Honestly this place was packed when I pulled into their lot. I quickly doubted I would be helped and out of there quickly. I think his last name was Vaca. He is a Boss! He was so patient with everyone and even tried helping two people at one time. He also made others waiting to hold tight and assured others someone would assist shortly. I got what I needed and so glad I came in to see if they had what I needed in stock. ALWAYS CHECK IF WHAT YOU NEED IS IN STOCK EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO WALK IN.. Mr. Vaca located my tires in a diff location and had them picked up and ready to be installed next day. He also gave me a free break inspection.Thank you ! Much appreciated and happy with my new shoes!

I checked 3 tire shops and no one had my tire except American Tire Depot. The staff is great. I was attended by Tony who was very professional and also a little comedian. They took care of me extremely fast even though they had a lot of cars waiting. I tipped the service mechanics $20. because I was very happy with the work. You get what you pay for here. I didn’t compare prices because I blew my tire and was driving a donut. Just needed it replaced ASAP. If prices are a big concern then do your due diligence. But I give these guys 5 stars. Two thumbs up! The heavy set guy at the register was super cool. Just telling it like it is. I don’t remember names too well.

The young man owner JOHNATHAN is wonderful. He goes far and beyond the call of duty. Hes not just out for money, he helps get you the best deal. The work they do is above standards. I never have any problems after my car is done. Best mechanics I can have. Most every one there is cool except this one guy that seems to have a chip on his shoulders.

Tony is a very good employee!!! My wait is average. I scheduled my alignment in the afternoon at 4:30pm and they accommodated me right away. They test drove my car. After that he explained to me the works they did. And the best this is He did Not Charge me anything! Seem like I won in the scratcher or got free meal in a 5 star restaurant. The best of it all, he explained everything one by one to me. Such an excellent employee.

This place was great. It was really busy when i got there but we were and out in about an hour. They also really do have the best prices on tires you will find anywhere. The only reason i gave 4/5 stars was because they didnt have the tires i initially wanted in stock and online it said they did. So i ended up just going with some cheaper ones but the guy gave me a good deal either way.

It took going back a few times to check if the special order for my tire arrived, but I was able to get my tire changed the same day. Good service and friendly.

Getting to the store on Firestone, I found the lot to be packed. All racks were full and cars waiting. If you think about it, thats a good sign. They were able to get me the tires, mounted, and balanced for the price they quoted me. They told me it would be about 2 hours, as they were busy, and 2 hours and fifteen minutes later, they were done. Great job. Not 5 star as their waiting room didnt have anywhere to sit, so go shopping or kill some time, in the nearby stores. Otherwise, great service. Great price.

Wow is what i said to my wife when we left this place. Miguel was very friendly from the get go. He was able to price match us with a big club warehouse store and throw in the alignment for a great price. I was set a very realistic timeline for the services to be performed on my car. Very prompt and courteous service. The rest of my family will now be shopping here for any tire/alignmnet needs.

I have been bringing my car to this location for the past four years. Everyone has always been very polite and courteous. A few weeks ago, Jonathan kindly checked the tire pressure and put air in all four of my tires, when I couldnt wait a long time, because they were very busy. Today, Jonathan put two new tires on the front of my car, and he gave me a very good price. Im thankful for their prompt and courteous service.

They messed up my brakes. Right after I got them done my front tire was making a cracking noise. I called them, they said they didnt know what is was Today On my way home from work my wheels locked up and I came to a violent stop exiting the freeway and I almost got rear ended. The cops had to come and tow me off the freeway ramp. The tow bill was over 200$. I could have gotten seriously hurt or lost my life!You

Ordered tires online and made and confirmed appointment for installation. Arrived on scheduled date and was told that I should have called ahead as the tires were at their warehouse. Reset appointment and had tires installed. Installation was done in a timely manner. Customer service was very good.

I had initially made an appointment online for a set of 4 Goodyear Exhilarate 275/40/20 at the Downey location. Unfortunately the next day I received a call from Tony (store manager) advising me that those tires were on back order. I was a bit disappointed because those were the tires I thought were best for my car after reading many reviews on different brands. (pricing was another reason to get them) I needed tires ASAP so I couldn’t wait until May. Tony offered me the Michelin all season pilot sport 4 for almost the same price as the Exhilarate. I accepted the offer and let me tell you these Michelin tires are exceptional. My appointment was on a Saturday at 8am. I arrived a few minutes after 8 and I was in and out in less than an 1hr 30mins. American tire depot at Downey, thank you for the service you provided to my vehicle and me.

Horrible service I received today. After booking an online appointment for tire rotation and oil change. I was advised that I should have confirmed my appointment with someone before going in. Kinda defeats the purpose of online booking, I arrived at 7:45 am & was told it should not be more than 45 minutes. At 9am I decided to just grab my keys and go since my car had not moved and I had other appointments. Guy proceeded to tell me I was next but yet, they couldnt even locate my keys for me to leave. Definitely wont be back even for my free tire rotation. Thumbs down on service and attitude.

Love them. I needed new tires, a spare, and an alignment ASAP. I was about to do a last minute 20 hour road trip to visit family in a few days time. I called a few different places for pricing and availability. I called them and right off the bat these guys were soo helpful and accommodating. It was my first time buying tires for my car and they definitely took there time explaining and helping me find something that best fitted my needs. All I have to say is that my car rides sooo smooth now and if you knew my driving you’d know that is quite the accomplishment.

First time going to this shop all the workers were friendly and people dont stop coming they take care of you very well it does get busy but thats normal in a shop so you need to be here early. Most definitely ill be going back for service but early..lol and they double check your tires make sure everything is fine. They know what there doing.

DO NOT GO HERE! I took my car in for new tires and they went through my personal items inside my car. They stole a pair of brand new airpods, and scratch my rims.

They were nice, efficient, place was clean, and best of all quick I was in and out in the less than an hour but I will point out that if you get an estimate online it might differ when you go in person the difference when I did it was about $14 (included images of invoices). The tires I wanted werent in stock so they called me to keep me up to date if they were able to get them, the person that called me was Tony. When I got there the sale person that processed it was A. Garcia who kept up my small talk.
