The staff is amazing! I don’t know why people don’t like them but when I go they are kind and will help you get whatever you need shipped. A great place honestly

Came to the post office today and I didn’t know what to do this being my 1 st time shipping something. I didn’tKnow what size bike to use bubble wrap so I want to ask David and David out to help me out first thing he said was don’t worry I got you and I’m gonna make this less painful he took care of all of my shipping needs great customer service thank you so much.

I love my local post office I know each an everyone who works there. They always greet me with a smile and are always helpful. Pete and Maria are the best. I dont care if I have another post office on my way home, i always prefer going to my local one

Staff is soooo rude and unprofessional. I didnt have a pen with me to sign my Dads birthday card. . So I asked the lady behind the counter. Which happened to be a older Asian lady with crazy hair. She rolled her eyes at me and told me to bring my own next time. On top of that she continues to be rude and mean to me and every person that she helped in front of me. She should not make everyone uncomfortable and have to deal with her negativity. I will call the office and complain about her. Other than that the other worker was very nice. I never take time to write reviews but this is much needed. I hope shes not there next time I have to mail something out. What a shame!!

The P O Boxes need to be accessible at least on Saturday since we all work during their business hours is not fair. Whats the point of having Boxes if we cant access them after work please be conscious And fair. The were accessible before why the sudden unavailability. Explain

I don’t get why people complain about staff maria is great and so is peter. Maria helps me shipping out items and she makes sure that the address and zip code are correct so my package can arrive in great condition. peter also is a jokester he knows how to make your day a bit better and is very kind.

Maria is rude, condescending, and overall just terrible at customer service.I’ve been coming to this location for years, but every time I go Maria is constantly belittling customers with backhanded compliments or reprimanding customers for “wasting her time”.I have gotten her multiple times, she would ask all sorts of questions and when I would respond she would tell me “unless it’s important don’t talk to me it’s distracting me” after she just asked me tons of questions. Followed by complaining about how she has not had a break yet and wants to go on lunch yet the line was backed up because she will engage in long conversations with other customers.I’ve never had a need to post on this topic but it has crossed the point where she is just being rude to customers and not actually being helpful, especially those that might actually need help with shipping, money orders, etc.I’m beyond disappointed by this location solely based on how many times she has been disrespectful not only to me but also to other customers that she has “assisted” while I wait in line.

Keep, loosing or retaining my mail all the time!!!. They also, put someones else mail in my P. O. Box ; so, my mail gets retained, lost, or misplaced in a regular bases!!!. NOT GOOD!!!

I dropped off a letter at the post office and forgot to put a stamp on it. I was waiting to get that letter back in my mailbox but the office staff was so efficient and considerate that they put a stamp on it themselves. I am so gracious that they have done that for a customer they knew nothing about. I now I want to thank them for their job well done. With the economy and changes going on in businesses today, I am glad USPS has stepped up their customer service and I will forever be loyal to them. That letter was destined to a very special place and very time sensitive. Thank you USPS, you have not only made my life much easier for that but you have managed to save my future for that kind act. I sincerely want to thank you all (in person if possible) for this!

I dont know why people complain about the clerks being social. Its called customer service. The staff is so nice! Id much rather wait a bit but be greeted with a smile than be quickly served by a sour puss. To those that complain, how about allowing some time for your business if its so important? EVERYONE is busy, but not everyone is nice.

I cant believe how MARIA was hired from this prestigious Company, she is so rude with the customers, she doesnt have any idea of what customer service means, other staff are nice and respectful people, Im not comming back, unfortunately this post office is the closest one to my house.

Obviously would give 0 stars. They are very unprofessional and can not complete there job duties accurately. I am very pissed that I picked this post office to send very important documents because they sent those document right back to me three weeks after I thought I shipped them due to there failure of using the correct stamps very careless and unprofessional work. The workers there are very incompetent and need to go back to school!

Trying to get a passport here is impossible. Its by appointment but how am I going to get an appointment if the phones arent answered. I went to Santa Fe. Awesome service, no appointment needed, and much friendlier.

54 minute wait time because the 2 sloths working behind the counter just werent fast enough to man all 7 work stations. Line was out the door. Lunch hour gone to ship 2 packages via Media Mail (cant ship packages by Media Mail at the automated kiosk, which is another brilliant innovation by the Post Office). Will start going to FedEx and UPS now.

WORST customer service ever! My brother sent me a package to the post office with my name on the box. And some lady there not even a supervisor went crazy saying that was her post office and anything that goes there is hers and threatened to open my correspondence because she claims was hers since thats her post office. She then asked who i was very rude and asked for id . She then Said if i ever left a package there again I wouldnt see it Hopes she gets fired!!

The female working behind the counter is very slow, talks to much socializing with customers. The management when confronted (it they will even come out to talk to you) dose not take any action to fix this problem it has been like this for years. When dropping off pre-labled packages they dont get read the label in, so you cant get tracking info... I have this problem every month. This location is poorly staffed and managed... I hate to say it but they are examples of typical government workers with no accountability for there performance - its white collar welfare....

Very disappointed. Po Boxes only open during business hours. How am I supposed to get my mail when I work during those hours?

LOBBY NOW CLOSED WEEKENDS AND EVENINGS??? what is the point of offering PO BOXES when I no longer have convenient hours available to get my mail??. I want a REFUND!!!

Extremely slow service exacerbated by the fact that the two people behind the counter socialize with the customers as well. Ive also never seen a 3rd person manning the third station. Another example of our tax dollars not hard at work.

The Lady(claudia) at the counter its very slow and my only visit to this office she was charging me for 20 stamps that I never order or even get and she took long to give me my money back not before she tr u to sell the stamps with the rest of the customers making me wait for my money
