Dr Jackson is friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable, not rushed at all. He answered all of my questions. His equipment and procedures seem up to date. A banking colleague of mine said that he uses Dr Jackson as a resource for the latest, most up to date info in the dental field. I highly recommend Dr Eric Jackson.

Dr. Jackson and his staff are the best! This is by far the cleanest and friendliest dental office I have ever been to. The staff is welcoming upon arrival and they are super helpful when it comes to having time for patient questions. Wait time seems non-existent when it feels like you’re sitting in your own living room. The waiting area has free WiFi, media entertainment, and complimentary refreshments. Not to mention the game room for children while you wait. When you get to “the chair,” the hygienists are super friendly and always have a smile on their face. The room is clean and there’s always great music. TVs are in every room if you feel like being distracted while your teeth are being worked on. Dr. Jackson is always happy to see his patients. He takes the time to explain things in ways you’ll understand. He is compassionate for patients and always knows how to lighten the mood, even when a drill is about to drive into your tooth. He takes time to explain what’s going on and makes sure you have a complete understanding of your tooth health. He is knowledgeable and caring and makes the trip to the dentist that much easier!

Dr. Jackson is absolutely amazing. Not only does he get you in and out of there quickly, he is also GOOD. He really cares about his patients and never once did he ever try to push any treatment towards me. He and his assistant are always professional, friendly, and helpful. I love that they always take pictures of the tooth they worked on so you can see exactly what done. As a dental student myself, I can vouch that Dr. Jackson does an absolutely beautiful job and is 100% professional and caring in every way. I would trust him with all my dental needs!

Dr. Jackson and his staff are nothing short of amazing! I am impressed with the thoroughness of his examinations and his understanding of his patients situation. He listens and only then does he present a course of action. Nobody LIKES going to the Dentist. But if you are in need, this is the place to go.

Dr. Eric and his assistant Jennifer were at their “normal” professional and precise best for my procedure. Dr. Eric tweeted and customized the bridge to perfection, making minor adjustments to both the bridge and my other teeth along my bite line. The appointment took only half of the scheduled time and a good time was had by all! Never afraid to go to the dentist anymore. Very pleasant and homey waiting area with free tea, hot chocolate, and coffee. Staff is always pleasant. My dental cleaning today was , as usual, very effecient and on time. I had to change my appt that Ive had for 6 months but got in a week later with no hassle. Gentle text reminders to keep me on track for next appt. another plus is easy parking.

Ive been seeing Dr. Wascher since 1989 and have always had a great experience. Very friendly office personnel (dont ever be late!), professional hygienists, and Dr. Wascher is always attentive and explains things in detail. I moved out of Lisle in 93 but Ive continued to go back to OHCP all these years, even though I live an hour away. An hour drive every six months is time well spent for the high quality care they give.
