I made an appointment at Glenn’s after having a very poor response from an area dealer. The dealer had “diagnosed” my trucks problem as “probably” a bad camshaft or hydraulic lifter, but said said they could tell without taking my engine apart starting at $2200. I knew that didn’t sound right so I researched Glenn’s and the reviews. After speaking to Mike, and and seeing all the positive reviews he had for honesty, I left my truck (Dodge Ram w/Hemi engine) He called me later that day and told me it was a spark plug issue. I had him change all of the plugs and now it is running like new. Saved me lots of money. Needless to say, I now have a permanent mechanic and shop that I know I can trust.

We are always happy with the service. Everyone is so nice and friendly. We trust Mike to tell us what needs to be done now and which ones can wait. They are very honest and I know I can trust them.

This company is very relatable and personable. I was referred to them by my mechanic once he retired and Im glad he sent me to a company he trust. They are some awesome people. There is a husband and wife that owns the company and they are both so sweet to me. The first time I used their service they left me a cute note with a delicious bag of goodies attached. Ive been going to them for almost 2 years now and I havent yet been disappointment.

They put in a new alternator in my Tahoe, it runs great now. great service very professional, hassle free. I will definitely go back to get my A/C fix

This shop refused to have my diag cost go towards my repair and told me it was because I was supplying my own parts, if I didn’t then he could waive the diag cost. So mike ended up waiving the diag fee that was so very important but refused to do the work.The diag time wasn’t the problem or the warranty. The problem was you not wanting to put it towards the repair.You said “you weren’t making any money”

They replaced the starter on our 2007 Ford F150 pickup truck. Repair was completed as promised and worked out great. Very pleased with the service provided. Will be back when needed.

My mother was recommended to Glenn’s by AAA when she needed some work done on her 2001 Lexus , we were looking around for a new mechanic after our last one of 10 years started acting a bit shady and found out he had ripped us off and did some Mickey Mouse work . I called Glenn’s Auto when my alternator was about to go out. They were able to have my alternator replaced for me that same day for a reasonable cost and they are always friendly. When I called a dealerships early that day to see how much it would cost, they wanted to charge me to just run a diagnostic before they could help me. I highly recommend going to Glenn’s Auto.

I called Mike about two days ago with an issue with my starter. I brought it in and he diagnosed that it was the battery in the back of my trunk (sorry for the mess). He had to call a few shops around to find the right battery since mines was installed in the back it had to had the right tubing to vent out. He finally found one during this quarantine time where a lot of shops are out of business. His communication was very professional he notified me on any type work he was about to do. He went above and beyond for his customers and I will gladly return back if I ever run into an issue.

I made an appointment with Mike to bring my car in. He scheduled me for a 9:30 appointment the following day to which I arrived just before that time. Mike greeted me and immediately told me that he was running behind and that he an oil change ahead of me. I told him that I would leave the car and he agreed to call me in about an hour after he had looked at the car and diagnosed the problem. More than one hour later I called him and he told me that he had not had the time to look at my car, apologized and added that he was ...understaffed. I told him that it had been more than an hour and surely, the oil change ahead of me shouldnt have taken that long. He retorted that he was ...swamped... and that he had to ...answer the phones every time someone called in... like I was doing. I told him that I could not wait any longer because as a first responder, I needed to have my car running and told him that I would pick it up and take it elsewhere. He responded stating that when I had called the previous day to make the appointment that he was already full, but that he had ...squeezed... me in like as if I was suppose to somehow feel guilty and indebted to him for wasting my time. So I went to pick-up my car and confronted him, but he didnt want to hear any of it and raised his voice to talk over me, so I raised my voice to tell him that all he needed to do was to be honest and not feed me all of these would-you-believe excuses, apart from acting in such a condescending and shameless manner like as if I owed him something. As I finished what I wanted to say to him and began to get in my car, he yelled out for me to get out of his garage as if I had been at fault in causing all of this. Wow, how arrogant, entitled, ungrateful and unaccountable can you be with the people that make your livelihood. The only reason I chose Glenns Auto was his excellent reviews and ratings, but how mistaken I was.

I need to recognize Mike’s customer service, flexibility, and great attitude. Needed to get my old Camry smogged for registration, and have been putting it off because of the Covid19 stay at home restrictions. (I had been to Mike’s shop before, so not a new customer). For the time being I’m by myself, my wife having gone to Northern California to help a friend just before the stay in place was announced. Add to that, I’m almost 70, and have multiple high risk health issues, so I was concerned how I could manage to get the car to Mike, get it smogged and an oil change. Right now no one available for transportation so I could drop off the 1998 Camry.Called Mike and after discussion he said he only smogs cars 2000 and newer, but he OFFERED to pick my car up a couple days later, do the oil change and misc., then personally take it to another shop down the street with old car smog equipment. Mike came and picked up my car, quickly texted me a very reasonable quote for the oil change, plus the smog. He got it all handled in a few hours, then we handled payment and invoice over the phone/email to minimize contact. He then brought my car home and dropped it in the driveway where it had been in the morning.All of this was done with a positive and upbeat attitude, while working shorthanded, under difficult circumstances.Can’t say enough about that level of commitment and customer service. Way over and above any reasonable expectation.If I could give Mike 6 stars on a 5 star max rating scale I would.I will most definitely be back, and recommend Mike’s shop to you, and everyone. Fantastic experience!

My vehicle had left me stranded in a gas station near his shop, I walked over to Glenns Auto and there I was lucky enough to meet Mike. He was very helpful and he made sure he went above and beyond for me. He came over to where I was stranded and figured out what tools he needed to get my vehicle up and going again. Within 5-10 mins Mike got my vehicle running. THANK YOU MIKE (life saver) I was able to get back on the road again to my destination.

Im only giving 4 stars because 5 stars always seem like a fake review. So consider this a real review and my top score. Glenns is a good shop and one that I will be going to from now on. I recently moved to the area from out of town, and yesterday I took my Toyota Camry in for routine maintenance and to check my shocks and struts. The owner Mike was attentive and knowledgable. He gave me several options for the shocks and never tried to upsell me on questionable parts or service. He seemed very honest and fair. I trusted him immediately. His office manager/wife Misty was also very friendly and professional. I recommend Glenns without reservation.

Installed a catalytic converter shield

Wow, I think I just found my mechanic for life. Mike, the owner, and his crew is super friendly. I had a small issue with my lights and Mike stay after hours to take a look at it. After spending 20 minutes and replacing the parts, he basically wasnt even going to charge me. He wanted just the $2.50 for the part!!!! I couldnt believe it. You cant go into other auto shop these days for under $50. I ended up giving him $10 bucks so he could at least get a cup of joe. Thanks Mike, you are my mechanic for life.

Mikes an absolute perfectionist! I have used these guys now on 2 different cars and every time they have diagnosed and handled my specific problems quickly and for way less than the other quotes I was getting. Ill start with my 2006 Lexus IS250 which had 3 dash lights on: check engine, VSC light, and traction control light. I was told by a different mechanic that it was going to need a new catalytic converter for $2000+. I brought the car in, had these guys diagnose it and they came back with a hose that had come unplugged due to a bad motor mount. So they put on a longer hose and fixed the motor mount, all for under $400.The other car was a check engine light on a Honda Civic that ended up just being the gas cap and I got out of there spending less than $20. Their honesty and integrity is very apparent the moment you walk into this shop. They come highly recommended and I will never go anywhere else for my services! Thanks guys..
