Horrible business no words can say. Unprofessional, scam, not trustworthy. This business installed my new HVAC last June 2020 for my vacation rental. Now my AC wouldn’t get cold or go below 76. So I called for them to come out and get inspect. After five( 5) days of back and forth about the AC still under warranty or not. They finally agreed to give me the appointment. It’s supposed to be the first appointment of the day and no showed no called. I had to called and got the promise that they will come. Closed to the times that my guests check in. Still no show. I called the office went straight to the voicemail. So sad that I have to use different phone number to called and they pick up the phone but said Missy still out for lunch please call back in 15 minutes. I got a feeling that they are really avoided my phone call. After as lease 10 voice messages they finally answered and said the technician unable to do the job. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ? After 5 days now Missy told me this. Why didn’t she be honest in the first place? They left me hung with the condo AC not working right and the guests about to check in. SCAM SCAM SCAM. UNPROFESSIONAL. ALL THEY WANTS YOUR MONEY what about other people businesses. Never ever do business with this company again. Hope no one gets the same situation like me so don’t do the business with them…

Albeit my initial experience with SRW started out rather rocky, new management has taken over the reins and the service has been excellent. Robert answered all of my questions and resolved all outstanding issues in a timely manner. His technicians have been prompt, thorough and cleaned up after they finished the job. The administrative staff has been great to deal with. Scheduling was a breeze. Great job!

I want to thank SRW Heating & Cooling for helping us out in a worse case scenario situation: AC unit completely fails in late August in FL during one of the hottest weeks of the year.We bought our house which was built in 2002 in December of 2017. Everything was working well, inspection passed, no major issues, but my real estate agent (Rob Nay) new that a Home Protection Plan was important because of the age of the home. It paid off in the first year, so I purchased it again this year and am very glad I did! Even though the warranty company (ORHP) couldnt seem to find the right person to help...I knew I could!SRW had helped us in the previous year with AC maintenance and I knew they were in-network for my protection plan. After obtaining authorization from the warranty company, MISSY (with help from SHEILA while she was on her day off) did an awesome job of communicating the necessary details of the job, helped to work with me to schedule the phone calls & appointment around my work schedule, kept me informed of any necessary changes or charges and followed through with me every step of the way.I was not able to be here when the techs were at the house, but my husband tells me they were professional, informative and timely. He had left for a short while and they called him to let them know they were all done. He was only a few minutes away and they even waited to show him the work before leaving.Missy made sure all of my paperwork was in order, processed the invoices with my part of the expenses, sent me my copies, and genuinely made working with her and SRW a pleasure.The HVAC system is working great!Late August in the Panhandle of FL can be BRUTAL.Thank you SRW Heating & Cooling for making us feel like a priority!

This company is great! One of the technicians was delayed at a job and Robert, the owner, came out and took care of my issue. Since my company is in the service industry, I know how important it is to step up and do whats needed.

I was so happy to ask SRW to change my thermostats to a wifi thermostats. Its Saturday, two technician came on time and get the job done in about 40 minutes. Very professional, helpful and I hope I can give them more than 5 stars..

SRW Cooling and heating exceeded my expectations! I inquired about cooling my garage efficiently and Robert suggested a Trane mini split ductless heatpump. I went with his recommendation and it paid off. What I mean by that is my garage is 68 degrees all the time and my electric bill did not change much. I appreciate the honesty and integrity Robert and his staff at SRW has. They went above and beyond to get me what I needed and most of all they did a follow up call with me a couple weeks later to make sure everything was still 100% satisfactory. I would choose SRW for all my cooling and heating needs.

SRW is by far the best HVAC and air conditioning on the emerald coast. My system went completely out. Got a new unit inside and outside. Sam is so wonderful and very knowledgeable huge props to a woman run company. If you ever have questions or are confused shes always there to explain everything for you. Jacob one of the HVAC techs is the BEST! I highly recommend this company to anyone. They do amazing work! Thank you SRW for everything. Yall are the best!!!!
