My uncle rented a car from there in the past and was recently involved in a wreck that was not his fault. I called and spoke with Mr. Moreno the Rental manager and he was super courteous and was more concerned with my uncles well being before getting to the business of telling us what to do next. I cant tell you how much we appreciated his concern and we will always use Bay Area Rental for our rental needs. Every one there has always been nice and helpful to us.

I Have used Bay Area Auto Rental a couple of times now. They are always nice and they even wiped the front of the interior down with antiseptic when I piked the car up. They went the extra mile to ease my concerns with at this concerning time. Thank you Bay Area for being concerned about youre customers well being!

Rented an Expedition a few months ago for a family trip to an out of state funeral. Destiny was awesome and is the reason we chose an Expedition based on her suggestion. Since we had five people on a 9 hour trip, it was probably the most perfect vehicle. So perfect my wifes dream vehicle is now an Expedition. The car was also very clean compared to Enterprise and Hertz. Anyway good job Destiny and cleaning crew.

Honestly mindblown from the service I got here recently. Was a long time customer and now Im unsure. Two people flat ignored me when I walked up. A lady named Teresa and a lady who called herself Kita. I couldnt believe someone would treat their customers this way. I finally was taken care of by Shyla. She was very helpful.

Ive been renting from this place for over a year probably had close to 10 rentals. Randy has always provided great customer service. This time I was 30 to 45 minutes late bringing a car back before noon on Monday. They charged me for a full extra days rental. I said something about it and they did not care whatsoever. Ive called and left two messages this week for a manager to call me back so I can discuss it with them because I feel that that is really gouging the customer. I cant even get the respect of a call back so now Im leaving a review it wouldnt let me give zero stars. Knowing this is how they operate I would recommend not using their rental service.

Watch out with these people. They quote one thing and then want to find reasons to charge you another. They also do stand by their quotes. Im guessing they put a used car salesman over this department to squeeze money out of people. I will not recommended this company.
