Honest. Professional. Came all the way to the house, checked the vents, and basically said there is not much for him to do there; vents are fine. No charge. He was insisting no charge even though he came all the way out. Gave us some honest advice on management, but said since there was nothing major that he did; there is no need to pay him. Have to say; have dealt with ALOT of companies for different things, best I have dealt with. I’m proud of companies like this.
