She kept trying to get me to make a payment before educating me on what exactly I was buying. I ended up going with her as she had a good rate. I’ve used other agents before who were able to cancel an existing policy and she didn’t offer. That would have gotten me to give 5 stars.

Luther, seeing so many positive reviews doesnt surprise me at all. Dont know how your agency got you there, but I certainly wish that enough of you will be seen, and ultimately get you to where you wish to be.Talking to several agents gave me enough headache this morning, but that was full recovered in the professionalism that Luther showed in the manner of simple conversation.

Got double charged this month, I Ive called three times in the last two weeks about refunding a payment. First it was a couple of days. Second time it was to be told it hadnt been sent through and that it would be three to five business days. Today its changed to seven to fourteen business days. About to opt out of this company completely.

A bad service took 4 months and I did not get any arrangement with the Insurance we had to communicate with them all the time. They have never contacted us since the accident. We took the car to an estimate with them and they took parts from it and now they say that my car has no repair, very bad service
