Started see a Dr. Snow on a regular basis a few years ago. I was deadly afraid of dentists and now I’m ready and excited for every visit because I know they are going to take care of me. I’m so close to having the dental health I had set my goals for and I have everyone in that office to thank!!! They are all so kind and caring. They take their time and make you feel super comfortable! I’m so grateful to Dr. Snow and all the team there!

I don’t currently have a regular dentist and I had cracked the bonding on my permanent retainer. Someone on fb recommended this office and I’m so glad they did! Very professional and timely. Clean and efficient. The people here were very sweet in helping me get this fixed even though I don’t have dental insurance. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Ive been going to Esplanade for over 10 years and am so thankful for the knowledge & expertise of this practice. The doctors & staff are beyond friendly, professional, and welcoming. I have several friends who are patients of this practice & they appreciate the gentle care during routine procedures. We are moving out of state & I plan to come back for my cleanings, thats how much I trust this practice.The doctors & staff have taken safety precautions to remain open and provide a safe environment for their patients during the pandemic. I appreciate the extra protective gear and various modifications they have adopted to keep their patients & staff safe during these uncertain times. The extra effort has not gone unnoticed. I highly recommend this practice! We also see Dr. Alberts wife, Dr. Mira Albert, at Brush Pediatrics for our three daughters dental care. :)

I have been going to Dr. Albert for over 10 years and know I am getting the best care for my oral health. Went today for a teeth cleaning and it is like going to visit friends; I truly adore everyone in the office. Best Dental office I ever visited. I normally hate going to the dentist but the service of the Doctor and Dentist Megan was beyond exceptional. I will use them as my primary care dentist moving forward.

As usual, Dr. Albert and staff were exceptional from the moment I walked in. Got the teeth cleaned and Dr. Albert fixed an old filling. I was in and out in no time, had no shots, and still didn’t feel a thing thanks to Dr. Albert’s phenomenal skills! A+++!!

Not sure why my husbands name is on this review, although we are both customers. I went for a cleaning yesterday and I must say the staff never disappoints. Megan magically, over time, has made my dental fears completely disappear. Dr. Albert is absolutely the best! When asked about whitening my teeth he suggested I start with over-the-counter white strips instead of purchasing whitening through him due to my sensitive teeth. He said I could always return the white strips but once I purchased Zoom or a tray I would be out the money if I couldnt tolerate the sensitivity because those products are non refundable. I really appreciated the honesty and thoughtfulness in his answer. Nancy, in the front office, is like an old friend. I went from preferring surgery over a dental cleaning to being totally relaxed and confident in the teams ability to take care of my extremely sensitive teeth! I cant say enough about Esplanade Dental.

Absolutely amazing dental practice! My previous dentist had gone down in working hours and I was looking for someone close to home. Dr. Snow was recommended by a friend and it was hands down the best recommendation I have ever received. The hygenist, Megan, was over-the-top thorough and explained things like I have never had before. Dr. Snow discussed treatment options with clarity for a non-dental person! The best part is that I didnt have to wait weeks/months to be seen and I was able to schedule my treatment appointment (a crown) within the week. Absolutely amazing place!

Great dentist and staff. Been going here for years. Even though Im no longer working in the building or live close, I still go to Esplanade because I trust them. I have been to other dentists in the past and Esplanade is hands down better quality work.

I was so pleased with the service provided. Was made very comfortable and welcomed. I first made contact with them in March of 2020 as a referral from my GF for my evaluation. Shortly after that Covid19 impacted everyone and scheduled appointment was cancelled to be rescheduled pending reopening. I was finally able to make an appointment but by then had lost my insurance coverage other than my flex spending account. I was disappointed that when it came time to check out and I asked for my $500 bill less a $100 credit I had posted during my initial visit resulting in a balance of $400 due after service be spread out over $250 now and the balance in 2 weeks was met with “payment is due at time of service”. I paid the full amount due. Jury is still out on a return visit for the second half of the procedure.

Everyone is so caring, thoughtful and skilled. My wife and I look forward to seeing Megan, Nancy, Dr. Snow, Dr Albert and all the team!

I have been coming here for years and have always loved the quality of care and the friendliness of the staff. This was my first appointment since Covid started and Esplanade dental exceeded my expectations and made me safe and comfortable.

I have always felt that you have to be cautious when seeking care within the dental industry, and I am glad I found a place I can trust. This practice provides high quality services and believe it or not, I have never felt pain when getting a procedure done by Dr. Albert. I like the location as well- you feel at ease and relaxed as you walk into the building, which can be challenging when visiting the dentist. The staff also seem to be caring and welcoming.

Ive been going to Dr. Albert since he opened at this location. His office is wonderful. They always let me know up front what my treatment plan will look like and the estimated cost. (I had a lot to fix...root canals, crowns, and fillings). They are all so friendly and professional. Dr. Albert has done wonders on my mouth...Im very grateful! Thanks!

They worked with my insurance, and it was clear what was covered, as well as the amount that I would owe before we started the work.I highly recommend you visit this office!

From the moment you enter the office you can tell it is a truly distinct dental office. The waiting area is extremely nice. . The front desk manager is extremely polite. Dr. Albert seemed very eager to welcome each patient on arrival.I had several dental problems that required a lot of work. These included cavities and restorative work. Dr. Albert laid out the plan for me ahead of treatment. I can tell he was professional and knowledgeable. His dental skills were superb. It is not often to encounter a dentist that is highly skilled on most dental procedures. I had some major dental problems that he fixed within a few treatment visits.In general, this is by far the best dental experience I have had.

I had a mouth filled with problems. Mainly I needed an extraction. I scared myself to death thinking it was going to be this horrible experience with problems. The tooth was out in 2 minutes and I felt nothing. The drs there are top notch and the staff are very kind. They dont have night or weekend hours but they always try to accommodate you during the week as best they can. And they may not get back to me immediately with my requests but they ALWAYS call me back and figure out scheduling. I appreciate their follow up.

Absolutely wonderful!!! I havent been to the dentist in an extremely long time and I was very nervous. The staff at Esplanade Dental made me feel very comfortable. They reassured me every step of the way and took things slowly knowing how nervous I was. I saw Dr. Snow and she took the time to explain what she sas on the X-Rays and we put a game plan together going forward. She assured me we could go as fast or slow as I wanted. I never felt judged for waiting so long to come to the dentist. I would recommend to everyone especially if you have high anxiety about coming to the dentist!

A great dentist and a great place! I used to dread going to the dentist but now I dont mind it and I actually look forward to seeing their friendly faces. Everyone is very professional, knowledgable and informative which just puts you at ease. Dr. Albert has always explained my options and provided his perspective on which one he would choose and why. I am just finishing up my invisible braces treatment and am very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Dr. Albert and his caring staff.

The office is professional, the staff is friendly, and theyre right off 355. I personally switched to Dr Albert because his dental knowledge and procedures are more current and up to date. He also takes interest in a plan going forward toward better dental health.
