Great service. Great prices. Great people. Great custom exhaust systems. I dropped my car Thursday evening and had a call at 930 Friday morning to come pick it up.

Nick must have more business than he needs. I called today to ask for a quote to install two exhaust ball flanges on an exhaust system he installed.As its all welded with the exception of two existing ball flanges at the header collectors. When he asked why I wanted to do that, I explained that I could not service the drive train (replace clutch, service hydraulic throwout bearing, etc...) w/out having to cut the exhaust and re-weld it every time. I explained it is more practical for me to be able to remove the center section, that the benefit of doing so far outweighs a welded system.He begrudgingly said it would cost $400. I asked why so high, he responded labor. I asked how many hours, he said 3. I said that seems a little high at $133 p/hr to install two flanges, his response was go somewhere else. I guess he would prefer to build a system his way and omit a customers desire for practicality and lock them into an exhaust job every time you need to service your transmission.I wasnt planning on mentioning this. But since Nick has been such a gem today, I will. When I initially had the system installed, it leaked and they installed a 2.25 tube exhaust instead of 2.5 tube, as I asked. When I questioned the size, he stated thats all you need. I suppose he knows more and does what he wants instead of what the customer wants. I had to bring the car back to get the leak fixed. After this phone conversation, never again. Its clear to see that once he has your money, he couldnt care less. I will go somewhere else, shops are abundant.I had to select 1 star in order to post this review, given the option I would have selected none. Due to professionalism & customer service. I suppose he doesnt need or care for repeat customers as that will be the last time I call this establishment. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.Edited: I guess you need to be a valued customer to fall under Nicks good graces. I spoke to the shop owner who initially recommended BCA for exhaust work and explained what happened. He was shocked at both the price and the attitude.
