Best in town! A competitor A-day earlier failed to unplug my sewer line and told me Id have to excavate my sewer line. That cost me $225 to accomplish nothing. Today, a Sunday, Randall and Randy came out to fix my problem And had me fixed and flowing in under 2 hours for $251. So I insisted on a $100 tip even though I think they were worth twice that. They dug out and crawled under my house and found my sewer clean out That the competition just wasnt interested in doing. Cant thank these guys enough. When I had seen what they were doing for what I spent $225 the day before, I figured this job would cost a minimum of $500. But they fixed everything for a more than fair price! R and R are honest, fairly priced, and hard working and very professional. Thank God we have Decent, professional, and very knowledgeable people like these guys in the area. If you need a plumber then RnR is the only call I will ever make. I hope there are customers and future clientele as well as the competition gets to see this review.

Affordable and professional! We had part of our basement flood due to a clogged drain- they were helpful, did the job quickly & thoroughly, and for a good price! Will definitely contact R & R for future issues! 😊

As far as Im concerned, R&R are our drain guys for life. Theyve come several times on short notice to rescue us from our terrible plumbing, do quality work VERY quickly, and seem to go out of their way to be friendly and courteous.

Absolutely fantastic service AND customer service! We had a significant sewer back-up at my parents house; they said theyd be there in an hour and they were. Got everything cleared up before 20+ people showed up for the weekend and the plumbing worked perfectly. THEN they followed up with a phone call on Sunday just to make sure everything went okay. Thanks to two guys who provided prompt, 5 star service. They worked very hard to clean out our ongoing issue with complete satisfaction upon completion. They talked me through everything as it went and provided me an education of how to care for the lines in the future without further damaging them with many of the retail chemicals advertised. This tandem did a great job and were sure to clean up after themselves to the point you would not have know they were here but for one exception...the drain flowed freely upon their completion. This father-and-son team of local drain experts proved to be efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Ive lived in my 1954 house for 20 years, battling grease blockages and tree roots in the sewer lines. Ive done some work on it myself, and called others multiple times, but the lines never really flowed freely like they should. I just assumed that was a byproduct of living in an old house and accepted the maintenance chore.Randy Procive and Randall Procive were able to not only clear the blockages following my latest failed DIY attempt, but they were able to diagnose the root cause (pardon the pun) by using their state-of-the-art camera (see included photo). They showed me exactly where the roots were getting into the main line and recorded the video onto my USB thumb drive in real time while I watched. Now I know that my sewer lines do NOT need to be dug up and replaced, and that all of my rooting issues are focused on a four-foot section of the 70-foot main line outside my house.These two guys are Dickinson locals who have a stake in maintaining their reputations, and they even gave me a break on the costs even though I didnt ask for one. As Randy said, we live here. We want to have customers come up to us in restaurants and say hi--not look the other way and grumble because we overcharged them.If only all service companies shared that wisdom!
