Honestly, if you need any blind or shade, cleaned or repaired this is the place! Last year I requested my silhouettes be taken down, brought to their location, cleaned, and then re-delivered and reinstalled. I was so very pleased.I couldn’t believe I had waited so long to have them cleaned.Last month my extra-wide silhouette covering three patio doors no longer remained in the raised position. I called Ashley again, she scheduled Chris to evaluate the problem and repair it if possible. Chris was extremely accommodating. I was aware my silhouettes had been discontinued. Chris was bringing an after market clutch. The new clutch did not fit but Chris was able to disassemble both, replace the broken parts from the old clutch, with a new part from the new clutch.Ask for Chris if you have a unique repair. Chris from Lovitt Blinds came to our home to show us options and samples for our living room and dining room windows. He was a pleasure to work with! ..showed us lots of samples and ordered larger sample fabrics that my wife requested...Then we asked him if he would take a 5 minute drive with us to my parents house- they had an older Silhouette shade that had broken, and the last repairman who was there said we would have to order our own parts for them to fix it! On rather short notice, they came and took down the living room shades for cleaning. I wanted to get the rather fragile shades out of the way of painters coming to paint our apartment. The two guys who came were very personable, careful, and efficient. The same two came to put the shades back up. Shades look great. Service was great. Im happy.

I took the blind to Lovitt fully expecting to be without my blind for some time while it was being repaired. This is second time I’ve used Lovitt (first time was in 2018). They are awesome...do a great job cleaning...I needed a quick turnaround (since we are on first floor of a condo it’s hard to be without any window coverings for a length of time). They were able to get a lot of drapes cleaned in only a few days. They pick up and redeliver. Noel is the person who takes them down and rehangs them. Very professional and such a nice guy. We had eight large white louver blinds that were hanging for over 15 years. I made this mistake of trying to clean them on my own. I thought there had to be a better way and we were fortunate to find Loveit Blinds online. They did a remarkable job cleaning what I thought would be an impossible task. If you are going to this place to replace blind strings, run in the other direction. I took 3 blinds in for repair. The strings of one only lasted 2 months and the other just broke over 1 year. I have had these blinds for 15 years with original strings and their strings can’t last a year. Oh, and make sure you know their warranty - 30 days that’s it. Cuz they can’t back their repairs. Terrible place.

Lovitt Blinds took care of a job that I couldnt find any other company to do. I needed hardware on existing roman shades replaced or repaired. I did not want to fully replace the shades like every other company I contacted suggested. Lovitt sent a team out to my home to remove the blinds, worked on them in their mobile repair center, and rehung them in under two hours time. Every experience from the scheduling to the onsite repairs was spectacular. I will be using them again in the future if the need arises.

Lovitt Blinds did a great job dealing with two unique and complicated roman shade problems. We had one shade that stopped going up or down. The other had a broken pull cord. Both were handled with care and fixed! They were reasonably priced, and much easier to work with than the original manufacture (we made inquiries with the original manufacturer about repairs, first).

They were able to do it here, which was great since two of the blinds are in a bedroom and we had hoped they would not have to take them into the shop. Several things were very impressive about the service from Lovitt Blinds & Drapery. The person making the appointment was courteous and knowledgeable. Then the individual who actually came to take the blinds was amazingly efficient, friendly and also knowledgeable. He also bought paper blinds, which I had requested, but did not expect anyone would remember. When he installed the cleaned blinds, I was shocked at how thorough they were cleaned. It’s my first time using Lovitt blinds. I had five blinds removed from my home to be cleaned and then reinstalled. From the first call, to the pick up and then again to the installation today, I could not be more pleased. The young man who removed my blinds and put them up again were very professional and so very courteous I could only wish that my children and grandchildren were as polite.

They were very courteous, and very fast. They let me know it would take a couple of weeks for them to repair and clean my blinds, but they were done much sooner than expected. Staff was very friendly and very customer focused. They did a great job at a great price.

Very Professional! The company took down and reinstalled my blinds quickly and efficiently. They came back within 5 business days much cleaner, and bright than they left. Almost all of the stains they had were removed; ones that remain are barely noticeable. I will use them again.

Had a broken set of blinds that needed repairing. Brought it in and they saw that it was just a minor fix and did the repair right then and there! Took 5 minutes and they didnt charge me a thing! Definitely will go back for repairs, cleaning and any new blinds I need in the future!

I was a little leery about getting my real wood blinds cleaning and them actually taking them to their store to clean them. It was my 1st time with this company. My worries were put to rest when Chris was so nice and took the blinds down very carefully and respectfully. Very nice young man. The blinds came back today and theyre perfect. They came on time every time and very clean and neat. They are on my list to work with in the future.

Dear AshleyYou are truly an amazing Customer Service Manager person!I am so pleased that I found Lovitt Blinds as I was once again, this time on YouTube, looking for some way to get our blinds to work.I found help from Downers Grove, IL but not in this large east coast metro area where I live. All I had learned was that Hunter-Douglas does not repair any blinds that are not under warranty and that it would only apply to the original buyer. And that blinds manufactured in 2014 would have motors too old to repair in 2018! Total stone wall!But our 2 of the 5 motorized blinds that are next to each other were not working properly. Since the blinds also are of custom color it would have cost several thousand dollars to replace all even without remote control.But thanks to you, Ashley and Lovitt Blinds & Drapery, all our blinds are now working properly!I am sure I will remember you warmly often when raising or lowering our blinds, hopefully many sunny days to come.Thank you so very much!Leena

I had a repair on a kitchen blind. They were responsive to schedule the appointment and showed up on time. Very professional. My blind is fixed and would definitely use them again!!!

Cleaning blinds was reasonable. $30/blind. However, they wanted to charge $100 to fix cut string for one set of blinds. String wasn’t broken when we brought it in, just tangled. Also, blind strings still look dirty after cleaning. There were also smudges on the blinds still.

I was told by the blind company in our town that our Hunter blind was unfixable because of a bad cord. The model of blind was no longer available so they wanted us to buy all new blinds for our room--$1,000+I called Lovitt over the holidays (high ranking on Angies List) and spoke to Noel, who could not have been more professional and helpful. I sent them my blind and the fixed at a reasonable price with a quick turnaround time. Very positive customer experience with Noel and others on the team. Would highly recommend. The real deal.

I love this place. I found them on the Internet. I typically use referrals, but Im soooooooooo glad I found them. They picked up my drapes, delivered them, and hung them. The cleaning was excellent. And, they completed the job one-week before thanksgiving (I gave it to them 2-weeks prior). The service guy was friendly and the staff. Well done Lovitt!!!

My blinds were original with my home and I’ve lived here for over 7 years. They are large honeycomb blinds and heavy so the pull strings got a lot of wear and tear. Eventually three of my blinds broke around the same time. I selected Lovitt because I had heard of them and thought they would be reasonably priced. And they were! They picked up my blinds clean them fixed them and brought them back and installed them. No muss no fuss. They look great and I can use them again! The installer was extremely pleasant and competent. All in all a great experience!
