Cliff went above and beyond.. Not only did he do a excellent job boarding up the windows, roof , and doors.. He also took it upon himself to clean up everything on the outside..I am Truly grateful for all he did.. He is a amazing person..I would highly Recommend him any day…

We had a water accident in our upstairs laundry room. They came out immediately and had our house drying out with fans and dehumidifiers and thoroughly inspected our home. The crew to take out the damaged areas came out the next day and removed the water damaged areas after setting up an enclosure to make sure they didnt make a mess. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Our contact, Mark, was incredibly responsive and flexible as our project scope and completion date changed several times. The cleaning crew was on time, thorough, professional, and respectful. They cleaned our dirty cabinets inside and out; washed the windows, doors and door frames; cleaned the light fixtures; washed the walls; thoroughly cleaned the bathrooms; and cleaned the carpets. It was just fabulous to see our house go from a dusty, dirty mess to a clean, livable home in just a few hours. Thank you Mark and team!

Service Master was great to work with when I had water damage in my basement ceiling and walls and floor but my refrigerator line leaking. They were always courteous and prompt. In fact they were so good I have hired them to do the remodel on the damage.

Cheri came in explained what needed to be done and worked with my insurance company. Everything was taken care of and I was always informed about the procedure at hand. A very good experience for a very stressful event.

The job was done in a timely matter, they worked in a very clean way and the staff was very nice. They responded promptly to all my questions and requests. Request additional quotes for services before approving Service Master DSI to begin work in your home or business. I recently approved Service Master DSI to remediate water damage in my homes basement. The process was smooth at first when I was speaking to the customer representative before I approved the remediation process begin. Service Master DSI began water remediation by removing drywall and placing fans on the floor. However, when mold was found, all work had to end until mold remediation would begin. I was ensured three times the procedures Service Master DSI were taking would resolve my mold issue and work resumed shortly thereafter. Service Master DSI does not test for mold - this led me to hire a third party to test the air quality in my basement. The test came back positive for three molds and the technician of the third party advised me not to live in my house due to the poor sanitation process performed by Service Master. I contacted Service Master DSI and air scrubbers were placed to clean the air. The third party mold company came back out to retest the air and advised we not retest due to the poor sanitation process performed by Service Master DSI. The walls and floors were not sanitized and this leads to future mold growth. I was shocked to see this since I was ensured multiple times my basement would be fine and ready to use. Service Master DSI gave me the ring around and performed inadequate work, but charged me a lot of money for their poor service. I have attempted to communicate with the representative but those efforts did not lead to an amicable agreement. Think twice or three times before hiring Service Master DSI, my experience has left me frustrated and disappointed in their effort. Looking back, I should have hired the third party mold company. I hope this review helps with other customers future choices.

I hope my experience was unusual and the person who answered my call was a temp. She was a terrible representative for a company whose reputation I generally viewed as positive. After not being able to answer even simple questions about their water damage services (she couldnt even tell me if there was charge for the estimate) she promised a project manager would call me within 15-20 minutes to answer my questions... Im still waiting... ServPro just got our business today.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Their movers stole my passport, they inflated packaging costs by excessively using boxes and packing paper, and lied numerous times about the services they delivered. Do not use this service.edit: I called Service Master about this as soon as they finished providing services and the account manager lied to me on the phone twice. So calling them obviously doesnt do jack squat.
