We had a pipe freeze in the Master Closet Attic, with water damage in the closet, master bathroom, master bedroom, Livingroom, and office. New Image came out and did the demo work for water mitigation company and then came back after the house was dry to put everything back together. Johnny with New Image Remodels was so kind and helpful getting us through such a crazy time. Johnny and his crew worked with our schedule and worked quickly to get us back to normal as quickly as possible. And the rooms are beautiful. I cannot say enough great things about Johnny and his super crew! My house had experienced water damage from burst water pipes and I did not know who to turn to. New Image Remodels came in, did the demo and came back to put my houseback together again. The workmanship his crew does was so beautiful and professionally done. Johnny constantly communicated with me to let me know what would be happening during the reconstruction. He and his crew were very respectful of my home and my many pets while working on the reconstruction. I can’t say enough about my experience with this company. I will never use anyone else for my remodel needs. Johnny came out almost immediately when I contacted him to give me a quote for the bathroom remodel. The work started on the day Johnny said it would and Carlos was there every day like clockwork at the same time. Carlos was extremely neat for the entire reno, even when he did the demo. I didn’t expect the remodel to be done on time bc of experiences with other contractors in the past but it was done on time, even when I made a change that required more work. Johnny answered every question I had and I was able to reach him every time I called. The quality of work was also amazing.

Johnny removed walls in my pass through kitchen, poured concrete and added beams giving me a 22x18 Kitchen!, a 4x8 island with 12 drawers and three cabinets, a 6x6 walk in pantry, a 6x6 Laundry room. His crew installed wood look porcelain floors throughout house, barn doors, custom cabinets and shelves, new lighting, new drywall, and they painted all but bedrooms and bathrooms. They installed a new tiled walk in shower and glass doors and after it was all done he sent a cleaning crew to the house. This was all done in less than 3 months. Johnny and his crew were so easy to work with, they were respectful and always thoughtful and cautious with us having a little one in the house. The quality of work done on every single thing they did was 100% perfect. I couldn’t be any happier with this company, they made my dream kitchen come true!

Truly number one I worked with a lot of different companies in the past but I have to say these guys are the best. Johnny runs a great group of guys. Johnny came out to meet with me to measure my kitchen and a week later he send me an email with a detailed estimate. Mr. Flores is a very professional young man who is very respectful and courteous. If he tells you he’s going to do something he sticks to his word. He communicates the project from start to finish and if he finds something that’s not on his quote he will point it out to you and recommends what’s will be the right thing to do. I recently decided to upgrade windows in my home. They came out and measured at no charge. Windows came in and were installed fast and professional. I couldnt even tell they were in my house. They look fantastic! Now I cant wait to see how much my electricty bill goes down....

This company remodeled my master bath and kitchen I have never had the experience I had these guys are great they communicated everything through out the entire project honest reliable and the owner Johnny he does what he say he’s going to do. I will recommend this company to anyone. Very friendly staff.

Since Hurricane Harvey, we have worked with a lot of contractors. None of them were as professional or high quality as New Image Remodeling. They came in, gave me a bid, and together we set a timetable for the repair work. They came in early every day and were gone by the time we arrived home. (Most other contractors showed up between 10am-2pm and worked throughout our dinners. It was hard sharing home life with them.) When they ran into a plumbing issue, he explained the issue fully and gave a good price for the extra work that was needed. There work was impeccable, and they always cleaned up after themselves. There were no major delays during the work schedule. They said it would take 2-3 weeks, and it took exactly that. Most other contractors needed at least twice their quoted time. I would be happy to work with New Image Remodeling again, and I would recommend them to anyone. They reconstructed our bathroom shower. It looks beautiful now!

I found this company through a friend of mine she recommended me New Image Remodels I started with a small job for them and I wanted to wait and get quotes on a large project to basically redo my entire exterior of my home after working with Mr. Flores on a smaller project and saw how professional ,courteous and the quality Of work I received I decided not to even bother with any quotes from another company. The owner and the crew are very nice respectful and always on time. I typically don’t write reviews but if you are a home owner that is skeptical about working with a contractor and afraid that they are not going to deliver on there promise I will recommend this company they deliver on everything and their communication was amazing. I am a customer for life and I will recommend theses guys to everyone.

New Image did a great job re stucco in my house. My house was in terrible shape these guys left it like nothing ever happend. Great group of guys very respectful and proffesinal.
