I have worked in the auto industry for at least 10 years including an office manager position. We made an appt and specifically asked for a time where I could wait the short amount of time it takes to mount and balance a tire(maybe 15 mins). I got there at 12:55 And was told to drop my truck off because it was lunch time and they werent working until they had their lunch. The female office worker made an appt and when I get there Im told this!!!! Really!!!!I was yelled at and insulted, told to shut up, leave now and told they were not even going to sell me the tire I needed. After finding another place to mount and balance a tire for me I left and will NEVER go there again.

I goofedSays the woman that works there after wasting an entire lunch break to purchase 4 SNOW tires that I asked her the previous day to hold for me. Was specific the first time I called, AND specific the 2nd time I called to confirm the appointment. Arrive and she apologizes, she goofed and has no snow tires just regular tires.Waste of time, and money is all this place was. Never again.
