The manager there is extremely helpful and his employees are very polite. And get the job done very well. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone I know.

This location was such a headache. I had to get their rental towed (lost keys) which they bought to the airport location at 10am. This location claimed they never received the rental back but the airport location said that they received it and tried to call this location yet they never answered the phone. 24 hrs later they called me saying I can now get a rental to replace the other, which I no longer needed since I went got my car from shop. But to be without a vehicle for a whole day when I had alot of important stuff to do ugh. I wont return here, if they cant keep their system updated with information. The service rep at this location was nice, though I dont remember his name.

Angelica and Kaylie are the absolute best group of team members. I was in desperate need of a car, due to the Texas City location losing my reservation and they offered ZERO assistance to resolve my issue. I then called the 2nd closest location in Galveston said they were not able to assist me but pointed me in the direction of Angelica with the Dickinson team. They unfortunately did not have anything available but she explained everything to me, apologized for the treatment I received at the Texas City location, and said that she would call me as soon as something came in. I was ready to call Cooperate and complain about the entire situation, but Angelica stepped in, got me out of a bind, and was a representation of true professionalism.I was so impressed with Angelica, that I wrote on a sticky note back in February to call or write in a review, but everyday I never had time to accomplish this task. So 6 months later, I finally get to say thank you!Angelica, you are truly an amazing person!

The most professional and helpful enterprise Ive ever been to. The general manager Matt is so awesome. Matt and Greg are both awesome honestly! Greg definitely deserves a raise or a promotion. Greg is definitely a fantastic problem solver and understanding guy. Guess he learns from the best (Matt).

Angelica at the Dickinson location is the ABSOLUTE BEST! After a wreck, I was in desperate need of a car. The guy at the Texas City Location was useless. All he told me was we dont have any cars he didnt elaborate or explain. The person I spoke to in Galveston said they didnt have any cars either. So, I called Dickinson and Angelica explained the rental car shortage. She also promised to call me as soon as something came in and she was a woman of her word! Shes kind, patience and extremely professional. GIVE HER A RAISE AND PROMOTION 👏🏾👏🏾

I had an issue with my rental.I stopped by the location and Angelica W. sent me to get the issue fixed. After I informed her the issue couldnt be fixed she not only found another car she came to my job and switched the cars out.She was very professional and helpful!

They are not forthcoming with all rental information. Seems to be alienation of information and picks and chooses of who pays deposit. Recommended by dealer staff. Not worth trouble. Devin has a nice/nasty matter a fact disposition.

The people at the Dickinson,TX Enterprise were very helpful and understanding and went over and above the normal customer service expectations. The first rental car had a tire pressure light come on and they were concerned about it and after checking the tires which all 4 indicated were at the correct levels they still didnt feel comfortable releasing the car to me as well as the previous renters didnt fill it up. SO they upgraded me to a better vehicle for no charge and said I didn’t have to fill this one up. (Which I did as that is the right thing to do.) The young woman along with the manager were so friendly and professional. I have use this location before and I will again. Thank you for such excellent service!

Made a reservation through my insurance for a rental on Saturday following a car accident. Fast forward to Monday (the first business day the store was open.) Sarah (the employee) was easily able to find the reservation via last name, but immediately told me that they had nothing available, and that pickup was by appointment only. She proceeded to give me the number that enterprise should have called (there were no calls missed or from enterprise) and i told her myself that I had tried to get in contact with customer service multiple times over the weekend. The answer was that I could make an appointment, but the earliest availability would not be until the afternoon. Sarah then vanished inside, telling me to call around.Cue standing outside an enterprise office with me making phone calls to every other branch nearby trying to find anything available with no luck. Even after going back to the wait here for assistance sign, nobody approached or tried to even offer assistance until an entirely different customer got in line behind me.Extremely disappointed with enterprise after this experience, even after using them several times both in necessity and travel.

The sales lady was above and beyond accommodating with such sweet phone skills especially in these crazy times we live in where no one seems to remember gratitude and kindness. Thank you so very much Angelica!!!

Quick response after they received notice from GEICO confirming my rental and arrangements made for pick-up at the repair facility. Pick-up was on time, driver was friendly and informative on the short drive, had a very short wait (expected as it was first thing in the morning), super fast and efficient check-in and was on the road in no time. Gay (Assistant Branch Manager) manages the hell out of this place, I tell ya.I came in to get a reserved car I needed because my car was in the shop. I went in during a very busy afternoon. This woman was cool under pressure, personable, and incredibly professional. Forget about cooler than a cucumber- cooler than Ms. Jasmine is the new saying.We did get a bigger car than we had anticipated but man oh man was that a palace on wheels. Also, as a millennial I love the fact that there was just one final printed receipt (everything else was electronic) and adding days was a breeze.10 out of 5 starsGive Ms. Jasmine a promotion.

As far as the cleanliness of my car it was near immaculate. The salesperson was very professional, polite and apologetic about the situation. The only real issue was my car was not ready as promised. If I had been catching a plane I would have definitely missed my flight. This was due to only one sales person and one make-ready person on duty on the day of my pick-up. You need more employees at this store. Several other customers were waiting besides just myself.

Joel Greeted us at the door Was very friendly, courteous and Professional. Positive attitude and made my experience at enterprise the best I ever had. In my opinion, you guys need more people like Joel. If I can give more stars I would!

Now that Ive finally made it home, no thanks to Enterprise, Im able to sit and give full details of my horrible experience. We were coming in straight off a cruise and made reservations for a car at 7 a.m. We took a Lyft ride to their location. Once there, we were told they couldnt find our reservations, and the system should not have allowed us to make reservations because they were only accepting insurance claim clients. The Branch Manager, Mitch initially seemed like he wanted to be off assistance, however, the arrogant, power stricken Area Manager Trent Rogers, intercepted any of his attempts. Since they couldnt find our reservation, we looked into our email, which for some reason had switched the pick up location to Hobby Airport in Houston. Thankfully, I asked that they call the location first, because they were just about to drop us off there with no guarantee we would be assisted. They too advised that they werent suppose to be accepting reservations, and cancelled our reservation, unbeknownst to us. So here we are, stranded in Dickinson, Tx, just trying to get home to Dallas, TX. Mitch and Trent went into a room, closed the door, and I assumed that meant not their problem. By now Im completely blown away about how terribly the situation was being handled. Since I was clearly getting nowhere with Enterprise, I found and booked a car with another rental agency just down the road from Enterprise. I asked if they could drive us down to it since their system, as well as them had failed to assist us. Trent stated they could not. He stated they couldnt take us to another company but they could take us home. I advised thatd be even better because our home is in Dallas. He then stated that they couldnt take us home, although he had just stated that. I clarified the situation. We booked a car, received confirmation for the reservation, their location and another location werent accommodating the reservation and cancelled it altogether, yet youre unable to take us down the street to pick up a car (and your company is the only rental company that advertises picking up and dropping off customers). To add salt to the wound, when I called the customer service line to Express my frustrations, the first rep was absolutely rude, and the Sasha character above her was a joke also. She laughed at the matter and they both advised the only escalation would be to the area manager, which is the jerk off, Trent Rogers. Ive never used Enterprise before, and I can assure you Ill never consider using them again.

Fantastic Branch!!! I travel for business and must rent cars in many locations. By far they have the best customer service I have seen. I appreciate all of their hard work. Unlike Hertz they have you in and on the road very speedy.

Theres always an issue when renting vehicles from Enterprise. My family rented a car for the holiday weekend and there were ants... live ants coming from the dashboard! We had to go to an airport location to trade in for another vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle to the home based location we were charged for gas mileage when we returned the car with a full tank of gas. I contacted the office (Dickinson) and was told that I would receive a credit for the gas mileage. Apparently the representative confused us with another customer thats why we were overcharged .

On vacation Placed reservation and paid online. Did not have major credit card just my debit. Location refused my business then directed me to another location but would not drive me to that location. As I am on vacation I have no transportation (ie why i need a rental) I am stranded at location till I can arrange a pickup from a third party.

Staff was courteous and informative throughout the process. Drop off was quick and easy.

I had numerous problems with the service at Enterprise located at 301 Pine Dr. Dickson Texas 77359, and most of it revolved around customer service and their inability to do what makes sense. Im a Platinum Member with Enterprise and expected them to be more helpful when Im broke down 100 miles away from home and dependent on their assistance. Ive spent more than $15,000 of my personal income not corporate in the past 2 years renting with Enterprise and was floored at their lack of concern at this location when I needed help. I was even told that if I rented from this location and returned the vehicle to ANY other location Id be charged $100 extra. So what Im suppose to do have someone follow me 100 miles and drop off the vehicle and take me home? Thats ridiculous. Enterprise Im very disappointed in your corporation, and especially when the 800 customer service reps. were no help as well. Im looking for a new rental company to form a long mutually beneficial relationship with.

Called several days ahead to reserve a car! Arrived & had nothing but a truck & was unwilling to try & get another vehicle! My wife didnt want to drive a truck! They also did not pick us up at body shop nearby! Understaffed & not helpful!

My car broke so I need something to drive to/from work for a few days. I picked Enterprise at this location because it was the nearest one. Didnt know what to expect prior to going based on the past car renting experience in the past but wow this place exceeded my expectation.We made a reservation for a Kia 30 mins prior to heading there, upon arriving I didnt see many cars so thought here we go we probably ended up wasting our time. Went in, we were the only customer and the guy got us in right away. He said if the reservation was made in the past 30 mins then it may not show in the system. We were told they didnt have the car which we reserved and we were ready to head out. He thought for a few mins and asked if we wanted a Jeep Compass instead and he would still give us the same price as Kia. Sold! He spent 30 mins cleaning it and it was very clean inside and out (for a rental car, 5 out of 5. No smoking odor whatsoever).The service at both pick up and drop off were wonderful and friendly. Exceeded my expectation with their service. Very courteous and accommodating. Highly recommend.

We made arrangements on Thursday to pick up a rental for this monday morning Labor Day at 11:00 am- we went in the down pour only to learn no one was there the business was closed. Not good customer service. The plan was to pick up the rental and drop our vehicle at ford dealership for repairs. This is an inconvenience and poor management.

WORST customer service in the world. VERY unhelpful and they do not know what theyre doing at all, and they also have a bad attitude problem, i dont even know how these people still have their job....
