Food was excellent! Bartender/waitress friendly and provided great service. I love the decorum and the view. Highly recommend you stop here on your way to or from the North shore. Only negative, they dont have Coca-Cola on tap.

50/50 here. When the food and service is good, its an awesome place. A lot of the time though, the service and food are very lacking. You dont want to go here if it is busy.

A very cozy, attractive place for a meal and/or adult beverage.Meals are ample and tasty. An hour from home but we stop in on our trips to Duluth. You wont regret your visit.

Stopped in for breakfast over the weekend and we were very impressed. Very attentive bar tender got our drink order right away, we ordered breakfast and it came out super quick.We ordered the Empire and also the Rueben Omelet. Cannot really suggest the omelet (it came out exactly as we had expected, just wasnt that great) but the empire blew our minds on how tasty it was.Great prices and great service. Definitely would stop in again.

Unfortunately service was very slow. Other tables that came in after us got served. Food was mediocre. Big glaring all lives matter sign wasnt too welcoming in my opinion 🤷‍♀️.

Bar tender Amanda!First off. She shouldnt have had to do the bar tending and the waitressing..But either way. Waited forever for food. Other people got theirs first,First, came in after us.By the time we got our food. It was very cold. , toast was hard. It was so cold. Not once did she check on us,to see how meal was, not once!!!. And then when I asked for the bill. She could see we hadnt even eaten but a very small bit of it. And yet she said nothing. . Usually have fantastic service and food! Not today! I am a diabetic. I took the insulin I needed for that meal, and then had to go find other food to cover it! Not happy at all today!

The sandwiches we had were unique (eating crow for lunch) and tasty, a good variety of drinks and beer, and friendly staff. Wish we would have tried it sooner. Will be back!

New server was very nice. Location is great. Good was good. Burgers and home cut fries and sweet potato fries.We ate in the bar area and it had a good atmosphere. We were a little concerned about some old reviews, but the place was a perfect Sunday afternoon stop.

Food was not good this time. My husband had all you can eat fish the fish was barely cooked, I had the smothered steak with cheesy hash browns and there was no flavor at all! It will be a long time before we go back!

The quality of the food here is usually hit and miss. This visit we went and brought a guest from out of town. It was extremely busy and I was worried right away. But our server came through and was terrific. My breakfast of the corned beef hash was delicious and perfect.

Im not one to leave a negative review, especially with this place because whenever Amie Jo or Amanda are working we have exceptional service. Tonight though, 9/20, we had terrible service. My friend ordered a drink about 20 minutes before we arrived and still didnt have it when we got there, but it was sitting at the end of the bar waiting to be served. mind you, there were 2 tables, us and one other table. When I needed a refill, I wasnt acknowledged by our server, so I went to the bar. Our server met me at the bar and said oh I was just coming to check on you, but she should check before I feel the need to go to the bar to reorder. This ordering at the bar and our server meeting us at the bar happened 3 times during our visit, if they were busy, I would understand, but it was us and one other table, or us and a couple at the bar and that was it. Our original server said she was done for the night and we were getting a new server, and the same thing happened with her. She was sitting at the bar looking at the Super One ad while we were waiting for service. Ended up asking for our checks and leaving because we werent getting served. Love Dry Dock but consistent training needs to be done after seeing 2 of our servers ignoring their few tables.

The bartender had to take our order, a group of about 12 walked out. Bartender disappeared for more than 10 minutes 3 guys came in and left. Not the Dry Dock I remember sad.

Nice. We were greeted warmly by several employees. We were seated in a room with spectacular views.The food was ample, warm, and tasteful. The overall price of our meals was quite reasonable. We will return.Update...The views remain spectacular.Everything else has gone downhill. The staff is horrible.My wifes fried chicken dinner was served partially frozen. Be prepared to shell out extra dough if you pay with plastic.This is not just a bad day... my last few visits have been bad.I suspect management is the first culprit.Pity. They used to be so great.Changing the star rating to resemble these past few experiences.

Good food. Great service. Stopped in to catch the first half of the Vikings Lions game on our last bike ride of the season. The burgers and waffle fries were good. Super friendly and attentive staff. We were greeted immediately by the bartender, and the 2 servers were both super. Thanks Dry Dock!

Nice relaxing restaurant to eat then to the bar for a few cocktails. Servers and bartenders are all good and friendly. Food is good and drinks are well poured.

Lost the reservation for our birthday group of 12! It took forever to get our salads and when we were all finished, then the bread came out! We came at 6 as per our reservation, finally started to get our entrees at 10 minutes to 8 and some of us had. to wait while others were eating before we finally got ours! My salad was good and so was my mixed drink and baked potato,

Three of us went to the Dry Dock for lunch yesterday. The waitress came to our table right away and got our drink order. The bartender offered me a taste of a new beer combination and she was awesome when I didn’t care for it. She was nice and funny. We let them know we were in no hurry because we were catching up on each other’s lives. They were great about it and our appetizers were awesome. Some time later we ordered our lunch which came promptly. All in all a good experience! If you’ve had a bad experience there, try it again😊

Good food and good drinks. The biscuits and gravy were good but the meat was hard and rubbery. My fiance got a spicy omelet and that one was awesome. Atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.

Great service as always. Amy and the other girls are awesome. If your in the area stop for a drink and stay for the fun and atmosphere.

Their meat was gross. Prime rib was so overcooked you cant even cut it. Steak tasted like it had chunks of plastic in it. Their side dishes are all made from boxes. Would not eat here again. The manager was kind enough to comp one of our meals.

Im 62 years old and our meal was easily in the top 3 worst meals we ever had and our lives and service was equally that bad. Took 30 minutes for our waitress to take our order and other people were served their meals before we received our drinks and they came in after us.After another 90 minutes and after complaining we received our food. It was obvious my wifes pasta sat for over an hour as it was very cold. We complained and the waitress said they would remake it. I had The all you can eat fish and asked for more as I was served just one piece.20 minutes later the waitress dropped our bill off at our table. My wife basically had no food as they didnt remake her meal and I only received 1 piece of fish. I should have contacted the sheriffs dept as in my mind this constituted theft and the health department for the quality of food served. Over 2 hours of my life Ill never get back!As a local Ill make it my mission to cut this place down.STAY AWAY

The bartender lady was very accommodating and very friendly. The food was more or less typical bar food, how can you get cheese curds wrong? Spoilers: you cant. Had a good time there and its a cozy feel.

As soon as you walk in the door your mouth starts to water because the food smells so delicious, and by God it is. And you get lots of it. And the staff is so friendly youll feel right at home. I highly recommend trying it. Im totally satisfied!

Its okay atmosphere...but the food can be amazing!!

Great wait staff. Handled ou party of 11 without problems. The Cajun linguini was excellent, but could use a bit more heat. More than adequate serving sizes. All meals were good, I heard of no complaints in our group. Easy parking.

Thanksgiving buffet was more like a high school lunch line. The ceiling tiles were stained like a soiled matress. Outdated decor and drywall on the walls broken. Overall everything felt dirty and cheap. Slow wait staff. Nor refilling drinks Food was meh. I will definitely not be coming back here anytime soon.

The food was ok except for the kids burger we ordered came out raw and the situation was not handled properly. Not once did we get an apology and it was on the bill...for someone that hasnt been to the Dry Dock in a while I now have no desire to go back. I should add there were other simple mistakes but this was the one that made the difference.

The restaurant was freezing. Customers were covering the vents with cloth napkins and plates. The waitresses were nice but the food took a very long time to come out. There was no apology or explanation to why. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We had a pizza they made it to our liking, it was very good hot flavor full and the crust was awesome! The atmosphere was lively and the other patrons and staff were very friendly. A very good time was had there!

Service was great as always. I used to be a regular, raising prices, shrinking beers, and the apparent horse meat full of Bones and gristle hamburgers and 65$ for freaking lunch was it for me. Good luck and fix your HVAC system someday.

Good food, get the pickled crow. The decor however is outdated. Its looked like that sense I was a child and they would benefit from a face life. Also table and chairs had good on them still

Food was just okay. Chili was scorched. Pasta was just warm. Popcorn hull in wine was told that is normal. Wasnt worth trip time or $$$$. Server actually said we need a new manager have had many complaints tonight.

This was a disaster from the.moment we walked in. No one greeted us, so we had to search for a server. She messed up the drink order right away. I was offered a salmon special, but 20 minutes later she was back to say they just ran out. It was only 5:50 pm, so I was baffled. One person at my table of three got the steak special but it was so tough he couldnt eat it. They took it away saying they would cook a new one but came back to say they couldnt do that because he had taken a bite out of it. Well duh. How else do you know its not edible. My entre ended up being fried chicken. The crust was so dark it looked like it was burned and the chicken under this bizarre crust was dry and tough. No one apologized. So if you are in Duluth do yourself a favor and dont go to the Dry Dock restaurant.

Prices are decent. Service was slow. Food could have been loads better. Loved their fish was fresh, their steak was undercooked and underseasoned.

Went there on Friday night it was bad my food was cold and had to wait 45 minutes or longer to get the food even my salad. Plus my husband had all you can eat fish that was a joke because he only got two small fish asked for more but the waiter gave us our bill it was like she wanted to get rid of us. I will never walk in there again.

When your waitress lies to you, how can you trust anything there. Before we even sat down and ordered, we asked if umd hockey would be on.our waitress assured us it would be. But, alas, at game time it was not. Lame excuses. If she had been upfront to start with, we would have gone elsewhere with no hard feelings. But after ordering dinner and drinks, only to find out she lied.

Weve been going here every year before Bentleyville. Reasonable prices for great food and a nice atmosphere! Kid friendly. Recommend the Dry Dock special!

They appeared to be short staffed when we went for breakfast, so of course service was awful. Took an hour and a half and waitstaff was forgetting things. Nothing spectacular about the food. I am gluten free and they didnt offer any gluten free items (which I didnt expect) and were not interested in helping me or how to make something work for me.
