Been going here for a year now, my first doc told me I was condescending and was completely rude and disrespectful. They have me on meds that dont work for me, I sleep for hours when I take them and now I cant even get a prescription filled because they havent signed it yet.

Im a past patient/client Of Community Mental Health. Had I not moved out of state I would still be a client. Best facility Ive dealt with in 35yrs.The receptionists scheduling, and billing departments are always smiling, patient, friendly and knowledgable about every aspect of the facility.The Psychiatrists and Therapists LISTEN to hear not to respond.

Who knows? You cant get an appointment. When you do, they cancel it. Ive been trying for 6 months to see a doctor. Have not seen one yet. Horrible policies.

Definitely won’t come again. Staff needs to be fired, they’re so rude and disrespectful.

I started going there last year but it is useless during the pandemic, the only reason I give it as 2 instead of a 1 is because they at least do phone appointments instead of making you go in and risk catching COVID but the person I actually need to talk to isnt there during every phone appointment Ive done so far.

The best care Ive ever received. Great listeners, great understanding, its truly a very special place.

The people working at Community Mental Healthcare and Community Family Health Center truly care about the people they serve and work extremely hard to make sure everyone receives the best possible treatment. CMH and the health center are great resources for our community.

When I first moved here I was told I could not see a doctor until I saw a therapist for four months. At the second visit, the therapist said she would request a doctor. Well, six months later, no doctor. I grew desperate and really lit into whom ever was in my path until I could make it home.
