I see both Dr. Nixon and Dr. Hoier and they are both amazing! All the staff that Ive spoken with over the phone have been amazing as well. Would definitely recommend.

What a waste of toime if i wasnt mentally ill i would be now because of this place

I enjoyed talking with my therapist and I found it was most helpful in my situation. I feel they need to reach out to more insurance agencies for the help with clients and therapist on call.

Ive never had a problem with the office staff being quick and polite, also the billing staff has always been correct and knowledgeable. The medication refill request line has a quick response time to my pharmacist for my doctor, and Dr.Nixon also has been the best doctor to handle and adjust my medications for my specific conditions for years. Very professional.

Mental Health is very serious and can touch anyone. I am very very GREATFUL for the help and assistance that The Center for Mental Wellness is extending to me. In the past I would have never gone to a therapist on my own. Dr. Horier is AWESOME. She is helping me so much. I have my good days and my bad days. Dr. Nixon has helped me also. Everyone at the Center for Mental Wellness involved in helping ME saved my life! And I do mean that totally. I am forever greatful and thankful!

Dr. Hasan is wonderful with our nonverbal Autistic son, and values our opinion and feedback as well! Highly recommend A Center for Mental Wellness!

Dirtiest doctors office Ive ever been in.

Hello Ive been going to a center for mental Wellness for more than 5 years and I can see myself and bear to look at myself now before I was ashamed of things that Ive done places Ive went and it look like I didnt have any future between therapist and medication Im doing a lot better Im continuing with my meetings and original meeting brother with individual counselors and taking my meds maybe someday Ill be 100% okay I just wanted to say dont be ashamed to reach out for Mental Health, let it work and it will save your life, thank you therapist and counselors a center for mental Wellness !

Twice now medication appointments have been cancelled short notice and in less than 6 months of even being a patient. I dont feel like the professionals here actually take their patients mental health seriously. Unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Got locked up in the psychiatric hospital, missed an appointment. They didnt hesitate to boot me from their program despite my circumstances. They simply dont care about their patients mental health. Only the profit.

We have had positive experiences with Pam and Molly for treatment. I would recommend this practice.I edited my review. My childrens therapist let on short notice. The psych nurse Molly locked me out of scheduling appointments because the computer said I was a no show when that wasnt true. Its a shame because I really liked them for a while.

I wish I could provide two (2) separate reviews. I am thrilled with my therapist (5 Stars), but the back office has billing issues (1 star). I have found myself on seven (7) different occasions having to prove that I have already paid for services. Its strange that I can provide them a receipt yet their office has no record. They will claim that billing is handled by a separate company - which may be the case; however, seven times is a joke. If you go here KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS.

I have been going to Dr. Nixon for years but lately he acts like he wants to push me off on another doctor. Also i need medication and i was told no because they need to take my blood pressure first and that i owed them 30 dollars. So basically because i owed them 30 dollars i was flagged from getting my meds. I am disabled and on a fixed income and live over a hour away from the office. I was very sick and could not get there for my appointment so they charged me thirty dollars and i asked Dr Nixon about it and he said you signed the agreement so you have to pay. Do not go here. If you are having any mental problems they will make them worse. Only nice person there is Ed the receptionist and he can not help. The rest of them do not care about the patients at all.

This place is a joke.Called to have a script sent to pharmacy and it needed a authorization.So let me tell you a week later still don’t have my script,called and the automated system puts you on hold then I get a live person and they put me on hold.The whole office is on hold so I go down there and they tell me that they are short of office staff and they are waiting on the insurance for authorization never had this problem with anyone else.DON’T GO TO THIS OFFICE

Very rarely will I leave such a bad review, but this place deserves it, if I could have give a negative star review, I definitely would. They have terrible communication skills, they never answer their phones, and they never return phone calls, at least not mine, if you have medication you need to call and have refilled, you better start calling 2-3 weeks before you run out, better yet start calling for a refill the day you pick your new prescription up, otherwise youll be stuck without your medicine like I am. And this isnt the first time, this has been an ongoing issue since day 1. There have been several time where I have literally had to go down there just to have them fax over a new prescription. As soon as I am able to get refills I do plan on taking my business elsewhere. I can only imagine how detrimental this could be for someone with a much more severe diagnosis.

I love the staff & my psychiatrist they treat you like they want to be treated... Also Michele listens to wants wrong with you & gives you the right MEDs that you need... She will not stop until she finds a medicine or medicines that work for you... If you explain to her your medicine isnt working the same anymore she will raise it or find a new medication that will work for you.... Its the best Psychiatrist office I have been too....

My husband asked me to write this review as he is beyond fed up with the office staff...particularly the billing person.The billing office has NO idea what they are doing, and the billing manager NEVER returns calls! We have received bills where the amounts due differ AFTER insurance has been applied...we have called to follow up on these bills, but either billing manager is not in or she is busy and NEVER returns calls. We have gone as far as requesting responses in writing which have been ignored as well. We have also gone for months without receiving any bills for services...then get hit with a huge amount!It is a shame this office is so poorly run as both Dr. Nixon and Frank Everett are excellent providers!Beware of doing business with this poorly run agency!

Please do not go here! The level of incompetence is astounding! I wouldn’t even give one star if I had the choice. The counselor I’m seeing is no problem. She’s actually leaving the practice, and I’m following her. I have been without my medication for days because of these people. I’ve been told that the nurse who is supposed to be calling in my meds to the pharmacy has been notified multiple times, yet nothing has been done. I spoke with them a fourth time today and I was told I was removed from the practice because of three missed appointments, which never happened! I just saw my therapist two weeks ago. I was scheduled to see the nurse on May 2nd and they called me yesterday saying THEY needed to reschedule to the 14th of May. Then today they tell me that the 14th appointment was cancelled because I missed too many appointments. I made it clear yesterday that I was going through withdrawal because I haven’t had my medication.... lightheaded, shakes, sweating over night, vivid dreams, and diarrhea. Yet nothing is being done. This is malpractice and my next step is calling an attorney. Please do not use this place!

They schedule you for appointments before they open at a separate location and there is no one there to answer nor any information about the address to other location. I would recommend going to mental edge

Great place to go for help . Clean inside staff is nice. The only downside is it may take a little longer than needed for new patients to get a call back for intake .

Unresponsive and unavailable to current patients - new patients beware and steer clear!

Continual Scheduling and appointment issues..No regard for the childs needs what-so-ever!!
