Vehicle broke down on route 1 @ 4:30am owner was extremely nice for an early morning call - even looked to see if it was an easy engine fix unfortunately it wasnt- suggest places to take the vehical for repair- even offering options to keep towing cost down, extremely nice and professional - EXCELLENT SERVICE- represents the best in people

This is a mixed review, the two employees at the Lot have 5 Star for excellent customer service. The owner, 1 star or less for how he chose to treat my daughter while her husband is deployed with USAF. the flags look great on the trucks, but after towing my son-in-laws vehicle after his deployment, the owner chose to charge them full storage fees of $50/day while we were attempting to locate the vehicle. We would have gladly paid the towing, but the $250 full storage fee charged to a deployed Airman, while technically justified, was very disappointing.

Amazing, fast service! My tire went flat as it sat in the parking lot at my workplace. I used Geico’s Roadside Assistance for the first time and as soon as I submitted it (12:17pm), they had McKinney’s on the way in by 12:18pm. The serviceman was there by 12:25pm! My spare tire was on my 12:30pm. I wish I got his name because he also gave me advice about where to get my tire fixed and how to use the tow hook that was sitting with my tire if I ever get stuck in the mud or snow. Thank you so much!

Great bunch of drivers friendly helpful

Needed roadside assistance through Geico, waited an hour, tow driver finally gets there to change the tire. I think I’m good to go and start driving to find that he did not tighten the tire tight enough. I’m in the middle of no where and had to rely on patrons in the area to assist. Thank God they had tools to tighten.

Unreliable and clueless company. I needed my corvette towed to a repair shop, so I called this company based on a recommendation, turned out to be a mistake. I called and got a 45-60 minute eta. Two hours and 20 minutes later I had to call and ask where their truck was. I was told that I would get the next available driver, seemed odd that they had my info and noone designated to actually come get my car. I was given another 45-60 minute eta. Four hours and eight minutes later the truck finally showed up. By the time my vehicle was on their truck and moving, over four and a half hours had passed. It was a good thing I wasnt stranded somewhere or in an accident, they didnt seem to have any concept of time or care that I had wasted a good portion of my day on their account. In the end, I had to pay over $100 for their service. Dont call this company unless it is your only option.

Despite,service starting at 0800 hrs.,they were knowlegable ,courteous and proficient. They, really got the job done the most economically and cost efficient way. They are the best.

McKinneys towed our workers truck at lunch time today from the private lot where they were working. The neighbor who had no authority to have our truck towed signed for it. My guys lost 5 hours worth of work and McKinneys held our feet to the fire to pay $300 because the neighbor thought we shouldnt be there. Just horrible people to deal with. Do not use these people. They thrive on towing and charging storage fees with no ethics whatsoever.

Fast tow! very expensive charged me 7 hours for going to Elkton md to and back Dover almost double what i thought it would be. Holly was very nice! the owner I had left a message on my phone , stating that he was not discounting for nothing that was just alot of traffic he was not nearly as nice

This place tried to charge me $700 for my car that was stolen & once they found & towed , waited 60 days to report it - they didnt know who I knew - got my car back for nothing as it shouldve been

Terrible service and scammers!!!!!! Tow driver quoted on price if picked up by 6 pm. When we got there the price had doubled. When the driver was questioned, he kept looking at his feet and making excuses. They refused to stand by their word. They are rude and insulting to customers everywhere. BEWARE

I would definitely recommend Mckinneys Towing.I had a wonderful encounter with them a few days ago I was broke down on the side of the road with my 2 children the driver who came out was wonderful he gave us a ride home and took my car to the shop to be fixed.They really saved the day.
