Tired of poor customer service because a virus now is pushed on us as away to live in fear, been trying to pay my bill vymut could not be treated as having any rights to service. Sad that for 10 years of loyalty I dont matter, just my money. Sad

I am so incredibly impressed with my new agent Mary with Cartier Agency! Had I known how professional, diligent, thorough coupled with kindness and happy energy she is I would have switched to Cartier years ago! I cant get over how prompt the agency is from the reception desk to an agent. They answered the phone within a ring or two. The receptionist was kind and asked questions to get me efficiently to the right agent. Mary took my information, explained all of my options, answered all of my questions and then gave me a specific window in which shed call me back with a quote. That was awesome because the coverage I needed was time sensitive and she honored that. Simply put, Mary and Cartier made me a priority. Im paying for service and accuracy and I received that with flying colors. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Cartier Agency.
