We thankfully called in the team at Rainbow International of Dickinson to assist us with our home that had received water damage due to the unprecedented freezing weather, which caused several pipes to burst, because of the power outages in February of 2021.Tony, Chris, & Company were very responsive in getting us scheduled and ultimately squared away; safely!It was a long process, no thanks to our insurance of course, but Chris & his team were very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient with us throughout the entirety. He gave great advice on things to look for, what to do and not to do. Always kept us informed on where we stood in the process. Even allowed me to shadow him to help me better understand what it is he is looking for and why.Several times before, I have been on the outside, looking in, during situations of this magnitude. Like assisting others during Harvey. It was immensely overwhelming to be in the midst of it. Chris & his team of gentlemen and ladies made it really simple to get us back on track in order to restore our home in a timely manner and ensured it was safe for us to begin the process to move back in. They sent someone out the next day to look over what needed to be done. They put me in touch with guys over who showed up when they said they would, and did what they said they could! Due to the Texas freeze we obviously needed quick response. They worked with our contractor and we’re on site within a few days of the freeze. Got the house dried out and we’re gone. Hiring Rainbow International Restoration of Dickinson was the best decision I could have possibly made when the AC drain line backed up and flooded my house. Chris was absolutely amazing. Not only was all of his work done on schedule, but it was also up to my very high (Type A personality) standards. Chris is clearly fully invested in his work, he takes it very seriously and asks over and over what more he can do to help and put the customer at ease. He is everything you would hope for in a contractor. Not to mention, my insurance company was EXTREMELY difficult to work with and they tried everything to get out of paying for the total cost of the claim. As GC for the repairs, Chris went FAR above and beyond to research and document everything in order to get the coverage that I needed. I have dealt with other contractors and I have never seen anyone work so hard to help the customer deal with an insurance company. I can’t tell you how lucky I was to have him helping me! This was a really difficult situation and the insurance made it such a nightmare. I am 100% sure that I would’ve ended up getting scammed out of a lot of money by the insurance company if Chris had not advocated for me and helped me navigate the claim process. If you are faced with a bad situation in your home, it is already stressful enough...do yourself a HUGE favor and hire Chris. You will be very glad that you did!!

We had a water leak in the house,damaging the flooring & sheetrock by the washer. Rainbow Int. was quick to respond & set up mitigation equipment right away. Someone checked on us every day the equipment was there. Chris(from Rainbow) was there when the insurance adjuster came out. He communicated effectively with the adjuster. The contractor completing repairs(Mike) was fantastic. I never leave the home with work being done, but I was able to do so with him(without worries). The floor is in place & we are pleased.Thank you!

When Chris from Rainbow International of dickinson came over to provide an estimate, I was surprised to see that he wanted to resolve my issue in a systematic manner and not just try to make money quickly and move on ( which is what I had unfortunately experienced repeatedly with other contractors). His crew was on time every time, worked around my schedule, walked me through the project and explained every thing in detail and provided a fair price. Chris helped explain everything we needed to know in detail and he took extra time and care helping me through the process. I have an autoimmune disease so I am very susceptible to mold toxicity. He remediated our home with excellent care and even let us borrow the containment equipment until we started to put drywall back. He always answered our calls and was prompt.

Rainbow International in Dickinson did an amazing job for one of my clients. We had to have the attic cleaned of rat droppings, etc before the house could close the next day. They sent someone out immediately that evening to see the attic and came back early the next morning to clean the attic so that we were able to close on the sale by 2:00. They gave us a very good price even though it was an urgent situation and they were very prompt, courteous and professional. They do a fantastic job cleaning the attic. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to all my clients.

I highly recommend David Groover and Rainbow International of Dickinson. We had condensation from improperly installed air conditioning ducts and an exhaust fan that caused mold to grow. We spent significant time and money with other companies telling us they had identified the issue and remediated it only to have it reappear. David and Rainbow International of Dickinson not only identified the problem, they made sure we found all the damage and helped identify the people needed to finish the reconstruction in an expedited manner. This was not a large job for them but they treated it as if it was. If we ever have any issues of water or mold damage again we will skip all the other companies and call David and Rainbow International of Dickinson.

Tony, Chris & David with Rainbow International just completed the water mitigation in my home after an a/c drain line failed and flooded 3 rooms of my home. The 1st nameless Restoration company my insurance company sent out was shady (at best) and made me feel so uncomfortable I had to ask them to leave my home. These guys are awesome! My carpet needed its annual cleaning. I searched Groupon and see these guys, only to find out it was another franchise owner and they were not registered with Groupon. These guys not only honored Groupon pricing, they squeezed me in the very next day to accommodate my schedule. David arrived on time and immediately got to work. Very friendly and honest guy. No upselling, they actually clean the carpets and not just steam. My home smells of sweet lavender (choose your scent). The carpet is immaculate! They will definitely be my ho to after a few bad experiences from companies advertising on Groupon.
