3 times tried to call and make an appointment. You have no way to contact a human, so you leave a voicemail. 3 times no calls back. Better business bureau should be informed.
The phone number is to an automatic machine that directs first time appointment makers to a voice mail box, and each time I never get a call back to schedule the damn appointment. Its been months.EDIT: This is because they dont have a receptionist, and each therapist goes through the voice mail box when they have a slot available, which can take a while. The therapists themselves are helpful and friendly albeit busy, enough to edit my original review here.
I wish there was the possibility of choosing minus stars, or none, but sadly this is not an option. We called Mill House to ask for an appointment. This was 2 weeks ago. We were very distressed, and hoped that these erstwhile professionals, ostensibly members of a Helping Profession, would at least give us the courtesy of a response. But no, apparently that was too much to ask. We have heard nothing. And of the 3 previous reviews is one that experienced the same lack of professional regard as have we. Looking for compassionate assistance that matches your need for it? Look elsewhere.
Unfortunately Millhouse was unable to help me with my issues .they attempted to find someone that could help me , but things didnt pan out.left me high and dry , more bummed and more confused.I cant recommend them although they are nice peeps and im sure have good intentions
