Repairing muffler on my motor home generator was a wildcard. John did a excellent job fabricating a custom size pipe. Service was excellent by all accounts. The Meinke shop is much more capable with 8 or 9 bays than I previously recognized. Driving by it looks like 4. They were able to service my dash air as well. I would definitely recommend this business.

I am very pleased with the personnel and the repair. Took my car for a couple of test runs and everything seems to operate properly. Will definitely return for any future repairs.

I love this place! They have never told me something was wrong just to make a quick dollar, its so refreshing to just go in for an oil change and inspection and be honestly told everything looks great! Top that off with friendly staff=customer loyalty!

Can’t say thanks enough to the guys at this business. We were traveling and had a belt break. The Ford dealership “couldn’t “ help us but the gentleman at Meineke worked us in and got us back on the road the next morning. Thank you so much!!

At first I was super excited to get my car done for such a great pricing range, the guys were super nice when I came in to give my car for them to work on. But after I left, when they called me all of a sudden I needed $1000+ of work done. When they said they could do what I needed with no problem, so I asked what the minimum would be and if it would still be drivable. Got a call back telling me with bare minimum I’d need $700/$800 worth of work done, which would not be done by tomorrow. So by then I asked if the car is even drivable, or able to work without these parts getting done. The man had told me no, and had told me he wouldn’t proceed to put anything on my car until I knew If that was something I could pay for. I go down and tell them to put it back together with my old parts, I’m just going to take it somewhere else to get it fixed unfortunately. He told me that was fine, I owed no money, and it would be done the next morning by 8/8:30 am. When I went down there the next day the same dude who had been helping me (Shaun) had told me that they did put the front breaks on my car & I owed $180+ ... when I was quoted $140.33. None of this sat right with me because he told me the night before that they wouldn’t do anything and I wasn’t going to get charged at all. But now all of a sudden the next day the new set of breaks are on & I owe money? Then when I asked my father to help me out, knowing a lot of auto mechanic shops take advantage of young women, he PROCEEDED to tell my father “well she told me to put the breaks on there because she was low on income” so on & so forth. When that was clearly n o t what had happened. I do not suggest going here if you’re a young lady, because they’re going to royally F you out of some money like me.

We have had brake work done at Meineke a few times in the past and have always had excellent service. This time, I have to admit, I was extremely surprised! I brought in our truck because I heard some scraping noise when applying the brake and it sounded like the rear brake pads had worn down to metal. I arrived at approx. 1:30pm and was told the brakes would be done by the end of the day... that was surprise #1 since I didnt expect to get the truck back for a couple of days! I received a call about 3:30 that the truck was ready. It turns out the rear brakes were fine and the noise was actually originating from one of the front brakes, which required a simple adjustment to prevent the scraping sound from occurring again. Great, I thought... my bill will be considerably lower! Surprise #2... there was no charge! You have a customer for life! Thanks to Derrick Jansen for such awesome customer service!!

My tire blew, Meineke got me right in. Took the bad tire off and had the new tire on in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the workers and the timely manner that they took in handling my situation. Also, the price was not bad at all for a new tire, balancing, and installation.

We were traveling and our car began to make a noise that would wake the dead. Meineke was one of the few shops open on a Saturday. They looked at our car in short order and found a small rock lodged between the brake shield and the caliper. Problem solved, and no charge! Cant say enough good things about them. Customer for life!

I love Meineke and always refer them to people. The customer service is great and the guys that work there are so friendly and helpful. They do an awesome job explaining things to you and are very trustworthy about their services.

I called the business to see if they could take a later appointment other than what was listed online, and they said they would for me. They did my oil change, checked my filters, and ran to their distribution center to get my replacement filters as to not put me out by having to come back a second time.I have always gone here and I could not recommend them more. They’re kind people who want the best for you and your car and your time.

Horrible experience and will not be returning. Had an appointment at 10am for oil change. When I dropped off vehicle I was told it would be 1 hour. At 11:45am I called for update and was told it wasn’t done but was close. Arrived back at 12pm and vehicle wasn’t done until close to 12:30! 2.5 hours for an oil change?? Then...I drive back home (almost 30 minutes away)- stopped to pick up my daughter from a friends and when I put my car in parked I was alerted that no remote was devoted. I start looking through my vehicle to find my keys aren’t there! If I were to shut my vehicle off I would have been stranded! I called back to the shop and sure enough they had my keys! Never bothered to contact me and I had been gone for an hour. Had to drive 30 minutes back to the shop to pick up my keys. Then they tried to lie to cover themselves saying they tried to call me which they never did and said I got in my car and left in such a hurry that he didn’t have time to hand me the keys. Again- a lie! I stood by my car speaking to the mechanic for several minutes about air filters he said I needed to change. Such a mess of a business and horrible customer service!

They got the work done in an okay amount of time. Very disappointing service. I was not informed about the different mufflers paired with the different warranties so ended up paying for something I didn’t want.

No one else could figure out what was wrong with my AC until I took it to Meineke! Very professional and caring!

I like that this place gets you in on urgent needs, they got me in on a Sunday at like 2pm. I needed my brakes changed badly and got my oil changed while I was at it. They did a great job on my breaks no other place was able to get them so kudos to them for fixing them. However, when I got my oil changed a day after, oil was leaking all over the driveway and street. A few days later from the oil leaking it got all over my engine resulting smoke coming from my hood. I had to take my car to the dealership a week later cuz the leak and smoke was getting so bad. This turned out to be the wrong oil filter being put back. What turned out to be a $30 oil change came out to be a $170 fix... take that info for your own cause.. be weary.

They took my car as soon as I could get to them! Called with in a hr fixed with 12hrs. During a whiteout snowstorm. Went out of their way to help me get my car back. I will be a life time customer. Best business I have had in a long time.Thanks guys

Im new to the area and Im an over-the-road truck driver time is of the utmost importance when Im at home just because Im so rarely home and I have so much to do. the guys totally understood that without me having to really say it.. I had an appointment for my oil change and there were a couple of other things that I needed them to look at too. the oil change and initial diagnostic was done within right around an hour at that point they looked up cost for parts and let me know how much additional repairs would cost everything was very open and black and white and there was no pressure to do additional services once it was decided that there was additional work to be done and that they could reasonably do it the day I was there, they went around back and brought up the loaner car( totally unexpected!!!). so that while they were waiting on the part and working on my pickup I could run around and do my errands. The guys were great about explaining everything it definitely felt like they treated me like part of their professional family! :-) thanks yall

Called and specifically talked to someone at this location and asked for price of a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation and they told me $55. When I got there they said it would cost $93..... when I said something they knocked it down to $83 and said “you must have called the 1-800 number not us” and “maybe you didn’t request full synthetic”. So Merry Christmas to these guys hope they enjoy their nice Christmas bonus I just paid for. If you’re a young female don’t go here because they will rip you off just like me!

I would truly like to thank Meineke. They were able to get me in same day and fix my breaks. I was able to return to work that day. I work 2 jobs and and rely on my car.

Went in for a oil change and had them check my rear brake because it didnt feel quite right. They found a serious problem that could of been dangerous. This happened on a Saturday and they were only open till 2pm. The manger and mechanic both stayed late to fix my car so that I could have it and not have to wait till Monday. They went above and beyond. Most places would of made me wait till Monday. Thank you very much. I highly recommend them.

I visited Sep 08 & received prompt & excellent service . I had a check I engine light on & tranction control was on, car was acting funny. 😱 I didnt know what it cld be the mechanic whos name I didnt get older guy test drove rmy vehicle for less than 10min and was able to tell what was wrong with the car. & turned out all I needed was a Oil change . 😊 a wonderful relief Everything was squared away they were friendly & descriptive !!! Didn’t torque my tires down AT ALL!!!! Then when we went to torque them down an entire lug-nut and lug-stud broke! Not good service don’t go here.

I had bought a car that was leaving town and had a terrible shudder and softness in the brakes. I basically gave Shaun carte blanche telling him to do whatever work he felt necessary and he did not need to get my approval for anything up to $1,000. He demonstrated his and Meineke’s integrity when he returned the car to me three hours later repaired to perfection with new front brake pads and rotors for a cost of $350. Thanks, Shaun!

I took my car to them because they verify the problem and don’t try to sell you something you don’t need.

I thought my battery was bad, took my car in and asked them to just replace it. They tested my battery and said it was performing within specifications but still offered to replace the battery if I wanted them to.A big risk you take when going to an auto repair shop is if they are going to be honest or not. This experience comfirmed to me that this shop has great integrity.Plus..... they really have comfortable seating!
