Alex is the man! He works hard and wants you to catch fish!!! He doesn’t just take your money and take you for a boat ride. We had a blast!!

The waters were pretty rough when we came out to fish on the Silver King, but Alex made sure we had a great time and caught some great fish (including an 8 foot bull shark)! Felt like 3 or 4 types of fishing trips in 1. Very professional and knowledgeable. You can tell he is very respectful of the ocean and it’s wildlife. We will definitely be back to fish with him!

Had a great time with captain Alex and silver king charters. The top notch service starts well before you get on board. He’s very responsive, polite, and helped us know what to expect. Would highly recommend for adults and kids. Our crew was two adult two kids and I was impressed with how well cap Alex was with the kids and both my kids talked about how great he was on the trip home. If the fish weren’t biting in one area he was quick to hop over to the next. He obviously knew the waters well. Somehow, he could bait poles while unhooking fish all at the same time. We didn’t go long between bites. We caught Spanish Mack, some trigger fish, and a few other species. Will look forward to trying this company again next time to have the occasion.

We had an amazing time fishing with Captain Alex! Our party of 4 included two 10 year-olds, dad and grandpa. Captain Alex was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient with all of us. Everywhere he took us we were on fish, but most importantly it was clear he does things the right way. Communication leading up to our trip was perfect. Everything was as described and could not have been easier. This will be a lifetime memory for all of us and if we ever get the chance to do it again it will definitely be with Captain Alex and Silver King Charters!

I bought a charter through Captain Alex for my husbands 40th birthday. He was so accommodating and easy to work with, and my husband and his buddies all had a fantastic time and caught a pile of fish. They caught a bunch of Mango Snapper, Spanish Mackerel and a pile of Triggerfish that were quite sizable but had to be released due to restrictions. Im jealous I wasnt able to go, but glad to have found Alex, and glad that my husband got to enjoy a memorable experience while he was in Destin.

My family had a great adventure with Capt Alex. A very memorable experience filled with lots of fun and fishing. My wife and I have been on this boat twice and have never been disappointed. Owners, Mike & Marguerite Parker have customer service and satisfaction as the center of their business.We enjoyed our trip last year so much that we wanted to share this experience with our children this year. My son and I had a heck of a time with Captain Alex at Silver King Charters of Destin. Captain Alex put us on our limit of King Mackerel and a large Spanish Makerel. My 12yr old son loved every minute of it. Well definitely be making another run at it in the near future.

The BEST Fishing excursion I have had Period, and I have had a bunch! We filled the boat with Mahi Mahi, Kings and a couple of others on our trip. It was a blast, Highly Recommend Silver King Charters

Great trip and first experience at deep sea fishing, or any fishing. Capt Alex was incredibly helpful and patient with all of us. He made sure we all knew how to operate the equipment and get a great chance at catching fish.He was also great at making sure we stayed dry and cleaned ask the great fish we caught.

I and a friend used this company in January 2018. The price given over the phone was not the price charged. Regardless, we decided to go anyway. We were not taken more than 1 mile offshore. We did move to several spots; however, they were still 1 miles away for the shore. The person who took us out, stated that we could not keep more than 5 sheephead. We looked at each other because we knew that FWC allowed 15. We decided to call the company the next day and ask the owner. We found out that it was “their” policy to allow people to keep 5 so they wont hurt the population. Paying the amount of money we paid and cant keep what is caught; even though it was under the limit was ridiculous. I can say that we were promised 4 hours and that is what we got. I do not recommend this company at all. Captain could have suggested another day due to the choppy waters, but didnt. They decided to keep the money and just take us 1 mile away from where the boat was dock. Thumbs down for Silver King Charters.

Great 1/2 day fishing trip for my family of 4. Kept 25 of about 50 fish caught - due to size/season. Lots of red snapper went back to the sea, including a beautiful 8 pounder. Mike, Marguerite and Alex were all very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed some of our fresh catch within an hour of returning to the dock. Brotula’s, located just above the Destin docks, prepared some of our King Mackeral and Mingo fish fillets...blackened, bronzed and fried, along with sone great sides. What a special family treat!

Was with him years ago and heKept us on fish all day ! When we came back to dock we had our limit and most of the rest did not !
