Brianna and Jonathan were absolutely lovely. Very personable and efficient with the clean. It was a plus that they didnt mind our dogs! Ill definitely request them in the future.

Melissa is always very professional, thorough, and on time. She consistently does a fantastic cleaning, and always goes the extra mile on the finishing touches (even wiping clean the dried toothpaste on bottom of our electric toothbrush holders!). Couldnt be happier!

Worst cleaning I have EVER had! I requested a deep clean due to the fact that we were moving into a place that had been previously rented by another family. I moved the appliances out away from the wall and specifically requested that attention be paid to cleaning behind the appliances. The agreed time frame for the deep cleaning was 5 hours which should have been more than enough time to adequately clean a house with no furniture or personal belongings in it. I was terribly disappointed with the final results of my cleaning which I immediately emailed and called the company to discuss. I was so disappointed that I took pictures as proof. A garbage bag with garbage in it was left on my kitchen counter, the floor behind the appliances wasnt touched, there was grime and dirt that remained on the floor and light switches, a mop which didnt belong to me was left wet on the carpet in the closet and floor covering we purchased to protect the floors after the cleaning was complete was thrown in our garage haphazardly. The craziest part of my experience was that they actually expected me to pay for this!! Insanity!!

MaidPro helped me in my time of need. I sprained my ankle and couldnt take out my trash or change my sheets and MaidPro did it for me. Kelsey cleaned my kitchen floor. She did things that made me feel like Im living in a high end hotel...my tissue boxes look like flowers and my toilet paper has the high end look that makes me feel special. I highly recommend MaidPro.

Absolutely horrible. We worked with them for over year and Id say one out of every 10 cleans would be considered decent. In addition, the last time we had them clean our home a candle was broken and money was missing from my daughters room. When my concerns were raised, no remedy was offered other than filing a complaint. Disgusted, I asked that our service be canceled and our key returned to us. Their response was to let us know that for security reasons our only options were to go to their office (30 minutes away) and pick it up or request that they destroy it. Really? They could enter our home with said key that they picked up from our home but now that they have to drop it off its a security risk? OR were supposed to blindly trust that this thieving company would actually destroy our key? Its truly a horrible business. We found a new company that is not only more trustworthy and less expensive, but they will actually listen to their customers concerns and work with them. Stay away from them!

Awful, awful, awful. Although their initial customer service seemed good, the actual cleaning of our home was TERRIBLE. For me, the kitchen and bathroom are the most important areas of the home to be cleaned well. Not only was the job in both of these rooms lousy (e.g.areas of the kitchen tile missed completely, cleaning solution left all over the bathroom tub), they missed (or just plain did not address) other areas of my home. AND, they charged me over $150 for their shoddy work. I called to complain and instead of standing behind their guarantee, they wanted to charge me again for the cleaning that should have been done the first time - even though I called them within hours of the job to report my concerns. Since they planned to charge me even more for them to fix their mistakes, I asked them instead to just reduce (not refund, but reduce) the price that they originally charged me since they did a terrible job, they refused. I asked the representative to give our information to the owner to further discuss...and I never heard back. Very unprofessional. Letting these folks into my home was a huge mistake for so many reasons. So, save yourself the headache and your hard-earned money and go with ANY other company. Ive opted to write this review to keep these folks from ripping off other people. I hope you find this useful and look somewhere else for reputable services.

Ive used Maidpro services for about 5 years now. The ease, care, and attention they provide from the reminder email to taking my trash out is exactly why I stay with them. They even make my tissue boxes look fluffy the ladies that Ive had the pleasure of meeting are always kind and eager to get the job done! Very Happy to come home to a clean condo and organized counters. Extremely happy that when it did not take as long as expected they were honest enough to charge only for the time it took not for what we expected it to take.

I cant tell you how happy I am with MaidPro. Before MaidPro, I had a difficult time keeping my house clean and now it is perfect! They are professional and courteous. Maidpro always pays attention to detail and the staff is very sweet. If theres extra time at the end of the clean they will ask if i need anything extra done or offer a free fridge clean.

Do not rely on my earlier review! I cant believe it is still there. It was a long time ago and I havent used them for almost three years! I wanted to give no stars but the site wont allow it.

Definitely not worth it for the money. Their 49 point inspection is bs and whoever cleans must be used to just checking the box. In the kitchen they actually did a pretty good job but from there they just missed pretty basic stuff. Ceiling fans werent dusted or wiped down, even though it was checked off on the list. Im assuming the kitchen was done first and whoever cleaned just got lazy from there. Cobwebs in the corner of the bedroom and living room were still present. Bathroom was just ok - shelves in the shower werent wiped down or cleaned and spot between the sink and shower could have been cleaned better.All in all, the attention to detail just wasnt there and missing of the basic things made this a lackluster experience. In the future I will probably look for a different service or Ill save the money and spend an hour Saturday morning doing the equivalent of what MaidPro did in 3 hours.

The lady that set up my appointment was very nice and helpful, no complaints about the customer service. However, I paid for a move-out cleaning including the refrigerator and cabinets, and thats not what I got. When I got to the apartment (with my landlord for the walk-through) there was flour or sugar or something still in a cabinet, and the refrigerator wasnt cleaned all the way, costing me money on my security deposit. There were cobwebs in the corners of the closets, and while it was clear the carpets were vacuumed, there were still little pieces of paper or whatever all around. Walls that were clearly dirty werent scrubbed at all. Overall I was very disappointed in how the apartment was cleaned. I could have done a better job myself and not lost any money on my security deposit. I suggest double checking their work.

This being our first time employing MaidPro was a great experience, from start to finish: Carrie, my MP first point of contact, to arriving home after a hard days work with 24 kindergartners, to a clean home was divine . It was such a pleasure to arrive from work to an immaculatly clean home.Thank you Kennedy and Duranne! You did a fabulous job with each and every room of our home.
