The shop is impeccable, and Steven and his son Austin took wonderful care of me and my vehicle. I brought my Mazda in for its regular service, which Ive normally done with the dealer in the past, until I became frustrated with the dealerships overpriced services and pushy upselling. A friend recommended Luzzi Auto, and received the same exact factory-recommended services (with the added bonus of stellar customer service) for $620 less than the dealership was going to charge me for this routine maintenance. With Luzzi, I was quoted over the phone for services before securing my appointment, and on the day of, drop off was simple and efficient - and they even gave me a ride to work nearby. Im grateful the Luzzi family takes such good care of its customers, and delighted Ive finally found an auto shop with integrity.

I finally found an auto shop that is knowledgeable, fair, and honest about your car. I been going for about two years now. Steve who runs the shop has a great team behind him to solve problems. Great service. They were fast and did a great job. Steve was very helpful and pointed out a few other things that needed to be fixed. Things I never wouldve found. If u need work done on your car this is the place to go.

Upfront and did not waste my time. I have a new hyndai. A few days ago i got small screw in my front tire, a few hours later i went straight to th dealership, they said we can get you a rental , we need to diagnose it. i said dude, look i diagnosed it for you look theres the small screw...they still waned to keep it for a day. this mornin i noticed the tire gauge and was passing by Luzzi auto.. i pulled right in they said well have it done in 5 minutes.........yahooo. We are now taking both vehicles exclusively to Luzzi Automotive. The owner, Steve, works on prem, and the job gets done right the first time. He gives options and is patient and helpful in explaning something that is like a foreign language to me! The Lizzu Automotive Shop was recommended by a female friend. After my husband died in early 2006 I needed a place like this. Our former mechanic shop became a nightmare and in 2014 my nightmare became sweet dreams! There is nothing worse for a single female than having an unreliable car.Great perk: Mary is the transportation guru! She drops me off at home and then makes a pick up trip when behicle is ready. For a quick job there is an air conditioned waiting room with good reading material. With one block there is Mexican, Italian and diner food restaurants.We are a CHARACTER COUNTS city and Steven Luzzi is a man of integrity. Case in point: I misplaced a coupon he distributed and he reminded me of it. Where, oh where, did I tuck it? He subtracted the coupon amount from my bill and asked me to merely discard coupon when it is found. That is trust you rarely see in business today.Go to Luzzi Automotive once (Paramount Blvd, a block or two north of Firestone) and you will have automotive security, too.

Went there once, bc AAA mag said it was #1 shop in the area based on # of complaints. Went in for a tranny flush and left with a $900 bill. Steve said I a needed wheel bearing replacement, i had warranty from a shop that did it a few months before and Steve said, I cant let you leave like that. Steve was rude, he loves American drag racing, when I asked why my balljoint busted, with a serious face, he said, Next time you get a car, dont drop it. I had Eibach springs with a 0.8inch drop with aftermarket struts. He has no love for JDM. I noticed that a lot of their customers dont know much about cars, no wonder they are successful. Even a Yelp rater that gave them 5 stars said I dont really know much about cars. In all fairness, they do quality work, BUT theyre way overpriced and sometimes do unnecessary work. A year later, I had another shop repair a ball joint for half of what Steve charged me. Never again.
