I have been a customer since 1995 when I bought my first vehicle. Over the years I have added homeowners insurance, life insurance, and other products. Ive been with State Farm (in particular Anns office) since 2006. I started out with rental insurance and now have multi-car insurance, my homeowners insurance, life insurance, etc. with her office. Ive stayed with them even through the rising prices because of customer service. Joyce and I are on first name basis and she is always so helpful. Im never happy with the price hikes but not their fault. If youre looking for a great agent and amazing staff then Anns office is it!
