Got a Uhaul trailer and dude was kinda short. I think he just wanted to be off for the day.

The workers were efficient, kind, and welcoming.

Returned a pump core that was a good core but was past 90 days ( no place on the invoice did it say return core in 90 days). They keep the good core and would not issue credit or return core to me. Looks like easy money for them $275.00.

Dude was arrogant and just wanted off for the day...

Took a truck to BK due to having transmission problems. Truck was not shifting well while hauling a trailer. They took a look at it and determined it was low on ATF so they charged us $180 and sent us on the way.. less than 2 months later the same truck is having the same shifting problems and is now stuck in Albuquerque NM.Don’t take anything to these thief’s unless you want to continue to have truck problems or have money to waist.

Was charged $172 for a service and oil change on a Ford diesel. However did aquickjob and never checked or filled fluids and never greased the truck. Excuse was they were too busy to do complete job. However charged me for a COMPLETE JOB. never trust them again

First round $2500 to fix a problem. Few weeks later same issue but now it will start at $5000 and go up. I say no way. Now they will not release my truck unless I pay again. I was on the phone with him calling me a liar for repeating what the mechanic told me.

Let me put this in laymens terms: when youre in deep poo poo and all the other shops tell you they dont know what the flip is going on, this is your final stop. They are encyclopedic. Honest. Knowledgeable. Helpful. And a very valuable resource to have near me. If they were closer to us theyd do all of our diesel repair.

Looking at buying an upgrade kit for my truck wanted to buy local. Called bk diesel for a price was put on hold three times while I was talking then was told someone will call me back. When called back I asked a few short questions and in conclusion the person on the phone stated I don’t know and don’t care. Nice

Terrible experience! Purchased a set of 8 injectors for a Maxxforce engine. All 8 were bad and had to be replaced. Engine ran for 15 minutes and then shut down due to overfueling thinning out the oil and low oil pressure. I sent them out to be bench tested and found all were defective. Sent back for replacement / refund and it was confirmed that all were defective. I was allowed only partial labor for replacing but nothing for the bench testing. Because of the defective parts I lost a customer. Because of the warranty refund I lost money. Will never purchase parts from here again.UPDATE. Just received word from Scott that he was able to get the supplier to refund the testing on the injectors. I appreciate the diligence and hard work to get this resolved for me and obtain a refund for the testing.

They have to respect in asking before they do work. Told them I had no problem paying for diagnostics and to let me know before fixing anything, and they did not. Instead they charged me for diagnostics and a repair, and my truck still has a miss.

Everytime I stop to have work done or anything serviced I am always pleased when leaving. Great people, great work, great prices!

Also spent $11,800 with this place a a a and they tell me I have one year warranty on my motor but nothing in writing just verbal Also doing a review to the Better Business Bureau if they are Filiated just found out they are not probably for the simple reason they would not be able to do this to people if they were huge rip off place I can honestly say can’t believe they are still in business but you can only do this type of things to people for so long before it catches up they literally charge me at least minimum 23 hours over on labor and took three weeks to rebuild a Duramax called three other shops sent them a copy of the bill I received they said there is no way it should’ve taken more than 35 to 40 hours to complete this job all three companies that I inquired about told me I was literally being taken advantage of You would definitely have to be desperate to go to this place also what speaking to Mike one of the owners I made a Comment to him about if you don’t not care about repeating customers but so be it his words were “I don’t care about that real nice

Absolutely awesome to deal with. Very honest and friendly. I bought a truck that had an EFI live hand held unit in the center console. I had no idea what it was for or if the truck was tuned but the unit had a BK Diesel sticker on it. I almost ordered a complete EFI Live DSP5 set up but I decided to talk with BK Diesel first. I gave them the last 8 numbers of my VIN and they pulled up the records for my truck. They told me it already had a DSP5 tune in it but it was set at the stock setting and all I needed was the DSP5 switch to access the tune. They sold me the $65 switch and saved me a lot of money. I dont know the history of the truck so they could have easily told me I needed to bring the truck down and have a tune installed or an EFI Live installed. But they are honest people and sold me only what I needed. No BS, no pressure, just honest and helpful. That right there earned my business for life. BK Diesel is a 3 1/2 hour drive for me but it is worth it. Thanks again Scott and the rest of the guys at BK Diesel!

Expensive they put a used radio in my truck and it doesnt work but still charged me 900 dollars 9.8 hrs labor what a joke of a shop will never use them again nor should anyone good luck diesel friends go to Js performance much better to deal with

Took my truck to them to have an air dog installed to bypass a leaking fuel line and to upgrade my fuel system. They did not install the air dog and instead fixed the line. Now I have to remove the new line that I just paid for and install the air dog myself.
