I was a hat that Downey terminal On August 26th I was 2 hours early for my appointment was told to park on the street which I did was instructed to come back at 23:00 To pick up my Load All the people that I had dealt with Were courteous and professionalI got my l Paperwork Went back to my truck which was parked in front of the shop only place I can find And I was blocked in by one of their trucks No problem I just waited then out of nowhere Came a man I assume was a managerI have never in my entire life Ben virtually Assaulted in the manner that I was I will never go to that terminal again

Drivers are rude and wont follow rules. They think they own the place. GP is so so rude. But u guess he owns the company the way he acts. Cause no owner would allow this guy to represent them the way he does.

I went to pick up a delivery from Seattle , a pallet of wood. The staff was courteous and efficient . They had my order available and my paper work was already ready. Carefully they loaded the pallet into the pickup truc. Great customer service. Highly recommend

Most horrible company to deliver for . they give you a 8am appointment (i arrive at 6am)but dont unload you till noon sometimes even later . every week the same thing why even have a delivery time. For those wondering why I get here that early is because our window time is 8 we have to be here by 8 or else they get mad at us for being late and my company gets penalized with a late fee .

At 3:30pm drop my trailer10:30pm informed what the load is canceled

Need to move that operation to a larger space

Bad attitude from employees they think they are all that one day you have a good job next u are unemployed.

Forgot to load shipment onto truck the first day. Missed delivery window the second day. All they can do is apologize for the time we wasted waiting for it.
