As we all know the industry is experiencing a shortage of pretty much everything. So initially my experience was frustrating trying to get my flooring complete. Luckily, Mark, Chris, and Justin were excellent with working with me and figuring out the best solutions that would make my wife and I happy. They have great products and the staff are knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have. Our floors came out great and we are excited to enjoy the quality of the flooring for years to come.

I LOVE my carpet! I bought carpet from Flooring Source in September 2020. Waited a few months to live on the carpet before posting a review. I couldn’t be happier with my carpet and the stellar service I received. The carpet feels so much more expensive than what I paid. The team at Flooring Source from consultation to sales to install are the best! Knowledgeable, professional, beyond patient. I can’t say enough about this company and the quality of their products. Other companies and contractors had tried to oversell me on products I didn’t need. Not Flooring Source. They listen and they deliver - quality service, products and installation. I won’t go anywhere else next time I need flooring.

They are great to work with , Malina was the person that helped me and my customer and to be truthful I figured this would be a waste of time because my customer is picky , but not so ( we were all happy ) Thank You for making our experience work for us.

I am very displeased with the service that was provided with this store. I ordered flooring and they said it would be there in three days. They called me three days later and said they had the wrong credit card info. I gave them the correct info and they said it was gonna be three days that the product was delayed in shipping which I’m sure it was never ordered. Three days later they said one box was damaged and it would be three more days. I return on Friday and I said it’s on the truck on the way there and they would call me when It got there I never received a call. I called on Saturday they said it was in the owner‘s truck it will not be there till Monday. Finally two weeks later I was able to get my product. Beware

The crew was on time, they started to work immediately, and actually finished the job in half the time that was quoted. They did a spectacular job and respected my property. The price was way below my budget.

Michelle was my salesperson at the Dickinson location. She offered a great price on my granite countertops and tiled backsplash. She was able to show us many options and help narrow down our choices once we picked a color scheme.The installers showed up on time and were very professional. There were a few issues with the finish but they quickly fixed the problem. They did a great job and we were happy with the end results.I highly recommend the Flooring Source in Dickinson and don’t forget to ask for Michelle, she is awesome.

Came into store and picked out some tile. Scheduled an appointment for measuring. The first appointment she cancel and the second she never showed. It’s a shame I have heard good things about them.

Ashley ( design and sales) at Flooring Source was so very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products offered, and helped me choose products in my small budget that look very expensive! Ashley worked with my budget and did her best to get to my target dollar amount. I purchased flooring, countertops and backsplash . My kitchen is gorgeous! The service was great ( Jared )There were a few glitches but the flooring source team worked them all out to my satisfaction! They are all very nice and accommodating. True professionals ! I would highly recommend this company! The schedule for install for the floors and counters and backsplash were scheduled separately. The installers were all extremely professional, fast, clean, neat , communicative, and great at their jobs! Go to the Dickinson location, see pics of my kitchen remodel via Ashley!
